Hillary Clinton: is currently under investigation for using a private email server

Donald Trump: called Mexicans rapists, tried to claim Obama was born in Kenya, claimed that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama created ISIS, proposed a ban on an entire religion from entering the US, was accused by 12 women of committing sexual assault, asked ‘second amendment folks’ to take care of his opponent, mocked a disabled reporter, praised Putin and other totalitarian leaders, bragged about walking backstage at beauty contests to watch the contestants get changed, bragged about not paying income tax, didn’t pay income tax for 18 years, said he might not accept the results of the election if he loses, lost a billion dollars in one year, claims the polls are rigged when he’s losing, refuses to release his tax returns, used money from his fake foundation to buy a 6 foot painting of himself, lied about funding his own campaign, said he could shoot someone on 5th avenue and wouldn’t lose any supporters, said John McCain wasn’t a war hero because he was captured, cheated on his wives, bragged about grabbing women by the p***y, said some of the women accusing him of sexual assault weren’t attractive enough for him to commit sexual assault, questioned whether an Indiana born judge could do his job fairly because his parents were of Mexican descent, wants to throw his opponent in jail, claims Hillary wants to introduce 600-650 million immigrants into the country in a week when the current population is only 320 million, is awaiting a trail for fraud in November, created a fake university to scam people, called global warming a hoax perpetrated by the Chinese, wants to make Mexico build and pay for a wall they don’t want, encouraged violence at his rallies, declared bankruptcy 6 times, kicked a black supporter out of his rally because he assumed he was a protestor, supported the invasion of Iraq, would not say whether he treats women with respect, wants to give nuclear weapons to more countries, mocked a disabled reporter, wants to implement “stop and frisk”, humiliated the parents of a fallen solider, said women should be punished for having abortions, referred to his opponent as a nasty woman, encouraged his supporters to vote on November 28th, illegally solicited contributions for his ‘foundation’, said on multiple occasions that it is important to be “unpredictable” with nuclear weapons, tweeted at 3am telling people to check out a sex tape, is threatening to sue the women accusing him of sexual assault, has referred to multiple women as slobs, pigs and dogs, publicly ranks women from 1-10 based on looks, had a twitter war with Cher, is endorsed by the KKK, wants to become best friends with Putin, had a lawsuit filed against him for raping a 13 year old girl but most importantly:  has blatantly denied most, if not all of these things

Trump’s supporters keep saying give Donald Trump a chance. He had his chance. It’s called a campaign (or audition if you’re more of the reality-star-turned-president-elect type). If you take him at his word, as I assume both his supporters and his doubters should (unless you’re Kellyanne Conway who recently said that we should judge Trump, not by what comes out of his mouth, but by what’s in his heart), here is his audition:

Mocking a reporter with disabilities

Mocking a Gold Star family

Mocking John McCain, war hero

Bragging about sexual assaults of women

Expressing admiration for foreign dictators

Expressing more outrage at the New York Times than Neo-Nazis

Vilifying our press and our intelligence community

Attacking John Lewis, American hero

Questioning the birth place of President Obama and legitimacy of his presidency even though he knew better, or worse, didn’t know better

The list of those he offended and/or threatened goes on: Muslims, immigrants, undocumented workers, refugees, the LGBTQ community, African Americans, women needing reproductive healthcare, our allies around the world…

So, give Trump a chance? What were the months-long campaign and the weeks following the election if not his chance to sell himself to the country? He had his chance and I’m not buying.

For those who keep saying give him a chance to show us who he truly is, the implication is that you expect that he is now going to change into something better? If that is your reasoning, and you liked what he was saying, why would you now expect or want him to change?

(I won’t even get into the chance that was given Obama by Congressmen and Senators who publicly vowed to block him at every turn before he had even taken office.)

I’ll leave it to Maya Angelou:

John McCain called protesters “low-life scum,” but the only “scum” there was Henry Kissinger

On Thursday, John McCain made headlines by calling anti-Kissinger protesters “low-life scum.”

The 91-year-old former Secretary of State was attending the Senate Armed Services Committee hearing when protesters stood up to chant “Arrest Henry Kissinger for war crimes!” McCain didn’t take this kindly, ordered police to remove the protesters and said, “Get out of here, you low-life scum.”

But the protesters aren’t wrong. Kissinger is the real “scum” and his true (and lengthy) history of war crimes is proof.

Not long after John McCain’s capture by the North Vietnamese, his father became Commander-in-Chief of Pacific Command. McCain’s captors knew of his status as the son of a high-ranking military-chief. They offered to send him home early if he would denounce his country; McCain refused. McCain’s refusal to be sent home early is the chief reason why he’s a war hero.

Donald Trump got four draft deferments and a medical deferment during the Vietnam War; he cannot remember which foot had a bone spur. That about sums up Mr. Trump’s fitness to be Commander-in-Chief of the most consequential military force in the world.

Our new President’s resume.

Called Mexicans “rapists” and “killers.”  Said he grabbed women “by the pussy” because he was a celebrity.  Said families of terrorists should be killed.  Said John McCain wasn’t a war hero because “I like them when they’re not captured.” Questioned, for years, whether our nation’s first black President was really an American.  Mocked a reporter with a disability.  Encouraged supporters to commit violence on protestors by offering to pay their legal bills.  Encouraged violence against journalists and revoked media access for some.  Said best way to repair race relations is to increase stop-and-frisk.  Received endorsements from the KKK.  Said our country should not welcome refugees.  Said immigrants without legal status should be kicked out of the country whether or not they were here by choice.  Wants to ban Muslims from entering the US and subject those that are here to a loyalty test.

May we survive the next four years.

So Paul Ryan won’t say Donald Trump’s name but will vote for him for president. And that’s a problem for a lot of Americans. They just don’t love the two choices.

Do you pick someone who is under federal investigation for using a private email server, or do you pick someone who called Mexicans rapists, claimed the president was born in Kenya, proposed banning an entire religion from entering the U.S., mocked a disabled reporter, said John McCain wasn’t a war hero because he was captured, attacked the parents of a fallen soldier, bragged about committing sexual assault, was accused by 12 women of committing sexual assault, said some of those women weren’t attractive enough for him to sexually assault, said more countries should get nukes, said he would force the military to commit war crimes, said a judge was biased because his parents were Mexican, said women should be punished for having abortions, incited violence at his rallies, called global warming a hoax perpetrated by the Chinese, called for his opponent to be jailed, declared bankruptcy six times, bragged about not paying income taxes, stiffed his contractors and employees, lost a billion dollars in one year, scammed customers at his fake university, bought a six-foot-tall painting of himself with money from his fake foundation, has a trial for fraud coming up in November, insulted an opponent’s looks, insulted an opponent’s wife’s looks, and bragged about grabbing women by the p***y?

How do you choose?

  • Stephen Colbert challenges Republican John McCain’s call to put “a couple of thousand” U.S. troops in Syria by pointing out that “we couldn’t bring order to Iraq with over a hundred thousand troops for ten years.”
  • Which is exactly why Stephen Colbert is more than just a talk show host and John McCain is a war hero who is also a jackass.

‘Disgraceful’ – Republican Rivals Hit Trump For Attacking John McCain’s War Service

The Daily Caller: During his speech at the Family Leadership Summit in Iowa, Donald Trump said to supporters: “He’s (Sen. John McCain) a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured, I hate to tell you.”

Many people, including GOP presidential candidates, rallied behind McCain and slammed Trump for his “disgraceful” comment.
