*shrugs* maybe people point out OP is a terf/terf-supporter because it can change the context (or rather, make it more clear) of the post, or maybe some people just really don’t want to interact with someone who supports people who are actively against them/hate them for who they are and I mean you can think whatever you want about that but dismissing them as childish/derailing is kinda naive
During the second run of the ‘Bubbles’ ad Wilford is there From the first ad it’s suppose to ‘solve all of lifes problems’ and then states a very serious problem plaguing the problem. But when Wilford gets on camera it says
‘Are you constantly haunted by the ghosts of everyone you killed and maybe you think it was you that was the problem, and maybe it wasn’t just a misunderstanding where you were trying to tickle them with a knife?’
Normally this is a dark joke but knowing Mark they’re maybe more to it. Wilford obviously doesn’t understand certain things. He doesn’t know how to use a metaphor ( FNAF: the interview)
“Looks like i’ll have to go and get things up and running again, because my crew is standing around like… metaphor.”
He doesn’t understand context as shown Disc of Riches
“What are you talking about he ASKED me to do it” “That was the GAME you can’t keep killing contestants” “No, no, no he said it, he said ‘kill me, kill me now”
I think a large part of Wilford killing people is just not understanding the situation well enough, there’s something about him that he doesn’t understand the context or perhaps what death really is.
And it’s taking a large toll on him. He’s being haunted by the fact he’s killing people, and in his own delusional mind where ‘Warfstache is always right’ He’s starting to doubt himself and realizing that he’s at fault for all the others deaths and not just ‘misunderstanding’
The question pounded into your head over and over again, “Did you kill those people?” the five words repeated themselves in your mind like an echo that never died down. Your eldest brother drilled holes into your eyes, while the other didn’t know where to look, his eyes switched from looking at you his baby sister, to Dean his older brother. You, you just stood. You didn’t know how to react, he had found your journal. He had read through your journal, what were you supposed to do. A million questions raced through your mind but once you took a hold of one it would just slip away, it was like trying to grab smoke with your hands.
Finally after a long unbearable silence you managed to grasp a question. “What?” You spluttered out. Your voice came out quiet and hoarse. You saw as your brothers faces changed from worried and mad to surprised, and you had to say you were surprised too, this was the first time you spoke in nearly three whole months now. Although it was just a word it was a big step. You were so overwhelmed you forgot about the deep fear of speaking you had had for the past weeks. Dean stood there ogling at you, until his face contorted into one of disgust and hatred. You felt as your heart sank, never had he looked at you the way he was now.
“Great. You can speak now.” He spat walking closer to you, he gave you the journal which had little indents of where his fingers where grabbing it tightly “You seem confused, let me explain. See the other night after you had your little break down Sammy found your oh-so-precious journal of yours and realized that maybe that might tell us what had happened to you, but then of course we found something you probably didn’t want us to see.”
Sammy? You knew he had something to do with all of this but Dean was one thing, you’d expect this from him. He looks through your stuff all the time, but Sammy? Sammy respects your privacy, he’s the one that listen to you and is patient and simple cares for you, or so you thought. You looked over at him, and he just avoided your gaze, his face was one of pure guilt. You shook your head disappointedly and looked back at Dean, who maintained his strong stance and stared at you.
“Now I’m gonna ask you one more time. Did. You. Kill. Those. People?” He said, punctuating each word, you glared at him as you slowly began to walk backwards as he moved towards you cornering you. You were such a coward, hiding from your brother. You were strong, you saved the world, but right at this moment you felt like an idiot.
“No.” You said in a monotone voice and stood your ground. Although you looked brave, in the inside you were nothing but a complete mess.
“No? That’s all you have to say? I don’t believe you.” He said lowering his voice so only you could hear him, he seemed so mad you could swear he was going to hit you, “I don’t even know why you’re still here. You’re nothing but a lying bitch.” Dean, your Dean said. He wasn’t possessed, or a shift shaper or something like that. This was your older brother, who has protected you with all his life, now telling you to leave.
A small list of things Bum has canonically done so far:
- broke into Woo’s house, sniffed his sheets, and then attempted masturbation in his bed. (“I cant today~” gets me everytime)
- tried to poison Woo’s food.
- became uncontrollably and explosively aroused just from holding Woo’s clothed junk.
- called Woo a motherfucker and shoved his face in the street.
- attempted the world’s most wobbly and unconvincing seduction attempt mere moments before impending death.
- tried to touch his captor while he slept and then asked him to suck at his chest
- owned a dildo.
I parked Penelope’s car at the curb in front of the house, and got out quickly to see Bree pelting down the front stairs toward Jamie, who had stepped out of the ‘49 Ford he’d pulled carefully into the driveway. He’d been doubling back to come greet me, but hearing his daughter’s squeals, he turned and crouched down in the grass for interception.
Bree, however, was far more excited about the new car. Instead of flinging herself into Jamie’s arms, she made a sharp left and thudded herself into the front passenger door with both hands. Liking the sound immensely, she began pummeling the door further, jumping up and down and shrieking with giggles as she did so.
“No-no-no, a nighean,” Jamie said sharply as he reached her and grabbed both her hands away.
Bree jumped, startled and horrified by his harsh tone. Jamie was so unfailingly gentle with her, always, that for a moment, I thought she was going to burst out into tears. Jamie realized this, too, and quickly released her hands, laying one of his own against the gleaming paint of the car door. “Now, wee Bree, ye mustna hit our Bonnie. Ye wouldna wish to hurt her feelings by thrashing her about, aye?”
“Bonnie?” I laughed, incredulous as I came to stand with Mrs. Byrd, “Is that its name??”
“‘Tis her name,” Jamie said with dignity, though I could see the corner of his mouth twitching. To Bree, he encouraged, “Can ye say ‘hello’ to Bonnie Blue?”
Without missing a beat, Bree took a step back and waved at the car. “Hiiii-lo, Bobbie bloo!”
We all laughed and Jamie kissed her cheek. “Aye, that’s right, cub. We all must be verra gentle and sweet to Miss Bonnie so she lasts a good long while.”
Bree looked pensive for a moment, considering, then walked forward to lay an unutterably delicate kiss on the driver’s door.
“‘Inna laff-me!” she scolded as we all did. She pointed a stern finger at Jamie, then the car. “M’kissie, Da.”
Jamie opened his mouth to decline, then removed his hat and laid a soft kiss on the handle. “How’s that, cub?” he asked Bree with a grin.
“’S’okay,” she said with a curt nod, rising on tiptoes to peer in the side mirror.
Jamie laughed, standing, “She’ll keep a man verra humble, one day, that one.”
Jamie was like a bronze statue behind the wheel, impeccable and sure in his movement. It was the deliberateness, the same steeled concentration in his eye that he’d used in battle. At the wheel, he used it to be cautious, careful, erring on the side of slowness for the sake of accuracy. Still, while we were puttering along at about the same speed as an octogenarian on foot, the set of his jaw made him look so…
“Damn me, but you do look sexy doing that, Jamie.”
“Oh, aye?” he said, not taking his eye from the road, but the corners of his mouth crooked downward: a suppressed smile.
“Indeed, you do,” I confirmed matter-of-factly, scooting closer to him on the wide seat and reaching out a delicate finger to trace his arm. “Positively rakish.”
“More so than when I’m about other activities?”
“Oh, in terms of sexiness, this is ranking in your top five activities, to be sure,” I said, with mock solemnity.
He snorted. “Not that I’m no’ sensible of the compliment, but I canna quite see how turning a steering wheel should be at all rousing to ye.”
“Welll….” I kept my face intentionally composed, tracing the tendons of his right hand, feeling the strength in them as they grasped the self-same wheel. “Do you…happen to know what the kids do, when they ‘go for a drive’?”
“Other than getting to their intended destination, ye mean?”
“The destination is everything,” I said dramatically, walking my fingers up his arm. “They find a secluded spot to park the car…” I leaned forward and breathed in his ear, “…and then set about to…. not enjoy the scenery.”
He shivered at my touch and his fingers tightened a bit on the steering wheel but he didn’t seem in the least bit shocked. “Aye, seems reasonable, there being fewer cow byres and springhouses to which the youngsters might secrete themselves.”
“Oh-ho! And just who was young Jamie Fraser secreting with in cow byres, might I ask?”
“And I might just as easily inquire with whom it was that ye *didna* enjoy the scenery,Sassenach…” he said sardonically.
“Oh, really!” I swatted him, making him laugh and playfully swat me back. “Teenagers didn’t have cars when I was at the cavorting age, you oaf! Movies,” I drawled, seeing his puzzlement. “Lovers’ Lanes are common spots for young people to—” Ahah, how to explain this one? “—get murdered in gory films.”
“Jesus CHRIST, Sassenach,” Jamie said in alarm, taking his eye from the road a moment to give me a look of deep revulsion. “Folk enjoy seeing young couples getting—killed?”
“They’re not all about people getting—Oh never mind, I will get you to the cinema eventually, but anyway, I also happen to know more about driving dates than I’d wish because I have the joy of being a compulsory member of the debriefing committee for Della O’ Malley’s courting escapades.”
“Ah, our wee Della,” Jamie sighed ruefully, turning right. “She must get herself marrit, soon, or she’ll end up so entangled she’ll need to be pruned,” he laughed. “So…whereabouts is the ‘Lovers’ Lane’ in these parts, then?”
“Oh, there are many, I’m sure. But Della’s favorite was in a huge copse of willow trees near the big creek off of Plymouth Tra—”
And before my eyes, not two seconds later, the car rattled merrily onto none other… than Plymouth Trace.
“What was it ye were saying, Sassenach?”
“Why, you presumptuous wee bastard! How the bloody hell did you know?”
The wee bastard in question grinned devilishly, chancing a glance away from the road. “The lads at Fernacre as about as eager to crow about their escapades as Miss O’Malley. I figured it would be fitting to take our Bonnie here on her first trip.”
“You talk bout her like she’s our child,” I giggled.
“Dinna listen to her, Bonnie,” Jamie crooned, patting her (“HER!” pah!) fondly on the dashboard. “You’re part o’ the family now.”
We pulled into the arbor, carefully, slowly and came to rest between two of the trees that stood close together. I couldn’t help gasping as I opened the door and tripped out between the fluttering curtains of yellow-green. There were perhaps twenty willows, scattered around a lazy bend in a wide, sweet creek; tall ones, with their fronds waving gracefully in the late-afternoon breezes.
Della liked this spot, I knew, for the seclusion it provided in the dark of the evening. In the afternoon, with sunlight dappling between the leaves, though, it was—
“My thoughts exactly,” came a soft, low voice at my shoulder as his arm came around my waist.
“Flatterer,” I grinned.
“No,” he whispered, pressing me back against the side rear of car, his eyes dark with feeling.
I melted into him, reaching hungrily for his mouth as he reached for mine. I could feel the sun-warmed panels hot through my skirt as he pressed me into them, his mouth, his hands, his entire body insistent against mine.
I could feel my body rising to his, my blood pounding furiously in every vessel, crying out to him.
Jamie. My Jamie.
“Does it ever stop?” I panted, “the wanting you?”
“No,” he whispered with a soft laugh before taking my mouth again. “Never.”
A long, fevered string of moments later, Jamie’s hand left my neck (though the other continued to roam freely. A moment later I heard the springing CLONK of the rear door latch releasing. “Get inside,” he whispered hoarsely. “I’ve got to have you now.”
“In the…? I thought we were supposed to ‘be gentle to Bonnie.’”
“Oh, aye, wi’ Bonnie I’ll be gentle…. Wi’ you—” He latched his mouth into the crease of my neck and chuckled darkly as I groaned with the rush of sensation. “Now… get inside.”
I had his trousers down around his ankles in a jiffy, leaving him exposed. “Kick off your shoes,” I whispered urgently. He tried but got tangled up, and had to bend down to extricate himself. I took the opportunity to spread our picnic blanket over the back seat and clamber in.
Jamie joined me a minute later, bare-arsed, pulling the door shut behind him. He knelt before me on the floor, running his hands up under the skirt of my dress. He was smiling, but I could tell he was done with kidding around.
“You’re wearing far too many clothes, mo nighean donn,” he whispered, nuzzling my thighs, “far too many.”
While my vision was obscured by my dress flying up over my head, he set to work between my legs, eliciting a moan that surely shook the vines surrounding us. “Oh….Jamie….”
I heard—no, felt—him laugh against me, not slowing his pace one bit. It seemed hardly moments before I cried, “Ja—Jamie—I’m going—to—”
And I did, my vision going lilac with energy as i melted under his touch.
He didn’t wait long. With remarkable economy of motion, he pulled me down against him and whirled us around so that I was sitting astride him on the seat. My head almost brushed the roof but that hardly mattered. I was dizzy, spinning as I was curling my entire body around him, bending my head to him, needing more even as I throbbed.
We slid together with a sigh that seemed to emit from us both. I could feel the car rocking softly back and forth with us as I rode him, hard and desperately.
“Sassenach….” he moaned, his head pressed hard into my shoulder as he gripped my hips so hard I knew I would bruise and moved me harder, deeper, faster. One hand slid further down and used his thumb to bring me to the brink again and we were crying out together, pulsing against each other to get one more moment, one more bolt of our common magic.
When we were both spent, he let his head fall back and I slumped against him, wrapping my arms slowly around his neck, both of us one sweaty, quivering heap. The sun beamed through the rear window, bathing our still-one flesh in blissful warmth and light. I took the opportunity to study him while his eyes were closed. His hair was short and arranged, and his clothes, wherever they were, were different, but he was still the lad–the achingly sweet, caring lad–who had slept outside my door to keep away brigands in the night. So pure and loving…so…exquisite. The lines of his face; the hollows of cheek and temple; the smile that tugged at his lips even as he heaved with exhaustion. Glowing in the sunlight, he looked so beautiful, I truly wanted to cry.
I opened my mouth to tell him so, but just at that moment, he spoke. “There’s a good lass.”
I thought he was addressing me, so it came as quite a surprise then he thumped not my bare arse but the seat beside us. “If this be the time we conceive, we’ll keep ye in mind when we name the bairn.”
“You’re ridiculous,” I murmured against his mouth, barely managing it, widely as I was grinning.
“Aye,” he laughed, a little sheepishly, wrapping his arms snugly around my hips. “I’ll try to be more dignif—”
I’m fascinated by Mikasa’s ability to be the fandom’s lightning rod, especially when it comes to the anime.
I had a sort of realization as to why there’s a surge of negativity targeted towards her from this episode alone, and from the manga-reader crowd of all people. This is just my opinion, but I don’t believe this is all sudden character hate – this is people still feeling mistrustful of and disliking the anime’s portrayal of her based on past experience.
From what I’ve gathered, season 1 Mikasa did not leave the best impression on fans. Many who compared that adaptation of her to her manga counterpart felt that she was too Eren-centric overall. So when season 2 finally aired, that residual uncertainty bled over. I think the third episode of this season (episode 28) is what fully opened up that old wound again. That’s the episode where an important key to her character development was left out, leaving quite a bit of fans feeling more wary than ever about how the anime would continue to handle her character (I wrote about it here).
Fans feared that her flaws would be glossed over, and for understandable reasons. But honestly, I’m not so concerned about that cut anymore in terms of her characterization. It was just last episode that Mikasa acknowledged her failure to kill Reiner and Bert when she had the chance. That was also in the manga, and while it feels like such a hollow victory to celebrate the anime doing the bare minimum in that regard, it’s still a promising sign. Overall, I’d say this season is doing a much better job at portraying her accurately. @guyinlovewitheremika put it best in this post.
Bad news is, that mistrust in the anime is tainting fans’ perception of Mikasa altogether. Suddenly it’s like every little thing about her is taken as a sign of the anime team messing up her character or pushing their own agenda, right down to her physical appearance. The thing fans disliked the most about her portrayal last season was that her fixation on Eren was overdone. This is the tricky part, because Mikasa’s attachment to Eren does bring about clear flaws that are undoubtedly part of her character growth. It’s not like her attachment to him is OOC, it’s right there in the manga. But because the anime – according to many fans – exaggerated that part of her character, there’s this knee-jerk reaction to whenever she actually is supposed to show concern about Eren. Instead of recognizing that this is perfectly in character for her, people are taking this as an indication of the anime wrongly depicting her because of their version of the story told so far.
It’s backlash at her for being in character while perceiving it as being OOC.
This episode that was adapted from chapter 45 highlighted that attitude best.
Putting the original flashback aside for a second, she acts exactly the same as she does in the respective chapter. Dialogue and everything. There, she’s incredibly worried about Eren, frantic, and becoming despondent over the realization that he’s gotten so far away. By “gotten away,” I mean she realizes that Eren was just kidnapped by two powerful and dangerous enemies that she blames herself for not killing earlier when given the chance, has every reason to believe they will kill him, keeping in mind that these are the very same people who are responsible for destroying her second home and most of her second family as well.
And they’ve gotten a 5 hour head start. The prospects are, well, not good for Eren from this perspective.
I’ll admit she’s never been a favorite of mine, but I could always understand and sympathize with her. Eren is the person who saved her, who taught her to fight back instead of accepting her cruel fate, who became part of her new family she was immediately welcomed into after just watching her parents be brutally murdered. Her parents, who were her entire world. Family is by the far the most important thing to her, and she acts on that wish to keep what little of that she has together after losing so much already.
Waking up to the realization that she may very well be losing more of her family again devastates her, and why wouldn’t it? In the flashback, she’s a 9 or 10 year old. Well before any semblance of character development takes place in story. So she, unsurprisingly, is more overbearing with Eren back then. Running to his side the moment she learns he’s off picking fights again, telling him to get back home, and distressed when Eren once again leaves her behind to try to finish a fight he won’t win.
But because this wasn’t written in the manga by Isayama himself, then it’s subjected to even more scrutiny. It makes it easier for people to brush this off as the anime team just failing to understand certain characters and their relationships with others.
Whether you like it or not, Mikasa’s relationship with Eren is a focus for this arc especially. So of course it’s necessary to emphasize that, but I don’t think it’s being over exaggerated at all. This arc just has the misfortune of immediately following the events of season 1 that had fans feeling so uneasy in the first place. If/when we ever get to see the Uprising arc animated, I think there’ll be fewer accusations towards the anime disloyally adapting her character.
A great deal of her development is about learning to let go, to trust Eren to look after himself knowing he won’t so recklessly put his life in danger, to not let her emotions cloud her judgement and be a more reliable soldier. As of chapter 45, which the anime just showed, she has not fully reached that point. She is still growing. Much of that growth doesn’t happen until after chapter 50.
The lack of faith in the anime team is resulting in some visceral reactions to even the most trivial of changes.
This isn’t limited to Mikasa either. I’ve seen a lot fans anxious over whether or not certain pieces of dialogue would even make the cut, or if a dynamic between characters wouldn’t be depicted accurately or even severely downplayed.
I’ve been wary of the second season for a while now because of the way characters like Eren were handled in the past (looking you, lava-veined berserk titan), but now I have a lot more confidence in this adaptation than before. Like Mikasa’s attachment isn’t being overdone, Armin’s bond with Eren isn’t being downplayed, and Eren has stayed true to his behavior from the manga even while fighting Reiner. All of them are in character. Some of that worry is still there for when crucial character moments come around, but I’d rather deal with that when the time comes instead of fretting about it so much.
As of now, I’d say most of the manga-readers are guilty of constantly referring back to season 1 to determine how characters will continue to be portrayed. That was 4 years ago. There has been a lot more canon material available for the anime team to use over that time, along with meetings with the author himself.
This isn’t going to be a perfect adaptation every step of the way, but at this point it’s unfair to say that the anime is completely messing up characters like Mikasa. What was done in the past can’t be changed, but I think they’re doing their best to make up for that and loyally following the source material, at the very least when it comes to the main cast.
Basically, this isn’t an issue with Mikasa. It’s the fandom having an issue with the anime.
Joker Imagine - You’re a cop but also his girlfriend
Gotham city was full of criminals and it just got worse during night. I was a cop at GCPD (Gotham City Police Department). I fought against the criminals every day, proudly with a strong will to help my city. That’s before I met my boyfriend, the Joker. Yes, the clown prince of crime, Batman’s arch enemy and so much more. How could he fall for a cop?
I met him when I was off duty. He didn’t even know I was a cop then. We were at his club and we seemed to get along very well, considering we were devouring each other’s lips the night we met. Long story short, he didn’t want to let go of me. Once he found out I was a cop, he wasn’t even mad. Joker knew it was a good source of information. So here I was in my uniform, drinking coffee and filling paper sheets. I knew more of Gotham than regular people and Joker loved what I could tell him. I loved helping him.
‘‘Y/N!’‘ I heard someone yelling my name. I looked up from my desk and met the eyes of James Gordon, shortly known as Jim. ‘‘Yes?’‘ I raised my eyebrow and fixed my hair. Jim was a very good cop that everyone knew. He was my inspiration when I was younger. ‘‘There’s been an explosion by the bay.Batman was seen and so was Joker. We need to go’‘ Jim told me in a rush. My eyes widened and I felt adrenaline already pulsing through my system. Without words, I stood up and grabbed my coat. Then I followed Jim and I saw his partner coming as well.
We and a few other cops rushed to our cars and started following Jim. I was alone because my partner was sick. He was a dick anyway so I didn’t mind. I turned on the sirens and hit the gas pedal. I’d make sure I was the one to take Joker to Arkham or GCPD. We slowed down at a closed area. I parked my car behind Jim’s and then I got out. I grabbed my gun and loaded it. As I looked around, I saw that all cops were hiding behind something, either their car doors or the edge of a building. I just stood there. Fools.
I heard laughter. I nearly smiled because I recognized the person laughing, Joker. My eyes scanned the dark area but I found my green haired prince quickly. He was standing by a car filled with people. The area smelled like gasoline and Joker had matches. Old tricks seemed to work for him.
‘‘If you shoot, the car goes boom!’‘ Joker warned everyone. Batman couldn’t do much either because Joker could light the car on fire. I saw Batman’s cape and then I saw the dark knight further away. He stood near Jim. ‘‘Joker give up!’‘ I yelled, shocking everyone because they never believed in me. One of my co-workers told me to shut up but I ignored it. I just wanted my boyfriend’s attention, and it worked.
Joker turned to look at me and then he gave me an evil smile. ‘’Oh what do we have here?’’ He laughed. This was fun, acting like we didn’t know each other. I played the good cop and he played the bad criminal. This was our plan after all. I just didn’t know he’d streak tonight. We both knew if I got promoted, I’d know more secrets of this city. It was a win win for both of us. So we agreed to do something that made me look like a hero and then I’d get the promotion I needed.
The wind made my hair flow a bit. I kept an angry gaze as I looked at J. ‘’Let them go’’ I told him as calmly as I could. Then I stepped closer to Joker very slowly. ‘’Oh where’s the fun in that?’’ Joker pouted and played with the matches. The other cops got nervous now. They thought I would kill these people by my behaviour. Honestly I wouldn’t mind but tonight they had to stay alive.
‘‘You do realize that the second you light that car on fire, 20 cops will put a bullet though you, right?’‘ I asked J and then I held back a laugh. This was too fun to take so seriously but I forced myself to keep my cool. ‘‘Hm,you dare speak to me like that missy. Why?’‘ Joker asked with an angry growl. I felt Jim’s eyes on me and it made me a bit nervous as well.
‘‘Joker I’m giving you a chance. Hands up’‘ I barked at him. He rolled his eyes and seemed to get mad. He didn’t even bug. ‘‘Y/N back off’‘ Another cop whispered to me as I passed them. Jesus Christ these people were idiots. ‘‘How about we make a deal? I’ll put my gun down and you put the matches down. That way, you won’t get shot’‘ I suggested one of our plans. Joker sighed tiredly.
‘‘That’s boriiing’‘ He yelled. Batman tried to get closer silently but man I wouldn’t let him take Joker away. I used my other hand to grab a smoke bomb, one that we made at his hideout of course. Everyone thought it was a gas that made it hard to breathe but we changed it a bit. It just looked thick but that’s it. As the bomb hit the ground, a thick cloud of smoke spread across the area. It smelled bad which made people near us cough. I ran towards Joker although I didn’t see him well.
‘‘We should do this during foreplay kitten’‘He whispered as he willingly let me cuff him. ‘‘We’ll see about that’‘ I giggled with a smile. Then he got down on the ground and I just sat on his back for a while, waiting for the smoke to clear. I heard heavy footsteps coming closer and a few seconds later I recognized Batman. He saw that I got Joker down. No words were changed between me and the dark knight. Then he hurried to the car and let the people out.
‘‘Pretend to be hurt baby. I’ll drive you to the police department and break you out later’‘ I leaned down and whispered into his ear. Then I cuffed his wrists together. Only a couple moments later Jim ran towards us. He seemed shocked once he saw us. Me on top of Joker who was ‘hurt’. Joker growled and tried to wiggle away but of course he wouldn’t really escape yet.
‘‘A bit help here? I can’t pick him up by myself’‘ I asked Jim with a small smile. ‘‘Yeah’‘ He breathed out and put his gun away. Together we pulled J on his feet. ‘‘Jimbo, we meet again’‘ Joker spoke tiredly. ‘‘I hope it’s the last time’‘ Jim answered and roughly pulled my boyfriend towards my car. My arrest, my car, that’s the rule.
‘‘Good job Y/N’‘ Jim told me as we got Joker inside my car. He pretended to sleep now. ‘‘Thanks Jim’‘ I nodded and then put my gun away. ‘‘I’ll come with you. It’s not safe to drive alone with Joker’‘ Jim offered me kindly. Whatever, it’s not like it would hurt. ‘‘Okay-’‘ I started my sentence but I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around and almost gasped once I saw Batman. Did he find out?!
‘‘Jim has taught you well’‘ Batman told me with his very deep voice. I looked in shock as Batman left the scene. I changed looks with Jim who offered me a smile. ‘‘Let’s get going’‘ I broke the silence and got inside my car. Joker laughed a little bit back there but he didn’t try to do anything. Jim got in and then I started the engine, driving back to the police department.
‘‘Pretty girl, what’s your name?’‘ Joker asked after a while. Jim tried to tell him to shut up, but I was quicker. ‘‘I’m Y/N’‘ I replied shortly while keeping my eyes on the road. ‘‘Y/N..’‘ Joker said my name softly. ‘‘So you’re what now? The Jimbo number 2 or his good little student? Huh?’‘ Joker asked me in a mocking way. I didn’t take it personally tho.
‘‘She’s a good cop, Joker’‘ Jim answered since I didn’t. Good cop, yeah yeah. Little did he know. I just smirked as I drove towards the police department. In a few hours I would be the one to help Joker escape, but of course no one would know. Not for now. One day I would leave this job and join the world of crazy criminality and fun with J, but not today.
/Sorry this sucks, I just wanted to write something quickly since I haven’t written in a while. Better stuff will come up soon.

tbh finn doesn’t even really lie, he just tells a couple fibs for self preservation and stretches the truth so he can get on starkiller to save rey because he’s the only one that gives a crap that she’s in danger
he certainly doesn’t torture two of our main heroes, kill two unarmed old men including his father, order the execution of an entire village including children, stand by while a fascist organization he’s basically the second highest ranking member of kills billions of people, kidnap our heroine, painfully invade her mind/torture her TWICE, throw her into a tree like a rag doll and try to kill her a couple more times
but “lies” are apparently worse than all of that i guess
Alec was thirstier than he thought possible. He wasn’t alone though, all of his coven mates were angsty and impatient for Heidi to return for today’s catch. It was a miracle that Gianna had managed to stay alive amongst the thirsty vampires.
The second Heidi appeared through the door, Alec’s coven mates all lunged for the nearest body. Patience was nothing but a memory at the moment. All that mattered was thirst.

Optimus Prime: Humanity as a whole is unwilling to trust the Transformers because the memory of Megatron invading Earth and killing six million people is still fresh in their minds, and the Autobots are forced to deal with Megatron’s actions despite not being directly responsible for them. Humanity especially takes issue with how quick the Autobots were to forgive Megatron and let Megatron wear the Autobot badge as soon as Megatron said he was sorry.
Lost Light: Ultra Magnus is upset that Megatron escaped to an alternate reality where he’s free to live peacefully with an entire universe that has no idea who he is? LOL what a crybaby, looks like crybaby Magnus has some growing up to do. Life isn’t black and white sweaty there are shades of grey to everything. :)
