Karahi gosht.
1.chicken (small pieces)=1 lb(with one or bone less).
2.Tomatoes (chopped)=1 cup.
3.Green chillies=4 to 5(cut into half).
4.cilantro(chopped)=2 tbsp.
5.Red chilli powder=½ tsp.
6.zeera(crush)=½ tsp.
7.Dry coriander seeds(crush)=½ tsp.
8.chilli flakes=½ tsp.
9.Oil=4 to 5 tbsp.
11.Ginger (crush)=1 tbsp.(can used ½ tbsp).
1.heat oil in pan add meat ginger and garlic sauté all together till meat changes its colour.
2.Now add every thing (accept green chillies and cilantro) and stir and mix well.
3.Cover the lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
4.Uncover the lid and cook it on high heat till all the water dried ,add green chillies,cilantro and cover the lid for 5 minutes. Serve it with tandori nan.
