Watch on

It wasn’t just Derrick Rose who played the role of hero last night. Jordan Farmer, JORDAN FARMER!, hit this 3-pointer as time wound down to give the Nets the win over the Clippers in Newark, New Jersey.

After losing the lead, Deron Williams brought the ball up court with 8 seconds remaining. He threw a bounce pass to his right, where Farmer was standing. Farmer told the Star-Ledger’s Conor Orr:

“‘I would have been hurt if it went out,’ Farmar said after the 101-100 victory tonight. 'I just wanted to make the shot, it was such a close game.’”

Nicely done Jordan Farmer! Somewhere, Kobe Bryant is probably even happy for you, since you beat his cross-town rivals.
