Genmaicha green tea from Jugetsudo

For Japanese tea lovers. Genmaicha is known as the “people´s tea” in Japan, as it originally was drunk by poor people. It´s made of green tea leaves with roasted brown rice. It´s delicious, especially at this time of year.

Jugetsudo is the label under which Maruyama Nori sells their refined green teas. The company was founded in 1854 in Tokyo and provides the top sushi restaurants in Japan with the best quality of nori seaweed. 

They have a boutique in Paris, designed by Kengo Kuma.
