What's the importance of eating before an early morning workout, is it necessary to avoid your body using muscle a fuel rather than fat?

From what I know yes- If you workout without any fuel then your body will use the muscle as fuel. I like to eat some type of carb in the morning like 30 minutes before my workout.

There are so many types of pizza…think about it.This type is low-carb, veggie-based, and doesn’t taste like crap! Rad!
It’s only natural pizza is to be included in Recipe A-Day April.

  • 2 ½ cups of mashed cauliflower 
  • ¼ cup quinoa flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp basil
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • toppings - whatever you want!
  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees - it’s gettin hot in here
  2. Boil & mash cauliflower - click here for the recipe for this, it’s super easy, only 2 steps - most people use a food processor I just use my guns and manpower
  3. Add the cauliflower into a bowl as a base to mix everything into
  4. …you knew it was coming…mix everything into the bowl (one of those durrr moments)
  5. Mix well - should be a doughy looking thing when your done mixing 
  6. Form into a small pizza shape
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
  8. Add toppings of choice - bake for additional 12 - 13 minutes
  9. Enjoy!
