Hey, no issues. The nose rings are called Naths, traditionally worn by brides across India and South Asia. Apart from being a form of adornment, they signify marriage, prosperity and fertility. The design and craftsmanship generally vary from region to region in India.

Nose piercings are not very common in most urban areas today. The models in the Sabyasachi campaigns are most probably wearing clip-ons.
