This is what my stomach looks like as soon as I wake up..with no food in my stomach, not working out or anything. I’ve started a new training program recently to lean out and drop body fat. I’ve already dropped 6lbs. I do not look like this throughout the day! I train hard which requires me to eat MORE. I drink exactly 1 gallon of water every single day!
