Neal's death anniversary is coming up and I thought about doing a trend.
You may remember last year I put together #HopeForNeal and it trended World Wide!

Well, that was for hoping that Neal to live and have second chances which didn’t happened and ended up breaking a part of the fandom.

We all miss Neal. Even the ones that don’t watch the show anymore (including me). So, this coming Monday (March 30th) I thought about using the tag #NealsTallahassee, representing that Neal isn’t dead and that his Tallahassee is with MRJ and his journey as an actor. So I guess you can say it’s a thank you to MRJ for bringing Neal to our screens and giving us hope. :]

I’m going to put the time, 6pmEST to try and trend it. You can look up online to find your timezone.

SPREAD THE WORD. Much love.

gyorklady  asked:

What if Neal came to Storybrooke after getting August's postcard?

It never occurred to him that he wouldn’t find Emma.  It was her curse to break, and that was the reason he’d left eleven years ago.  Giving her a chance to know her parents, to understand that she hadn’t been abandoned, mattered more than how he felt for her.

He still loved her.  It was a love strong enough to make him drive into a town where his father lived.  The strength of his love wasn’t enough to cross worlds, though.

“A portal?” he asked in dismay.  Emma had found her parents.  Her father seemed a good man if his grief at loosing his daughter was any indication.

“Me and Gramps are going to find a way to get them back, though.  Right?”  Neal hadn’t noticed the kid, sitting strangely still in the corner of the room drinking what looked like hot chocolate.

“Of course, kid.  We’ll have your mom and Snow back in no time.”  It was a vague promise, but that wasn’t what caught Neal’s attention.

“Your mom?”

To write or not to write

Sorry, this post is not really about romantic post you’d expect with the tag or even about the fanfics but just my personal writing. And it’s actually way past midnight and my sleeping time but this has been bugging me lately.

I’ve been thinking whether people actually like my Swanfire stories (although my focus is really more on family, Papafire and Kidfire because Papafire is what really made me love the show. Henry and Nealfire’s relationship is also sweet but not explored as much as I want to on the show).

I think my stories are not as popular as some other popular Swanfire writers. So I think the reason is either one of the options or all of them or none of them as I could be very bad at analysis.

a. My writing sucks. Just plain and simple like that. In that case, I need to improve and/or just move on to other fandoms.

b. My topics/themes are not popular.

I really can’t change my theme though. I chose themes that resonate with me personally. That’s why I usually don’t take prompt (not that I’m that popular writer/blogger to get prompts but I mean in the fic exchange). I also like to deal with things that are not discussed/explored on the show but I would like to especially about Papafire and Kidtire. I can’t bring myself to write romantic Swanfire as in how I wish their relationship blossoms/develops ignoring how Emma Swan and the rest of the characters have been written OOC lately. I can’t also heed the advice I heard recently about ignoring the current characterization as fanfic writers for this fandom are most of the time better than the current writing. I mean it may be the case but it may not apply to me.  Besides I’ve stopped watching the show so I can’t really include anything “canon” from 3B onward.

c. Readers are busy with their own things and don’t want to review/like (but then they have time to review other stories so I think it’s either a or b).

d. Some other reasons I can’t think of.

I have abandoned some of my stories since 3B as I can’t muster the love I had for them, but not all because some stories are cathartic for me because I’m actually still bitter and try to get over it. And now I’m going back to sleep or at least try to.

Word. Because he was so good with the first kid he took under his wing. *rolls eyes*

Yes, it’s ironic that the kid was Neal. It’s even more tragic because Neal didn’t get to see his son one last time. Why are they so cruel?

It wasn’t the show I signed to watch. I’m still regretting my decision to watch this show 1.5 years ago (yes, I started before S2 started)
