Halloween was produced on a budget of $300,000 and grossed $47 million at the box office in the United States, and $70 million worldwide (equivalent to $255 million as of 2015), becoming one of the most profitable independent films of all time.

George Harrison and Bob Marley met July 13,1975 backstage at the Roxy in Los Angeles, When the president of Island Records, Charley Nuccio heard that George was a fan of Bob Marley’s music, Charley Nuccio invited George to the show to see and meet Bob Marley.
