Liam Payne Becomes Fourth One Direction Member to Top Billboard + Twitter Top Tracks Chart
Liam Payne’s “Strip That Down,” featuring Quavo, debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard + Twitter Top Tracks chart (dated June 3), earning the former One Direction singer his first chart-topper and chart entry on the list.

Payne’s first solo single, featuring Quavo, debuts at No. 1 on the chart.

Liam Payne’s “Strip That Down,” featuring Quavo, debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard + Twitter Top Tracks chart (dated June 3), earning the former One Direction singer his first chart-topper and chart entry on the list.

Billboard + Twitter Top Tracks is a weekly ranking of the most shared and/or mentioned songs on Twitter in the U.S., ranked by the volume of shares over a seven-day period (Monday to Sunday).

The track also helps Payne become the fourth member of One Direction to have a solo No. 1 Top Tracks single. Zayn nabbed a solo No. 1 on Top Tracks first in April 2016 with “Befour,” followed by Niall Horan in October with “This Town,” then Harry Styles last month with “Sign of the Times.” As a group, One Direction is tied for the most No. 1 hits on the chart, seven, with Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande.

“Strip That Down” opens at No. 1 thanks, in large part, to its lyric video premiere on May 19. The video has earned more than 5 million global views since its release.

No offence but the fact that some of you on here who claim be a fan of Justin, genuinely treat him as anything but human is so sickening. As if him being depressed or suicidal in the past isnt something other fans should be sad about, as if him being Justin Bieber does not allow him the freedom and capability of being sad or down. As if him being Justin Bieber invalidates his right to feel pain like any other human being does. As if him being Justin Bieber does not allow him to ever doubt himself or feel insecure. As if being Justin Bieber means he doesn’t ever have to deal with anxiety. As if him being Justin Bieber invalidates him from being human period. And then theres people who refuse to acknowledge it at all and say “hes not weak” basically stating he, as a human, is not allowed to be broken or weakened by things such as depression or anxiety, as if, if he did crumble, then hes weak. Ive said this a million times but i’ll say it again, Justin Bieber is honestly so stripped of any human characteristics by not just people outside the fandom, but inside as well. He is so dehumanized and his feelings or others feelings towards him are invalidated so quickly it makes my stomach churn. Justin Bieber is HUMAN. His feelings are valid. His past is valid. Him being suicidal or depressed in the past isnt a “whatever” and having anxiety and struggling with it doesnt mean “he’s weak” and its sickening to see those who constantly reblog about mental illnesses, or say their a fan of justin, to dismiss his personal struggles so fast solely because he’s Justin Bieber and needs to “suck it up”
