Before & During

Here is an interesting photo I just stumbled upon–check out how my knees will hardly bend because that’s what happens when you refuse to size up when your pants get too small.

BTW, that was 3 winter coats ago.

Before: 250lbs

During: 181lbs [currently 177!]

Weigh In/Measurements

I wasn’t at my boyfriends house like I planned so I used my own scale [which has been pretty frustrating to use, but I needed to do this weigh in]

Previous: 181lbs

Today: 179 lbs

Loss: 2 lbs!

Inches Lost [2 weeks of Live Fit]: 3 inches

This marks a 70lb weight loss since my HW of 250lbs

This also marks 37.8lb weight loss since starting fitblr

And makes a total of 45.2 inches gone since starting fitblr

My measurements are listed on My Stats link, if you want more deetz.

Happy to be out of the 180’s!

What are some of your 5K times? Do you think you will improve this time by July? We can improve together! **Message me your 5k time and I will add a list to this post with your URL, tag your URL along with some other good tags and I will refer back to it on July 1st and we can see how much progress we made!

Hey :) I was wondering what your workout regime & diet was like in the first few months of your weight loss? Xxx

Hey! I was kind of all over the place but I’ll try to keep it in order:

The first time I ever worked out in 2010, I did the elliptical. It was my life. I worked my way up to spending an hour on that thing. That’s what I used to drop my first 50lbs.

Then I gained 20 of that back.

Then when I started this past August/September…

September: 30 Day Shred mixed with bike riding/walking/my waitressing job.

October: Ripped in 30 and blogilates mixed with bike riding/walking/yoga.

November/December: Blogilates & C25K [then it got too cold!] Yoga.

January: Boligates/Bikram Yoga

February: *joined Planet Fitness* C25K, elliptical

March: LiveFit by Jamie Eason [weight lifting program] & C25K [pretty much finished the C25K last week!]

April: I’m going to continue Live Fit and try Vinyasa Yoga! & also continue training for The Color Run 5K in July!

I need motivational words!!!

You’re going to have days where your motivation and determination is almost completely used up. You’re going to have set backs and sometimes feel like you are completely alone in achieving your goals. But the thing you need to remember is that you are NEVER alone. Everyone is working towards something—not always weight loss. And everyone, at some point or another, starts to lean towards giving up their goals and taking the easy road in life. But we are strong. Each and every one of us has the power to transform ourselves into the person we want to be. Whether it’s by changing our bodies and losing weight or gaining confidence or just learning to appreciate the little things. We are lucky. We can learn from our mistakes and grow from them and find new ways to deal with problems. And the best part is, this community is here for whoever needs us. We are here to tell you “YES, I have been in your shoes and instead of sitting down and watching everyone else live life, I decided to fight back and live my own life the way I wanted to. And guess what?! SO CAN YOU!”

Not sure what you needed motivation for specifically—life is rough but you always have to keep your head up and remember that things will always get better/easier if we keep on keepin’ on. Take things one day at a time and soon you’ll see just how strong you are!

Weight loss is hard. It can bring out a lot of demons we never knew existed. But each day is a new chance to make better choices. If I can manage this change, I know you can!
