Because I’m a bit mad and trying to get back into jogging I set myself a challenge this year: to run 250 miles.
It may not be far by some people’s standards but it is by mine! I need to get my arse in gear though, didn’t get far in Jan as the weather was so dreadful I spent most of it hidden inside with my kettlebell haha.

I run because if I didn’t, I’d be sluggish and glum and spend too much time on the couch. I run to breathe the fresh air. I run to explore. I run to escape the ordinary. I run… to savor the trip along the way. Life becomes a little more vibrant, a little more intense. I like that.
