Urgent! I'm AMAB and I'm having the most intense dysphoria right now. Everything just feels wrong, and while I identify as nonbinary and that's great, my body just feels wrong. I don't know what to do, and I don't know how you can help, but is there anything you know of I can do to stop this?

Lee says:

You can be non-binary and still feel body dysphoria. I do, and I’m going to medically transition even though I’m non-binary. If you’re interested in estrogen or top surgery, there’s some info on that on our Transfeminine resources page as something to look forward to in the future, or to start looking into.

I've been reading your blog for about an hour when I was supposed to do math (thank you ADD) and I just want to cry, because I feel like I won't get anywhere with my life, I'll be just extremly unhappy, I'll lose my best friend, I won't be a writer because there are no writers with ADD/ADHD and nobody will ever understand me. It's raining here right now, so I don't know if it's just my fucked up brain or the weather. I just feel very lonely...

There are authors with add and adhd! Robin Black, Dav Pilkey, George Bernard Shaw, Ty Pennington, possibly Juels Verne, Zoe Kessler, and many many more!

Kind of urgent: I'm starting school in a week and i'm an AFAB nonbinary and I'm not out but I get rlly bad dysphoria every time my chest is very visible (which is a problem because all of my shirts are "girls shirts" which makes it horrible). I don't own any sports bras and I don't want to go get any because I just went back to school shopping. Any advice on compressing the chest during Phy Ed?

Lee says:

It isn’t safe to bind during gym, so I’d recommend you ask your parents if they could take you to Target or another store to get a few sports bras for gym class (even though you already went back to school shopping) because we can’t recommend you wear a binder during class. I’d say the majority of cis girls wear sport bras for gym class so it isn’t an unusual request to make.
