i’m so sick of finding judgmental rants all over this damn site. let people have their own opinions. if you don’t like it, or don’t agree with it then so be it. but don’t put them down. everyone’s allowed to think freely. end of story.
i’ve been really good with keeping up with the jillian michaels exercise stuff. i had a relapse last night and didn’t work out- i felt terrible, i actually kind of missed it. today i went to my friend’s neighborhood gym. i went on the elliptical for 15 mins and then the treadmill for 15 mins. it hurt at first, since it was new to me, but going to her gym is something i foresee myself doing a lot. my endurance level has risen tons since day one. i just wish i had that slight push i need to weigh myself so i can keep track of whats going on weight wise.
