Ok this is a wierd ask but here goes... I'm taking my mum to go see the new power rangers film for mothers day but I'm awful at seeing films I fund it really hard to shut up or stay still do you have any advice for going to the cinema and actually being able to watch the film? I also have apd so it's even harder if I can't hear it n I don't want to end up eating TONS just to keep focused?? Thanks :)

Do you knit or crochet? That really helps me a lot at movies. I knit huge blanket squares. I have a friend who knits dishcloths at the movies. If you don’t do either of those, some kind of fidget toy that is quiet but will keep your hands busy could be helpful. Also, if caffeine is at all helpful for your symptoms, you could drink a cola.

Well I still can’t make adequate clothing from scratch, BUT I do enjoy taking pre-existing scraps of clothing and sewing them together to make new things lol. Here’s two shirts I made today~ (OwO;)/

Perfect timing for knitting a blanket. The weather started to feel like autumn🍁. Even though I like autumn, but not on August, 19. The fifth square out of planned 24… Hopefully I’ll get it done by winter 😂
