Hi yes, hello. My name is Jennifer and I’m perpetually answering these things late. Tagged by @bagginsgotdabooty (BTW, I thought of you the other day. I watched the Darmok episode of Star Trek: TNG in a class, and when Data showed up I thought of your kickass cosplay!!)
rules: tag 20 followers you want to get to know better (or do what you want, ya know)
name/nicknames: Jennifer, but friends call me Jen. My mother is the only one who calls me Jenny, Bear, or Jennybear (because of my childhood stuffed bear)
hogwarts house: Ya know, I’ve never been officially sorted. Ya’ll are welcome to tell me which house you think I should be in, or send me a really good quiz.
favorite color: RED
last things i googled: “haldir lotr” (A friend was telling us how she didn’t recognize his actor at Dragoncon and I had to look up what he looked like without all the elf stuff on)
fictional character you’d like as a sibling: Hmm…that’s a toughie. I think I would like to be the replacement third sister for Wynonna and Waverly Earp. I love them both so much.
number of blankets i sleep with: One right now, but I really pile them on in the winter
favorite band/artists: Depends on the mood? I still rock out to my pop punk staples like Fall Out Boy and My Chemical Romance but I love all sorts of swing/ stuff from the 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s.
dream vacation: NEW ZEALAND. Holy shit. I want to go to Hobbiton so bad. It was such a beautiful country, but I was too young when I went (at age 13) to fully appreciate it all.
when did i make this blog: Jeez, back in high school but I didn’t start properly using it until like 3 or 4 years ago?
how many blogs do i follow: 284
what do i post about: Star Wars, Tolkien, Marvel, vintage stuff, fashion, history, fandom studies, literature
do you get asks on a regular basis: Nah. But fam, please come into my ask box or messenger and talk to me about stuff
aesthetics: 1940s,1950s, Old Hollywood, pin up, kitsch, cats, vintage+nerdy chic (I try to dress as though my fav characters were plopped into the 40s or 50s or I pick nerdy things that have a vintage flair)
