Anyways, this is a little quick ab workout that really sucks and I’m sorry that the iMac sucks at recording videos from being on the desk. Next time if I ever do a mini workout, I’ll record it with my camera. Anyways, I mostly focused on twisting and stuff for my obliques and love handles. It’s actually quite awful but here are some good little ab workouts. Anyways, sorry for my whole life story and sorry that I was rushing it!

This was the thinnest I ever was during my teenage years. I believe I was 14, just going into my Freshman year of high school. I weighed 129.5 pounds and just came back from “fat camp” (the one on MTV, which is actually called Camp Pocono Trails New Image Camp). I had a fabulous experience there, however, I didn’t continue my weight loss once I left.

I remember that I lost 4 inches around my chest, 5 around my waist/stomach, I believe .5 around each leg, and 1.5 around each arm. 

I COMPLETED PLYOMETRIC CARDIO CIRCUIT (DAY 2 of Insanity for me)!!! I took quite a few rest/ breaks because it’s sooo difficult! You can’t tell in this picture, but I am DRIPPING SWEAT.

I GIVE EVERYONE PROPS NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU GO SINCE IT IS SOOO INSANE AND INTENSE!! IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!

My friend Allison, who is my crush-for-8-year's twin sister lost maybe 20 pounds in the last year or two. She looks absolutely phenominal! She's not completely toned, but I cannot even tell you how friggin amazing she looks!

I saw her in a bra and thong today and seriously, she has no back fat anymore, no stomach hanging over, a little thigh gap, and perfect legs. She’s been working so hard and eating so well. She wasn’t too bad to start with, just a little chubby but always wore tight fitting clothes. Now, however, she looks BANGIN in tight clothes. I wish her the best because honestly, she looks so amazing. I’m so proud of her for sticking through for so long and making a comeback! 

She doesn’t think she looks skinny/fit and I wish I had a picture to show you guys, but I don’t. Please like this post so I can show her all of the support she has behind her and how proud we all are as the fitblr community (even though she doesn’t have one)!! She’s amazing

I really want to tone my arms and legs, but in order to lose weight, should I be lifting heavier weights, like 10 or 15 pounds rather than 3 until I get to my goal?

I am extremely depressed right now. I weighed myself and it says I weigh 150.5. That’s absolutely impossible. I’ve worked out almost every day this past week and I know I didn’t gain muscle weight because I mostly did cardio. And not only that, but I ate better. I don’t know what to do with myself. I need to follow my uncles legit diet and eat only fruit, veggies, and carbs. I can’t live like this anymore. Maybe I need to go to a nutritionist or dietician. Seriously like my weight just doesn’t go down.

Can someone do me the biggest favor?

I honestly STILL don’t get BMR and calorie deficit. I’ll give you everything you need to know…Can someone figure out how many calories I need to eat and need to burn a day (besides 1 rest day) in order for me to properly lose weight, like 1-2 pounds a week? But SHOULD I EAT MY BMR OR NO? PLEASE ANSWER IN DETAIL AND NOT JUST STATE HOW MUCH BECAUSE I NEED IT TO MAKE SENSE. SORRY BUT IF YOU FAIL TO PROPERLY, NO PROMOTION. SORRY LOVE YOU ALL THOUGH.

I’m fine with anything, but I’m not sure if I should be eating 1200 calories, 1500 calories, or so on and so forth. So please help!! (And do I re-eat the calories I burned to lose weight??)

Day 2 Insanity

OMG I DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT AND THAT WAS WAYYYYYYY OVER HOW HARD I THOUGHT IT WAS GONNA BE. IT WAS NO JOKE WHATSOEVER. Like I probably only did 28 minutes of cardio/work because I was so not prepared. I am so out of shape, it’s so embarrassing. But by the next Plyometric Cardio Curcuit (Sunday for me), I am going to kick friggin ass and get in at least 4 more reps for each thing! I got this and I believe that I can do this!! It will be hard and I will need to take breaks, but I will push as hard as I can!!!!! LET’S DO THISSSSS!!!!!

Day 5 of Insanity

Today was rough. My quads are killing from this past week and I think I have a shin splint and my back is a wee bit sore, so it was so hard today. And I have boosted my endurance, but I feel like I’m not trying hard enough and giving up most of the time, yet I am working hard. I’m just in so much pain when I do the workouts that I can probably only do 30-40 seconds for each thing (Each thing was a minute today)

Today was Pure Cardio, and boy was it! I’ve sweat the most today from Insanity versus all other days. Literally, my WHOLE body was dripping sweat and so much back sweat dripped into my underwear, it was so awkward. I couldn’t even put my hands on my hips since both were so slippery. I feel great but I really want to try and push myself harder. Luckily in 2 days I have a rest day :)
