When I saw the post that they included me in one of the featured artist, my heart skipped a beat. I was so happy that I can’t express it in words. I was just staring at my monitor dumb-founded smiling like an idiot. It’s not that big but I am really honored to be in that list. I’m not that good, I know. I’m nowhere near perfect but hey at someone notice my arts. I never imagine that someday, one of my creation will be posted in an exhibit. //cries Did I dream about it? Not even once! I just get back on my artist side 4-5 years ago when I started drawing again seriously. My drawings back then are craps but it just means that I’ve improved. I didn’t attend any art class excluding art subjects in the curriculum, so just like anybody else, I’m self-taught. Actually, I just “tried” entering this mini art exhibit. Even my cousin was kinda shocked that I made it. I said I wasn’t going to enter ‘cause I’m not good enough. Lucky isn’t it? :) I’m very thankful to Kawaii PH for giving me such opportunity. I will never ever forget this. For some people it’s nothing but for me it’s priceless. So I’m very very excited to see my printed artwork on September 6. If you want to go, you can go to their website or you also check out details on their facebook page. :D
