I honestly STILL don’t get BMR and calorie deficit. I’ll give you everything you need to know…Can someone figure out how many calories I need to eat and need to burn a day (besides 1 rest day) in order for me to properly lose weight, like 1-2 pounds a week? But SHOULD I EAT MY BMR OR NO? PLEASE ANSWER IN DETAIL AND NOT JUST STATE HOW MUCH BECAUSE I NEED IT TO MAKE SENSE. SORRY BUT IF YOU FAIL TO PROPERLY, NO PROMOTION. SORRY LOVE YOU ALL THOUGH.
I’m fine with anything, but I’m not sure if I should be eating 1200 calories, 1500 calories, or so on and so forth. So please help!! (And do I re-eat the calories I burned to lose weight??)
