Also, one of the things that pisses me off the most about this whole thing is that Jill sets these young players, that she brings up and then starts, for failure. Playing a bunch of new, young players with one another and a bunch of experienced players in positions that they’re not used to, is a recipe for disaster. It doesn’t give these new players the support from the veterans around them that they need. It doesn’t give them time to settle in and show what they can bring to the game. It throws them into the fire and makes them look awful and destroys their confidence and that is the saddest part. That we have so much young talent that truly don’t get a chance to showcase themselves because of poor coaching decisions.
