He that is humble in spirit will take hold of glory.—Prov. 29:23. #thedailytext #thebible #the_daily_text #daily_text #dailytext #jw #jehovah #jehovahwitnesses #jehovah_witnesses #bible #watchtower_online_library (at The Daily Text)
Forgiveness is very important, why? Colossians 3:13 - “Continue putting up with one another and forgiving one another freely even if anyone has a cause for complaint against another. Just as Jehovah* freely forgave you, you must also do the same.”
It is important because Jehovah freely forgives us all the time. As imperfect humans we trespass against Jehovah every second of the day without even knowing it.
Another important reason it, it helps maintain peace. Everyone has habits, behavioral tendencies, or idiosyncrasies that we may not like, however keeping in mind that we are all imperfect can help us tolerate each other. This will help us imitate Jehovah to the best of our ability. It is not going to be easy, it is something that we have work on daily, however it can be accomplished.
This is a true fact right here. Honestly don’t know who I would be if it wasn’t for the truth. Would I still be kind? Loving? Truthful? Would I be the person who I am someone that tries everyday to show the fruitage of the spirit. Who knows lol. Honestly I am happy for the person who I am I have an amazing family I love with all my heart, and friends that I honestly feel that were a gift and treasure from Jehovah because each person I know came at a perfect time in my life and each person I love has made an impact of me despite that many may live far away. Jehovah can read our minds and hearts and honestly I do believe Jehovah sees how I feel about all the people in my life. And I really think he would be proud to know I’m not afraid to show my love. I embrace every moment I have with my family and friends and I am proud to say I am happy. :-) #jw #happiness #thetruth #jehovahwitnesses #bible

The advancement in today’s technology has caused quite a challenge for parent while raising their children to be responsible. One of the growing trends that parents should look out for is “sexting”.
It is important for parents to understand what sexting is, how it can affect their children’s lives, and what it can lead to. It is also important to explain to their teenagers the repercussion if they get involved in this type of behavior.
Please read the attached article and share this with your teenagers. Hopefully it can provide some type of assistance. The article is a bible-based article, so please read it with your copy of the bible. If you do not have one, please visit the official website of Jehovah’s Witnesses at www.jw.org.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Throw your burden upon Jehovah himself, and he himself will sustain you. Never will he allow the righteous one to totter.—Ps. 55:22.
As we personally cope with life’s problems and diligently seek to comfort others, we can have the same faith and conviction as did the psalmist who sang the above. Indeed, Jehovah will always be there to comfort and support us as his loyal servants. God told his worshippers of ancient times: “I—I myself am the One that is comforting you people.” (Isa. 51:12) Jehovah will do the same for us and will bless our good deeds and words as we comfort mourning ones. Whether our hope is heavenly or earthly, each of us can be comforted by Paul’s words to his spirit-anointed fellow Christians: “May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and gave everlasting comfort and good hope by means of undeserved kindness, comfort your hearts and make you firm in every good deed and word.”—2 Thess. 2:16, 17. w11 10/15 4:17, 18
