Happy odaiba memorial day everyone!

2017 had a great start for me because I was actually able to visit the town that one of my absolute favourite series is situated in. I spent a whole day in Odaiba, and honestly it was just so overwhelming being there but it was also one of my best experience in Japan.

I clicked this photo of the Fuji TV building before starting the tour, because it was always one of my favourite locations from the anime. While going up the escalator, I kept thinking THIS IS WHERE ISHIDA-SAN WORKS OMG and internally freaking out the entire time. I also rode the daikanransha that the kids ride in Tri part 1. Unfortunately I couldn’t make time to go the Oedo Onsen (the one from part 2) but hey there’s always a next time.

oh and here’s a shot of the sunset I watched from the kaihin kouen

We hope you’re spending your Memorial Day by the beach! This week’s #NotOnView selection celebrates the sand and the sea.
