Notes from the second grammar lesson from the book I am studying, 빈도별 토픽.

-ㄴ/는다 한들 means “granted that” or “even though it is/does.” It is often followed by a rhetorical question. Such as “Even if they lower the admission cost do you think more people will attend?“

Here are two Korean sentences I made using the grammar, so they might not be perfect. I will have a friend check them for me later.

부지런히 돈을 모은다 한들 3 달안에 콘서트 티켓ㅇ을 살수있을까? 아무리 재미있는 사람이라 한들 그 그녀는 웃지 않을개.

Apart from being a singer, Carla is also an author, artist and actress.
She has a degree in Mortuary Science from California’s Cypress College, and worked as an embalmer and funeral director before forming the Butcher Babies.
Heidi was raised in a Mormon society and even got married at 20 years old. Then she decided that she wanted to pursued her dreams and leave to Los Angeles to work in a radio station.
