There could have been no two hearts so open, no tastes so similar, no feelings so in unison.
I watched The Lake House this morning. Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullocks have always been appealing and exciting to me.
But it is the story which makes it a favourite. The soundtrack is one of Paul McCartney’s songs, beautiful architectures is the pillar of the story, and there is a connection between the movie and a book from my favourite author, Jane Austen.
This was a movie in 2006. It was inspired from Persuasion, a story about 2 people who were in love, then they seperated and over the time their feelings remain strong. Eventually they got together.
It was about time.
The most difficult thing to do is to forgive everyone before I go to sleep at night; not knowing whether I will wake up to see the other day.
Let’s put on some hope, shall we?
Sometimes it takes fictional characters to make me remember something.
Right now all I want is to watch The Lake House again, re-read Persuasion and sort out that missing jigsaw.
