Cover illustration for a magazine called “Metro Guide” being distributed thought metro stations in Tokyo from September 2017.
Number of copies: around 1 000 000.

This edition is autumn themed so I tried to make my illustration fit the contents with the colors and atmosphere. I used the Jindaiji temple and the shops that surround it as an inspiration for the setting.

今回の雑誌のテーマは秋なので、綺麗な紅葉や豊かな雰囲気を再現しながら描いてみたイラストです。深大寺の周りのお店通りが設定の元になってます。

“Cycle Across Kanto” Documentary will Explore Connections Between Pokemon’s Kanto and the Real-Life Region of Japan

Gravity Dog Productions has announced a new documentary series that will explore the real-life Kanto region of Japan and its connections to the first generation of Pokemon games. Their 40-day journey will be narrated by Mike Pollock, who did the voice-overs for the original Pokemon animated series.
