A section Hari Singh Havelie located in Katasraj Hindu Temple (mandir) located in premises of Katasraj, Chakwal Pakistan. The Katasraj temple complex is believed to date back to the Mahabharata era. Many legends are associated with the temples. The five Pandava brothers, heroes of the Sanskrit epic the Mahabharata, stayed here for four of the 13 years they spent in exile. (wikipedia)

To me this building section coupled with beautiful light and sky almost looked like something from heaves. more from Katasraj on www.awaisyaqub.com or awais.smugmug.com

“There came one and knocked at the door of the Beloved.
And a voice answered and said, ‘Who is there?’
The lover replied, 'It is I.’
'Go hence,’ returned the voice;
'there is no room within for thee and me.’
Then came the lover a second time and knocked and again the voice demanded,
'Who is there?’
He answered, 'It is thou.’
'Enter,’ said the voice, 'for I am within.” -Rumi

“ You cannot simply put something new into a place. You have to absorb what you see around you, what exists on the land, and then use that knowledge along with contemporary thinking to interpret what you see.” – Tadao Ando
History is just as important as the future, maybe even more.
