”There are still faint glimmers of civilization left in this barbaric slaughterhouse that was once known as humanity…”

The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014)

Wes Anderson follows 2009′s Fantastic Mr. Fox with a new stop-motion feature: Isle Of Dogs, coming April 2018.

The setting is a Japan where dogs can talk, which is really all I needed to know to be excited about the film, and where a boy goes on a journey to find his (probably also talking) dog.

You’ll find a long list of cast on the above poster, but if you want more information, watch Anderson’s promotional video from December. He and Edward Norton discuss Norton’s role as a “lead dog.”

“The most dreadful and unattractive person only needs to be loved, and they will open up like a flower.”
