Pause for a moment and close your eyes. Take a deep breath through your mouth slowly and let it out again at the same speed. Then take a deep breath through your nose if you can and let it out through your mouth.
Just take a second to ground yourself. Clear your mind even just for a moment. Did you do that? Okay, good. Stay safe. You can do this.
