2. 2. 2. 2.
I’m going out on a limb here and guessing, purely guessing, that you want number 2. I’m right here, ok? You’re all right.
Sara wanted to congratulate Georgi on his routine, but he had run off after the Kiss and Cry. He was supposed to come sit with her and Mila. It had been 20 minutes, so Sara decided to go look for him.
After searching in the parking lot, and calling him several times, Sara found herself headed into the men’s changing room. She called in to see if anyone would answer to make sure the coast was clear.
Instead of deep voices replying, she heard sobbing. The Italian female followed the sound as it got louder and found Georgi on the floor. His knees pulled up to his chest, and his face hidden. She quickly pulled out the tissue packet from her jacket and handed it to him.
Georgi blew his nose and tried to explain in a jumble of tears. Sara shushed him and rubbed his back.
“You don’t have to talk. I can’t understand you, anyways.” She sat next to him.
The Russian man hugged her and continued to sob into her chest. She continued to caress his back and hair to get him to calm down. It was probably because there was news that Anya was pregnant and getting married to her new man.
“I’m here, ok? You’re all right. I’m here, Georgi.”
He nodded and blew his nose in another tissue. When he wiped his face, eye shadow and mascara streaked across his face. “Thank you, Sara.”
