Wow, first day at the gym for strength training was scary and upsetting. I had no clue where to start except I knew what parts I wanted to work on. But, how to use and know my way around forget it. Crazy thing is I’m there 6 days a week but usually take cardio classes only ( I.e. Zumba). I almost gave up, because I almost let my overwhelming frustrations get to me. But, in the end I found a few machines I could work on. The floor definitely intimidated me! I think I will stick to my cardio classes for cardio because 30 minutes on the elliptical is well boring.. Haha tomorrow is another day. Happy Training!
