A Sci-fi/Fantasy RPG running/exercise app where you are part of a Rogue Team of Adventurers who are in search of the Core Earth.
Your character – let’s call you Hush, because you’re the silent one in the group – is very important to this group. You’re one of the two main runners of the group; you’re responsible for mapping out the new worlds with the other runner by wearing a GPS locator (your phone) and collecting random things that might be useful later on (this happens automatically like in Zombies, Run). But along with running, you have to know how to fight and defend yourself because sometimes the worlds you end up on are not forgiving places. So you have to know how to punch and kick (incorporating boxing and kick boxing), and how to pull yourself up on to things (pull ups), and how to jump over small gaps (jump squats) and how to duck down in general (regular squats and/or wall squats), and something else that involves you doing push ups and sit ups.
Now imagine that in order to reach the core world, you have to keep up with this game/app for about 6 months. Every day you keep up with it you earn clues and info that lead you closer and closer to the core world. After the six months, you finally get to the core world and it feel like a huge accomplishment because holy shit, this is used to be a myth, no one ever thought the core world even existed! But while on the core world you’re given some new info that starts up another journey, another six month that’ll eventually lead you back to the core world again, or to some other world that is even better than the core world. Which means that you’re basically going to be exercising for a whole year under the guise of an RPG game.
Here’s a list of things that this game could easily improve on: (Yes, I do realize it just came out and things might get better in the future.)
A stable connection that is less reliant on GPS functionality and is more oriented around internet connectivity and where it’s sourced from. This would allow users who do not have phones but do have ipods / ipads / tablets etc to enjoy the game without constantly getting the ‘ No GPS location found ‘ error in their homes.
Implementing a dowser function similar to the old pokemon games, giving users the ability to find items such as poke-balls, eggs, and other such goodies. This would allow players who live in rural areas (for example) to get more poke-balls, incense and other items when they’re otherwise unable to visit a pokestop.
Having pokemon ‘visit’ players who do not move from one location very often. No this is not an excuse to be ‘lazy’, as this would allow for those who are bed ridden or are confined to homes or hospitals to encounter just as many pokemon as the people who are walking around and finding them.
Let us play with our pokemon! Let us take them out, throw a ball at them via the AR to play catch, pet them, groom them, or some sort of cute mini game that would slowly level them up or something. Plus don’t some pokemon evolve with their friendliness raised? :)
‘ Offline Mode ‘ for when you drop into those deadzones or you’re without internet / power. This would let Pokemon still show up in houses or outside after the game has downloaded a ‘ map ‘ of your location, allowing you to play where ever you might be. Data would be saved on the device and then sync’ed up to the games online mode when you’re connected to the internet.
Different pokemon during different types of weather / seasons! Is a lightning storm going on outside? Let more electric pokemon show up! Is it snowing? Raining? Water and ice pokemon galore!
If you guys think anything else should be added (within reason), feel free to add it to the list. :)
Tagged by @mcrkilljoy11 to post 8 photos of my bias but screw it, I’m gonna post 10 gifs instead. No one can stop me! *evil laughter aka Hyogie*
It was so hard for me to choose because I have made over 1000 gifs of Leo alone (say whuuttt!!!) and I gotta choose between smexy, stripper, if looks could kill, cute and fluffy etc etc. Anyway you get my point and so I chose Hamzzi coz Leo + Food = OTP!!!
“We do a lot together! Most of our time is spent with the two of us specifically, but we do go out with the whole family from time to time. Usually our family outings are just picnics and beach trips, but sometimes we go out to dinner together. Chara’s not too social though, so they mainly just hang out with me.”
