House and Senate investigators asked Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, “to provide information and testimony” about any contacts he had with people connected to the Russian government. He refused.

“I declined the invitation to participate, as the request was poorly phrased, overly broad and not capable of being answered.”

You’d think that an attorney with that many years of experience wouldn’t have so much trouble understanding a straightforward English sentence…

The Senate Select Intelligence Committee has since empowered both its Republican chair and the ranking Democrat to issue subpoenas. Good luck “declining” that one, Mr. Cohen.

That’s in the space of three days on two newspapers. That isn’t counting what WaPo, WSJ, BBC, and every other reporter is publishing. Any one of these would be enough to power a scandal for months. That’s seven in three days.

Its. Not. Normal.

Oh, and as a reminder:

Pence swore up and down that there was no communication with Russia.

Trump swore up and down that there was no communication with Russia.

And every day, we get new evidence of how far the lies go.

(Edited because I grabbed on from WaPo so then I just added all the WaPo bombshells in the same period)
