Sweating + meal prepping
I just notice this yesterday and a little today, but I don’t really sweat during arm/shoulder workouts and very little during ab workouts. I don’t think that it’s because I’m not working hard enough, because a lot of the time I’m shaking and really struggling to get those last reps in. I’m pretty much going til failure. Anyone else experience this, or is it just me?
Also, I’m kind of switching my food up and I’m gonna try higher protein, still low fat though. If you guys are interested in seeing what I’m gonna be eating for next week, maybe I can take a few pictures on Sunday when I actually cook everything? Idk, lemme know 👉👉
