What to Do If You Are Being Sued

What to Do If You Are Being Sued

If you’re facing a lawsuit, try to avoid your natural impulse to get nervous and panic.

You will probably go through your entire life without being sued. There were 278,442 civil case filings in the U.S. in 2012, according to the latest government data, but it isn’t exactly a rite of passage for most people. You probably weren’t taught in school how to handle a court summons, and your parents…

I am fearfully and wonderfully made. ;)

Done with the notes and outlines for my report next Sunday in our Sunday school. My topic is 2 Thessalonians, I find hard to search the insights about it but thanked GOD! I managed to complete those 3 chapters. :) Mehehe.

Let's start off with the basics:

  • You’re better off just calling me Kat.
  • Been tumblrin’ since August 18th, 2010.
  • The world was blessed with my presence on the 26th day of January 1994.
  • From the shitty Suburbs of Chicago.
  • Currently attending Northern Illinois University.
  • Happily taken by the wonderful Christopher Tyler the Creator Nguyen since February 29, 2012.
  • I’m allergic to peanuts.
  • I love love love cheetah/leopard print.
  • I don’t like fruit, other than strawberries & oranges.
  • I’m filipino. I love my heritage but not enough to flaunt it & such.
  • I’m 5'3 & I’ve basically been that same height ever since I was in the 6th grade.
  • John Legend fanatic.
  • I picture whore a lot, beware.
  • My “music choice” is basically just whatever sounds good to my ears. Mostly hip-hop, Rnb, & jazz, but I’m still open to other genres.
  • Only “colors” I ever wear are all neutrals. It’s very rare to find me wearing something that’s actually colorful.
  • I’m an only child.
  • I’m very blunt.
  • I have no patience whatsoever.
  • I have a private blog. Message me for the password.

Hope you learned something.

In the summer of 2008 a beautiful sunset called the collaboration between members of Pangea and The Neo Trio. They got together to create an “Evening of Grateful Dead Music”. With over 200 in attendance at their first show, the vibe and the spirit came to life. The musical compositions created a launch pad for improvisation, while respecting the original songs and lyrics of the Grateful Dead. Since then the GLJB has been performing, they are watching the fanbase grow and expand. The GLJB often features other local acts and various “sit in” artists to help the community grow. We are truly inspired by the music of The Grateful Dead , community of fans and dancers! Remember….. “If you get confused listen to the music play.”

for a long time, i’ve always had confusions on my stand on ‪#‎feminism‬ because of my personal issues that actually led me to not be interested at all. im happy that because of age, people i get along with and i look up to, im starting to look at the right way. also, i realized how much my strong support on it reflects on my works, in almost everything i do, to be honest, and this project is helping me alot. aaahh! you must see how everything is presented.

congratulations to ate Sofia Cope (who’s an inspiration to me in all ways) and her team on creating this lovely, lovely exhibit :-) i am grateful to be a part of this along with these amazing artists. thank you so much!! support VLM Shop {Viva La Manika} & STAY SUPER by Sofia Cope < < <
