Strength training at The gym

Wow, first day at the gym for strength training was scary and upsetting. I had no clue where to start except I knew what parts I wanted to work on. But, how to use and know my way around forget it. Crazy thing is I’m there 6 days a week but usually take cardio classes only ( I.e. Zumba). I almost gave up, because I almost let my overwhelming frustrations get to me. But, in the end I found a few machines I could work on. The floor definitely intimidated me! I think I will stick to my cardio classes for cardio because 30 minutes on the elliptical is well boring.. Haha tomorrow is another day. Happy Training!

Breakfast is served.. Can’t wait for this to start in a couple of weeks, May5th! I did this challenge the first time last fall changed my life forever. Another way to hold yourself accountable.
