“If you work hard on your job, you can make a living. If you work hard on yourself, you can make a fortune”
- Jean Clervil

What are you doing on the road to becoming a better person? At times we may think we have it all, but what are some things that hinders our personal growth? This week I had the opportunity to take a step back and reevaluate myself ( my friend Kevin Pierre says it best, “reevaluate your life and the people around you”) You may need to do this every day, every month, every year, but when or however you do it, just think about why aren’t you as happy/success than what you expect? You may have to change how you speak to people, become a better listener, our dedicated more time into your craft.

“If you work hard on yourself, you will make a fortune”. Recently, I had to “reevaluate” my life and see what was hindering me from achieving my goals. I’m a procrastinator; however, I work well under pressure. Lately I’ve been organizing my life (scheduling events, due dates, deadlines, and free time for myself) in order to stay on top of things. Whenever I feel like I’m being unproductive I look back to my calendar and see what is next on the list of things I need to complete. I am taking control of my life and working towards becoming a better person. I am my own fortune.
