ERHARD, Minn. (KSAX) - An Otter Tail man is being investigated after allegedly looking into the windows of a rural Erhard woman.

Near the small town of Erhard, the 68-year-old man was spotted Apr. 8, peering through the windows of the woman’s home. The woman said he was a former co-worker of her’s, and didn’t leave after he was spotted, giving a strange excuse when later confronted.

Former Daycare Provider Charged with Forging Background Check

WILLMAR, Minn. (KSAX) - A former Willmar daycare provider faces a felony charge after allegedly forging a signature for a background check needed to keep her daycare license.

The charges come after a video was released to authorities showing children at daycare provider Shelly Schueller’s home allegedly locked in a basement with insulation exposed last fall.
