This is late 90s and low budget, thereby meaning that it is decidedly cliche and cheesy. But once you accept that you know how it’s going to end, this was an adequately entertaining enough chick flick. I don’t know if I’d necessarily recommend going out of your way to see it, but if it’s on TV some time when you’re bored, it might be worth the watch. The highlight being, of course, the Irish accents. Otherwise… there’s not much to this.
(Also it’s probably worth noting that this movie is so old (in the non-classic sense) and off the map that there are legitimately zero production stills or screen shots on Google. So I’ll have to settle for this black and white shot of Janeane Garofalo and Milo O'Shea.)
