#thankyoubones week: day 6 → 7 camille saroyan ‘i’m the boss’ moments

Cam, Cam, Cam…. really what would we (and the entire Jeffersonian team) do without her? Since the moment she first graced our screens, Cam has been nothing short of wonderful (and snarky, and witty, and the true MomTM of the team). She’s the type of boss I’d want to have myself - assertive when the situation calls for it, and relaxed at other, less crucial times at work (to the point of letting Hodgins get away with most of his experiments). She’s grown so much over the years as well, and really opened herself up to everyone on the team over the past 11-12 years of being their boss…. ‘you are all my true friends, and I won’t forget it. But let there be no mistake because I am the boss and I am in charge’. And in addition to all that (out of all things) she is about to get married today! So really, this day is a perfect day to dedicate to her, and she truly deserves all the happiness and love in the world ❤️

After Intensive Therapy and Many Weepings...

I am proud, and slightly shocked, and very emotional to announce that I have finished watching Bones.😭😭😭😭 I started my journey at the Jeffersonian a month and a half ago, and it has been the craziest roller coaster I have ever had the privilege to ride. From the “Pilot” all the way to “The 200th in the 10th” this show has made me laugh until I cried, cry until I laughed, scream and jump around like a wild woman, and most importantly, it has given me the gift of a new favorite show. TvInsider: Bones Boss Teases Five Major Developments Ahead This Season

Things got a little misty on Bones’ spring premiere Thursday night as Booth (David Boreanaz), Brennan (Emily Deschanel), and company were once again forced to face the grim reality of Sweets’ death. That painful reminder sets a lot in motion, emotionally, for the remainder of the season: “Everything we dealt with in the first half of the year comes to roost,” executive producer Stephen Nathan says. Nathan laid out some of what’s to come in what they call “Season 10.2.0.”

Booth’s gambling addiction will rear its head again

Booth will go undercover in a poker ring to try and solve the murder of one of its regulars. His cockiness where his disease is concerned (“He thinks he’s got it all figured out,” Nathan says) leads to a nasty relapse. “The gambling problem is something we’ve known for 10 years, and we’ve never really explored it,” adds Nathan. “It seemed to be the proper time.”

Booth, Cam (Tamara Taylor), and Arastoo (Pej Vahdat) will be going to Iran

In Episode 19, Arastoo risks his life by going back to his native Iran to help his dying brother, who’s a little healthier than expected when Arastoo arrives. “Then, he’s about to come home, and he doesn’t quite make it,” Nathan hints. Cam, realizing she can’t live without Arastoo, heads over with Booth to rescue him.

Angela (Michaela Conlin) may not be long for the Jeffersonian team

“Angela’s always been a part-time person there, and has always wanted to get on with her life as an artist,” says Nathan. “She doesn’t necessarily want to be around dead bodies all the time, and we’ll be confronting that.”

Hodgins’ (T.J. Thyne) missing fortune will be accounted for

“Accounted for” doesn’t necessarily mean he will be back in the black, but the dangling thread of the now-dead Pelant’s theft of Hodgins’ billions will be wrapped up by season’s end.

Brennan’s father Max (Ryan O'Neal) still has a few secrets left

After 10 years, one would think there wouldn’t be any more skeletons left to unearth in Max’s life. One would be wrong, according to Nathan, and he means that literally: “There’s grave robbing involved.”

BONES | Change? from “The End in the End” | FOX BROADCASTING

E! NEWS/ Bones Finale Sneak Peek: Whoa, Is Brennan Leaving Her Job?!

“Don’t you think we might need a change?”

Whoa, is Bones about to change forever? Hot on the heels of Angela (Michaela Conlin) and Hodgins’ (TJ Thyne) decision to move to Paris, it looks like Brennan (Emily Deschanel) is also ready to make a major change in the Fox hit’s season finale. And Booth (David Boreanaz) is not exactly thrilled.

In our exclusive sneak peek at “The Next in the Last,” Booth and Brennan have a heated conversation after he finds a stack of very organized job offers, and confronts Brennan, only to learn she is definitely considering a “change.”

CLICK: We finally learned Angela’s real name!

“These are the types of decisions that we deal with and talk about as a team,” Booth says, before Brennan points out that he was ready to leave the FBI and move to Europe at the end of last season. And it turns out, Brennan has already started looking at new job opportunities for her husband as well.

So how does Booth feel about a new start? Press play on the exclusive clip above to find out.

But before making any major life changes, the couple and the rest of the Jeffersonian team have to deal with reappearance of one of the series’ biggest baddies. Well, sort of. After discovering the remains of a victim, elements of the crime scene point to a possible protégé of serial killer Christopher Pelant (Andrew Leeds).

In case you missed the good news, Emily Deschanel and her husband David Hornsby welcomed their second child, a son. Congratulations to the happy couple and new big brother, Henry Hornsby!

Bones’ finale airs Thursday at 8 p.m. on Fox.

This Bones Sneak Peek Is Totally Going to Go Viral! Why? Human Bowling

Most. Fun. Sneak. Peek. Ever.

Sure, there’s a lot of blood, baddies and, well, bones on Bones, but that doesn’t mean the Jeffersonian team never gets to have any fun while on the job.

Take this exclusive sneak peek at Thursday’s all-new episode, for example: while investigating their latest case, Brennan (Emily Deschanel), Hodgins (TJ Thyne) and Agent Aubrey (John Boyd) stumble upon the next viral sensation, which is—wait for it—human bowling.

Yeah, you’re going to want to press play on the clip above right about now.

While there’s plenty of garbage, diaper pizza (ew!) and laughs in the sneak peek, there is one thing missing: Booth (David Boreanaz).

So where is the show’s leading man while all of this craziness is going down? Online traffic school, the bane of almost everyone’s existence! At least his less than desirable activity leads to some fun back and forth between Brennan and Aubrey, right?

In “The Mutilation of the Master Manipulator,” the team looks into the murder of a college psychology professor, whose controversial social experiments have garnered an array of highly motivated suspects. Elsewhere, Wendell (Michael Grant Terry) will struggle with his feelings towards a chemotherapy treatment nurse.

Bones airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on Fox.

E!NEWS/ Holy Crap, Bones Just Revealed Angela’s Real Name and It’s Better Than We Ever Could’ve Dreamed Of

And Bones’ biggest mystery has finally been solved!

Booth (David Boreanaz), Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and the Jeffersonian team have solved a lot of cases over the years, but one burning question that’s never been answered in 10 seasons? Angela’s (Michaela Conlin) real name!

We have an adorable sneak peek from Thursday’s all-new episode, “The Life in the Light,” which finally, finally, FINALLY reveals Angela’s real name and it’s better than we ever could’ve imagined.

“Oh my god, your real name,” Hodgins (TJ Thyne) exclaims after finding his wife’s passport and learning her birth name.

So what is it? You’ll have to press play on the exclusive video above to find out!

One hint about her name? “It’s like something you name a pet…that you hate,” Angela says of the name, which was given to her by her father because “it meant something important to him” and he asked her to wait to change it. Fans of the Fox hit know she chose the name Angela Montenegro when it came to her in a dream and she legally changed it on her 18th birthday.

Still, the major reveal leads to a seriously sweet moment between the couple. But it won’t be all name-reveals and cute kisses for Hodgins and Angela as the duo is set to make a major decision in the episode that will impact their future with the Jeffersonian team. Meanwhile, Booth is working hard to beat his gambling addiction and earn back Brennan’s trust.

And in case you missed the news, Fox has picked up Bones for its 11th season. Huzzah!

Bones airs Thursday at 8 p.m. on Fox.

Synopses for 11x09 and 11x10

S11E09: “The Cowboy in the Contest”
