‘Justice League’ Star Jason Momoa Hurls Axes With Jimmy Kimmel (Video)

The Justice League’s Aquaman may be able to command the loyalty of sea creatures, but he has nothing on Jason Momoa when it comes to axe throwing.

Momoa, who will play the aquatic superhero in the upcoming “Justice League” movie, appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Thursday night to demonstrate his proficiency with throwing axes.

But before he started, he asked Kimmel’s sidekick Guillermo to grab him a pint of Guinness, because why throw an ax if you don’t have a drink in your hand?

Momoa, sporting some of his own homemade axes, was up first. His aim was good but his throw wasn’t quite strong enough to stick in the target. Likewise for Kimmel and Guillermo’s attempts. Momoa stepped things up by using two hands, finally getting an ax to stick.
