it's okay to cry and feel and be relieved

anonymous asked:

Hi! May I request a few hcs? What if Bakugo, Kirishima, and Denki's s/o ( separate please ) was kidnapped by villains? A few weeks later they escaped themselves and made it back to U.A.?

oooh a good bit of angst~~

Bakugou Katsuki

  • A look of panic spreads across his face when he realises his s/o is missing, surely they were with him just a second ago? He races off, determined to find them before night falls, ignoring the odd looks by passersby as he shouts out their name.
  • The first night without them is hard, Bakugou misses their body next to his, he misses their warmth and little kisses they’d give him before falling asleep. Insecurities start to bubble up, “why didn’t I notice?” “what if I can’t save them?” “what if they’re hurt?” The bedsheets are singed as he grips them tightly, tears falling onto his pillow as he cries himself to sleep.
  • A few weeks later, he’s awoken by his dorm room being opened, his s/o standing there! Before he can even react they’re hugging him, loud sobs mixed with “I missed you”s and “I love you”s. He holds them tightly, his forehead pressed against their and his own tears threatening to fall.

Kirishima Eijirou

  • His first reaction is a frantic one, he nervously backtracks, checking all the places he and his s/o were before they went missing. He’s a shaky mess so his friends would have to help calm him down and get him away so they can plan to rescue his s/o
  • He lies awake in the early hours, staring at his ceiling. He’s frustrated, a million possibilities running through his head about his s/o and what could’ve happened to them. He finds himself getting more and more restless as time goes on, he wants to make the people who took his s/o pay and badly at that.
  • He wakes up a few weeks later, him and some of the other students ready to go and rescue his s/o! He grimaces just thinking about what state he find his s/o in. Next thing he knows, he’s being dragged along by Midoriya who’s shouting “They’ve found them!” His face lights up when he sees them, running over and pulling them into a big hug! Both of them cry a lot, relief washing over the both of them.

Kaminari Denki

  • Watching his s/o get torn away from him like that, his own name echoing in his ears makes Denki sick to his stomach. He runs after them, his own hand barely missing theirs before they’re gone for good. He wants to scream and shout but the sickening lump in throat prevents him from doing so.
  • He’s unusually quiet, his friends noting the vacant expression on his face. He’ll hardly see them anyway, staying in his room most evenings. Sobs can be heard if one stays up late enough, Denki’s pent up emotions spilling out; he’s berating himself for being so careless. He should’ve paid more attention, kept them close to him but no, and now they’re suffering because of it.
  • He starts the day like any other, shuffling out of bed and going to go towards the dorm’s kitchen. Opening his door, he’s greeted with a tight hug and his s/o’s voice! “Denki, I’m okay!” they chime out, their voice cracking from crying so much, the two wrapped in each other’s embrace for most of the morning. Again, Denki feels sick from crying, but its relieving feeling knowing his s/o is back in his arms.

[Part 1] [Part 2] [Part 3] [Part 4] [Part 5] [Part 6]

PART SEVEN

It’s been about a week since it happened. Or, nine days, seven hours, and forty-six minutes to be exact. Not like you’re counting or anything.

You’re sitting on the edge of your bed in the cabin, watching Steph apply makeup. It’s Friday, and there’s some social event, movie night-type thing going on in less than an hour with everyone at the camp. It’s optional, however, so you’re definitely skipping out on this one.

Steph, on the other hand, has been freaking out about what she’s going to wear for the past two hours. Apparently Mitch said he would, “see her there”, and so she’s turned into a hectic mess, pulling out every bit of non-athletic clothing she brought with her, trying it on and twirling around in front of the mirror. Eventually, you convinced her that her olive green top and white tennis skirt were perfectly acceptable for a movie night.

She turns to you suddenly. “How does my eyeliner look?”

You glance up briefly. Her wings are perfectly even. “It looks great, Steph. Try not to stress too much.”

“Yeah, but I think my right wing isn’t as thick as my left. I’ve got to make them perfect.” She turns back to the mirror, sticking her tongue out as she drags the liquid liner across her eyelid.

“Steph, Mitch isn’t going to care about your eyeliner.”

“I know, but-”

“But nothing. He definitely already likes you, so he wouldn’t care if you showed up wearing a mismatched pajamas and eyeliner only on one eye.”

“Okay, you’re right” Steph agrees, putting down the liner. “Maybe I should just calm down. It’s just a movie night, not a date.”

“That’s only what I’ve been telling you for the past three hours.”

She rolls her eyes. “So, what are you wearing?”

You glance down at your go-to pj’s: grey sweats and a well-loved Maple Leafs t-shirt. “This?”

“To a movie night?”

“I’m not going.”

“What?” she cries. “Not happening, I am not going alone.”

“Steph,” you say firmly. “I can’t go.”

She narrows her eyes at you. “So what if Auston’s there? You don’t have to talk to him or look at him or anything.”

“Yeah, not like that will be hard or anything considering him and Mitch are attached at the hip,” you point out.

“If you really don’t care about Auston as much as you claim to, and truly are putting hockey first, then this shouldn’t be a problem. But obviously by the way you’ve been hiding from the boy all week, you have still have some feelings for h-”

You stand up. “I’ll go.”

Steph can barely conceal her smile. “I’m assuming you didn’t bring anything cute to wear with you.”

“Are we basing it off your definition of cute or mine?”

“What do you think?” Steph digs around in her pile of discarded clothes and chucks something white and lacy at you. “Put that on.”

Forty minutes later, you’re wearing Steph’s shirt, a white tank top that has a low cut v-neck lined with a tasteful amount of lace, your favourite comfy cardigan, and some jean shorts. Steph had curled the ends of your hair and you’d put on a touch of mascara and brow gel. You felt pretty and confident. So what if Auston was there? That didn’t mean you couldn’t have a good time.

“You ready?” Steph asks, sliding on her sandals. “I texted Alexis and told her we’d meet her and the other girls there.”

“Sounds good,” you say, taking one last glance at yourself in the mirror. Tonight would be fun.

As you and Steph make the short journey from the cabin to the rec hall, where the movie was being screened, you take in the peacefulness of the night. The moon hangs full and bright in the dark sky and crickets chirrup from the bushes surrounding the path you’re walking on. A warm breeze ruffles your hair. Sometimes you forget to stop and appreciate everything that life has to offer. You’re always in such a rush to leap from one goal to the next, that you tend to take the little things for granted - like taking a walk at night with your best friend and teammate, at the most elite hockey camp in the country. All the hours of hard work and dedication have brought you here, and will continue to carry you wherever you decide to go.

You sigh loudly, satisfied. Steph glances over at you quizzically. “What are you smiling about?”

“I’m just so glad we’re here.” You turn to look at her, and you see in her eyes that she understands the significance behind your statement.

“Yeah. Yeah, me too.” She reaches over and squeezes your hand.

You squeeze back before letting go and hooking your pinky with hers. “D’you want to run? For old time’s sake?”

She doesn’t answer but takes off, nearly yanking your arm from its socket. You sprint to keep up with her, the two of you looking like idiots as you make your way towards the hall, laughing and swinging your arms around like little girls.

The hall is already busy, most of the players already milling around, grabbing their seats on the set of wooden bleachers. You and Steph greet Alexis and your teammates before getting in line for snacks. You force yourself to not look around for him, and instead keep your eyes straight forward, trying to decide what you want to eat.

You’re lost in the long list of chocolate bars when someone taps you on the shoulder. You turn around to face Mitch and several other of his teammates you’ve seen around before, but never formally met. For a half second, your heart drops, disappointed that Auston’s not with them. But why do you care so much? You should be happy he isn’t here.

“Oh, hey Mitch,” you exclaim, nudging Steph with your elbow.

She whips around and blushes as Mitch grins widely at her. “Hi Mitch.”

“Hey Steph.” Mitch looks down at his feet, suddenly reserved. “You look um…you look great.”

“Thank-you,” Steph says, tucking a strand of her hair shyly behind her ear.

“So Mitch, are we going to get an introduction, or are you going to stand around all night embarrassing yourself trying to compliment a pretty girl?” one of the blond teammates teases.

Mitch’s face goes red and he scowls at the blond guy. “Shut-up.” Mitch jabs a finger towards him. “Steph, Y/N, this obnoxious Swedish prick is Willy-”

“That’s William to you.”

Mitch ignores him, pointing to the second guy, who’s also blond, but has thicker, slightly wavy hair. “This is Kasperi, or Kappy as we call him.” Kappy is quiet, but gives a little wave hello.

“And Brownie.” Mitch throws his arm around the redhead standing beside him.

“My actual name’s Connor, for the record.”

“Well, it’s nice to meet you all,” you say, smiling. You turn to Steph, “What do you want to eat? It’s on me.”

She glances over at the concession. “Oh, um, I’ll have-”

“No, Y/N, don’t worry, I got it.” Mitch pulls his wallet out of his shorts’ pocket.

“So, you’re paying for us as well?” Will asks, raising his eyebrows.

Mitch gives him a look. “I think you can answer your own question.”

Will walks up to the concession stand. “Hi there, could I have a large coke and some sour cherry blasters? Oh, and could you throw a twix bar in as well? It’s on the guy behind me with the hat.” He grins and points to Mitch, who is not impressed.

The rest of the guys order their snacks, all the while Mitch scowls at them.

“Are you sure, Mitch? I don’t mind paying for myself,” you whisper.

He smiles and shakes his head. “Thanks for the offer, Y/N, but it’s alright. I’ll get them back for this, trust me.”

Once you all have your food, you make your way over to the bleachers. There aren’t many seats left, so you let Mitch and Steph squeeze into the space for two people on the lower bench, while you, Kasperi, Will, and Connor sit on the bench above them.

“So,” Will says, rubbing his hands together. “Let’s make a bet on how long it will take for Mitch to get the balls to ask Steph out. Thirty bucks on the table. Losers pay ten each.”

“I’m going for two weeks,” Connor says, taking a sip of his drink. “He always delays.”

Kasperi nods in agreement. “Same, but I think not until camp is almost over. Mitch…he overthinks things. Sometimes you just gotta go for it.”

“Okay, solid guesses boys, but for myself I’m gonna go with a week and a half. What do you think Y/N?” Will turns to you.

“Never.”

“Ooh, damn,” Connor exclaims.

You roll your eyes and continue, “Steph will ask him out before he does. Boys can honestly be more indecisive than girls when it comes to dating.”

“True,” Kasperi agrees. “That’s probably why Auston took so long to make a move, right?”

You freeze. Kappy notices and appears slightly perplexed. “I mean, you are Auston’s girl, no?”

“Um, no. I’m not.” You feel like you’re about to cry.

“Oh, I’m sorry. He just talks about this girl, Y/N, all the time, so I just assumed-”

“Kappy, shut-up,” Connor interjects.

“No, it’s okay.”

An awkward silence falls over the four of you.

Will steps in and directs the conversation elsewhere: “So has anyone seen the prequel to this movie? I thought the acting was terrible.”

Immediately, Connor pipes up: “Are you insulting my man Chris Pratt?”

“Maybe.”

With that, Connor goes off on a tangent about how excellent Pratt is in a number of films. The conversation is relieved of its tense atmosphere and you feel yourself relax again.

You catch Will’s eye and shoot him a grateful smile. He nods and winks.

The movie isn’t great, but it isn’t terrible either. Will’s sarcastic commentary makes up for the film’s lack of a plot line. You find yourself bursting out laughing one too many times, earning you glares from the other players seated around you. By the time the film ends, you’re both giggling at something stupid one of the characters said in a dramatic moment.

“Who even says that? His freaking cat just died!”

“I know. And he says it so seriously too. He’s all like…” You imitate the dumbfounded look on the actor’s face and Will cracks up.

“Whoever the casting director is, they should be fired, honestly. We could do a better job.”

“I really think we could. Screw hockey, Hollywood, here we come!”

You both laugh and then sigh. The hall is clearing out, and out of the corner of your eye, you catch Steph and Mitch walking out of the door, holding hands. You smile to yourself, happy for them.

“So, do you think I could get your number?”

“Huh?” You look up at Will, realizing he’s been talking to you.

“Your number. For casting purposes, of course.” He winks.

“Oh. Um, sure!” You dig your phone out from your back pocket, unlocking it and handing it to him. He does likewise, and you type your name into his phone, putting a little film emoji next to your name.

“There you go.” You hand his phone back. He grins at you, and places your phone in your hand. ‘Willy’ is his contact name, alongside a smiley face sticking its tongue out.

You’re about to say something else to Will when you see him. He’s standing near the exit, glaring furiously at Will’s back. The smile slides off your face.

“Hey, I gotta run. Steph just said she needs me to help her with something - girl emergency.”

He frowns. “I didn’t see any text on your-” Will starts, but you cut him off.

“See you later, bye!”

You speed walk around people standing and chatting in the hall and slip out the exit door, pointedly not looking in Auston’s direction.

You’re walking quickly towards the cabins, hoping you can avoid him, but you hear his footsteps crunching on the gravel as he breaks into a jog.

“Y/N!” he calls.

You ignore him and walk faster.

“Y/N, I know you can hear me!”

You stop and swing around to face him. “What do you want Auston?”

“I just want to talk.” He stands in front of you, his brown eyes so earnest and hopeful that you can’t say no.

“Okay, so talk.”

“Can we go somewhere else…like, a more private place?”

“Fine.”

“Is by the beach area okay?”

“Yeah, sure.”

You both walk in silence. You can feel Auston glancing periodically over at you, trying to gauge your expression. However, you purposely keep your face blank of any emotion. You have to be strong.

When you reach the beach area, he stops by one of the benches facing the volleyball court. “D’you wanna sit down?”

You don’t answer but sit down on the bench, keeping your eyes forward and away from him. He does the same.

There’s a long pause. “Listen, Y/N, I just want some answers. You’ve made me very confused, and I’m not sure if it’s something I did or said that upset you, but I-”

“No - Auston, I already told you that you didn’t do anything wrong.”

“But I had to,” he insists, looking at you very seriously. “Why else did you run away from me? I thought everything was going great and then all of a sudden you just went cold. Unless…” he pauses, putting it together in his mind. “Unless you like Willy. That’s it, isn’t it? It’s so obvious, I can’t believe I didn’t notice it before. Oh man, I feel like a total idiot.”

He goes to stand up but you stop him. “Auston, no. I don’t like Willy that way. He’s nice, but I literally met him today.”

“So you don’t like me is what you’re saying.”

“No, Auston, I do. You’re a great guy, it’s just-”

“It’s just better if we’re friends, right? Don’t worry, you don’t have to give me the speech, I already know it by heart.” He starts to stand up again, but you grab his wrist.

“Auston!” you shout, more harshly than you intend. “Would you stop jumping to conclusions for one minute and just let me explain?”

He sits down, very quiet.

You take a deep breath, trying to calm yourself. “Auston…I like you. More than a friend. I think you’re funny and incredibly talented and not to mention crazy hot. I don’t think I’ve ever been more attracted to someone in my life.” You drop his gaze, a sudden wave of shyness coming over you. “I can’t believe I just said that,” you laugh to yourself.

“So what’s the problem then?” Auston asks softly.

“The problem is…the problem is that I can’t be distracted. I’ve given up my entire life to hockey, and I’m finally on the verge of obtaining my goal, the dream I’ve had since I was a little girl. I got into this camp, and I was so excited, because here was my big break. But then you came along, and everything changed. Suddenly, all I could think about was you, not hockey, and that scared me. It fucking terrified me. I thought to myself, what happens if I miss my one shot at my dream because I’m pining after some guy? And if that happens, I know I will regret that for the rest of my life. I will never be able to forgive myself.” You pause to take a breath. Auston’s face is unreadable, his eyes cast downwards as he takes everything in.

“So that’s why I ran away. That’s why this,” you say, gesturing between the two of you, “isn’t going to work.” You stand up, giving him one last apologetic look. “I’m sorry.”

And with that, you turn and walk away, leaving Auston alone on the bench.

Imagine being afraid of telling Jared that you’re pregnant

I can see Emma’s disapproval all over her face. She isn’t happy with me, and I’m not happy either, but there was no other choice. I had to go.

“Just tell him, he’ll understand!”

“It was a mistake from the beginning, he’s my boss, you just don’t have one night stands with your boss” I mutter, afraid that Jared might show up in the studio at any second.

“But you are pregnant” She whispers, the disapproval turning into anger.

I throw her the first thing I can find, which turns out to be one of Jared’s chocolate bars.

“Hey!” We hear Jared shouting from the door, “That’s my chocolate”

“Sorry” I whisper, running to Emma to pick out the bar.

Jared looks at us, and something on his face changes. When we comes near us, the suspicion on his face is obvious.

“You two look really pale” He mutters, changing his gaze from Emma to me, “Are you two ok?”

Emma looks pale because she’s scared. She wants me to tell Jared, but overhearing our conversation wouldn’t be a great way to find out he’s going to be a father. I look pale because I’m scared too, but also because I feel sick. I don’t even know how he hasn’t noticed that I spent half of my day in the bathroom, that’s how Emma find out.

“I need to go to the bathroom” I excuse myself.

Morning sickness was the worst, but mine was more like a whole-day sickness. Being pregnant should be pretty, not being afraid that the father of the baby will not want the kid, and spending your day puking.

During the day I receive Emma’s different stages of emotions through her looks. We have been working together for so long, that I could read her with just one gaze. At times she gives me looks that could only mean ‘Just fucking tell him’; when I get up to go to the bathroom she’s like ‘Ew’, but when I come back I receive the sympathetic look of ‘You poor thing’.

By the end of the day, the only look I receive is ‘Don’t you dare’. But I most certainly will.

Emma says her goodbyes for the day, leaving me with one more ‘Don’t you dare’ look. I just wave her off, walking towards Jared’s desk. As always, he’s busy working on his laptop, not even noticing that I’m standing in front of him.

“Jared” I stutter, trying to get his attention.

“Oh, hey” He says, finally acknowledging my presence with a smile, “I didn’t see you there”

I can do this, right? His smile can’t be a factor that makes me chicken out.

“I really need to talk to you”

The smile disappears in a second and worriness takes over his expression. He takes my hand to make me sit by his side.

“Is something wrong? Are you ok?”

“I just… God. Okay, I’m just gonna say it” I sigh deeply, trying to calm myself down, “I’m quitting”

“Wait, what?”

I stand from the couch, starting to pace out in the room.

“Is this because of what happened between us?” He asks, and I can notice a bit of nervousness on his tone.

“I just can’t work for you anymore” I whisper, avoiding his gaze, “This is gonna sound extremely cliché, but it’s not you, it’s… well, me”

“Ok, now I feel like you are breaking up with me and we are not even together” He laughs nervously, standing to stop my pace.

His hands wrap on my arms holding me still, trying to look me in the eyes, but I just avoid him still.

“Did I say something wrong? I can’t think of a reason why you would want to leave except for that night” His hand leaves my arm to hold my chin and make me look at him, “You regret it?”

He sounds hurt, and I don’t want him to be hurt. I’m just scared of what may happen if I spit all out. If he wanted kids, he would have had them by now, it’s not like he didn’t have opportunities before. If he didn’t want to give this huge step with long term girlfriends, what guarantees me that he would want to do it with me? I’m just a one night stand.

“I’m really sorry, Jared”

I manage to let go of his grip, walking to get my bag and get the hell out of there. My old car waits for me outside, and we drive home in complete silence, I can’t even stand music right now. I just want to be alone.

By the time I get home, I really need to go to the bathroom. I had avoid my mom’s medicinal herbs for sickness scared of what they may do to the little one, but I was already sick of all the pucking, maybe some weird tea wasn’t going to be that bad.

I follow the instructions that mom left with the bag of herbs, waiting for the kelt to be ready. I read the instructions over and over again, trying to get Jared out of my head.

I was the worst, I was denying him the right to be a father just because my head wouldn’t imagine him as one. Or, actually, I could imagine him; holding the baby on his arms, kissing the little forehead, feeding him or her when I was too tired to breastfeed. Or just looking at the baby in a crib, his eyes shining at the sight of our creation.

God, where did this amazing idea of quitting appeared?

The whistle of the kettle takes me out of my perfect world, one where I was smart enough to tell Jared the truth and not run away like a coward.

When my tea is ready, I grab a bag of chips, I really want some chips, walking back to my living room. I lay on my couch, turning the tv on, drinking my tea, eating chips. I repeat the process for hours. Watch, drink, eat. I don’t want to think about Jared, the baby, or my unemployed situation.

The beeping of my phone takes me out of the groggy zone, almost fully asleep. I jump on the couch, scared by the sudden sound in the silent room. When I finally calm myself down, realizing that it’s just my phone, I read the message that just came in.

“Jared called, I didn’t told him! I swear!”

Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Emma, what the fuck did you do?!

Another text comes in, and I’m already shaking.

“Well, I may have told him that he was stupid and blind for not noticing how changed you’ve been since… well, you know”

Not a minutes passes before I receive another one.

“Ok, I didn’t say stupid, ‘asshole’ is a better representation”

When no other text comes in I decide to text her back, “He knows?!”

“No, I mean, I don’t know”

“Maybe” She finally sends, ending the exchange with a sad emoji.

I grab my blanket, hiding under it, feeling my heart trying to escape my chest. My breathing is heavy, and my hiding spot does not help to calm my nerves. I take the blanket off my head, looking around, trying to find somewhere to hide.

The doorbell rings fast, someone is pressing it with desperation, and I know who that is. But I’m still trying to find a hiding spot, even though my whole living room is lighted up, and my car is outside. There’s no way to hide the fact that I’m inside.

I stand from the couch, walking to the door, not even looking who is on the other side.

“I’m so, so stupid” Jared says the second I open the door, letting himself in, “I didn’t even notice, I’m such a fool”

Jared sits on my couch, taking my bag of chips to eat some while looking at me. I close the door, walking as calm as I can, sitting by his side.

“Sorry, I didn’t grab lunch” He says, handing me the bag of chips, “I’m starving”

“I can prepare you something if…” I say, starting to stand, but he grabs my wrist.

“No, we need to talk”

I sit again, looking at his hand on my wrist. Suddenly he starts to laugh, taking his free hand to cover his mouth. His eyes are shining, I can even see myself in them, scared as shit.

“Are you okay?” I ask him, “I mean, are you okay with this?”

“Of course I am!” He shouts, cupping my face with his warm hands, “I’m more than happy!”

The fear finally abandons my body, letting a wave of relief and happiness take over. I jump to wrap my arms around his neck, his hands holding me closer to him.

“I love you too” He mutters, “It feels so good to finally say it.

Hold on…

“What did you just say?” I ask, pulling away from him.

“I love you” He repeats, the smile forming into confusion, “Isn’t that what we are talking about?”

“Oh, God…”

I stand from the couch, walking to the kitchen, trying to hide from him again. He thinks I’m in love with him, which is actually true, but that isn’t the reason why I was so scared! My hands go over my belly as I lean on the sink. Why do I have to be nauseous in a moment like this? I drench my face, trying to catch as much air as possible.

“Are you okay?” He’s the one asking this time.

I just nod, drying my face with a paper towel.

“You are not okay” He mutters, and as I turn around to face him, I can see the recognition on his face, “You’ve been sick all week…”

“Jared” I try to interrupt him, but he continues.

“Emma said that I was an asshole for not noticing what was going on with you”

“I’m so sorry, Jared” I mumble, walking to stand in front of him.

“Oh God, you’ve been sick more than just this week”

Jared just stands there, looking at me, trying to find some answers. Both of his hands hold my arms, never leaving my gaze. I get lost on his expression, the fear, confusion and… excitement?

“Jared?”

“You are pregnant?” He finally asks.

My head lowers as soon as I hear the word come out of his mouth. I can hear him laugh again, asking the question a second time. I give him a simple nod, and his hold on me disappears. But now for long.

Jared wraps his arms on my waist, lifting my feet off the ground. I can hear him laugh, saying the same word over and over again.

“Pregnant! Pregnant!”

I can feel the sickness again, and I plead him to put me down. When he does, I can see the smile on his face, this light on his eyes, the way his hands just want to touch me, pull me to him.

“I’m sorry, are you okay? Did I hurt you?”

“I’m okay” I whisper, realization finally coming to my head. He knows, “Just a bit dizzy”

“Oh, I can’t believe it! You are pregnant!” His hands hold me again, pulling me toward his chest, and suddenly everything is too much.

The tears start rolling down my cheeks, all the emotions I held back for two weeks can now be discarded, kicked away. I feel free, and the tears are proof of that. I hear him calling my name, asking me over and over again if I’m okay. I nod, crying, then smiling, then crying again.

“I’m happy” I finally say.

A relieved smile appears on his face. His hand grabs mine, pulling me to the living room. He falls on the couch, making me fall by his side, holding me tight against him.

“We need to check with the doctor, they need to check you for your morning sickness” He starts talking really fast, “We need to tell everyone after that, or maybe we can wait for a few weeks, just to be sure everything is going alright”

“Jared” I try to stop him, letting out a nervous laugh.

“Can Emma be the godmother?” He continues, “You can pick the godfather”

“Hey” I reach for his face, placing my hand over his mouth to shut him, “Calm down”

He tries to speak again, but I can only hear a mumble.

“We need to discuss another thing” He says as I let go of his face, my eyebrows raise, waiting for the new topic, “Work”

“Oh…”

“I want you back, especially now”

I hold his hand, thinking about it for a few seconds

“Ok” I say, after a deep sigh.

“Excellent!” He exclaims, pulling me to his chest again.

Jared continues planning  our future together, the future for our baby. I just listen, still in shock about everything that just happened. I was a fool by hiding all this from him. He’s happy, we are both happy, and that’s all that matters.

Remember Me - Luke Imagine *Part 1
(Requested)

The nail varnish colouring my finger tips made it through the first half hour of the first class before i nibbled at them for comfort. Shaking, my knees knocked together and i tapped my pencil against my math book. Looking up through the hair that i hid behind i checked to see the boy in front of me head down, chewing on his lip ring before his eyes came up to meet mine and i froze feeling my face heat up. Flustering with my pencil again i felt uncomfortable and moved from my chair to use the school bathrooms. Getting as far as the door without stumbling and falling on my face, i sighed in relief meeting the cool air of the corridor. Taking a breath i relaxed attempting to compose myself slowing my pace to kill time away from having to sit in the same room as him.

“Wait..” Turning i gulped recognising his voice, deeper than i remembered but just was warm.

“It is you…isn’t it?” Squinting at me he looked like he was hanging on to the hope i was who he thought i was. He stared at my features like an artist did his canvas, i recalled on my own that my teeth were straighter and so were his, my eyes now lined with black flicks and feathered lashes, chubby cheeks gone like the boy who watched me. My hips wider, chest more prominent, his hair now quiffed from the flat fluff he once had. Looking down his ripped black jeans lead to all black converse which stood awkwardly like they always had. Taking a step closer i looked back to his eyes, they let me in and for a moment i saw the 12 year old best friend i had left behind now staring back at me like i was that same young girl with tight curls that he would run his fingers through and tangle in knots when he was bored.

“Hi Luke..” My voice trembled as i spoke and something in his eyes softened.

“Y/N…” My name ran off his tongue perfectly bringing back memories of a better time. A million flashbacks running around my mind, enough to bring tears to my eyes as i looked at him.

“No…hey don’t cry its okay.” Moving forward he pulled me into him like i wasn’t the stranger i felt. Letting my arms wrap around him i was comfortable being so close even though i had dreaded this moment. Pulling me back his thumbs wiped the few tears that ran from my rosy cheeks. He looked serious for a split second, my breath getting caught before wiggling his eyebrows up and down relieving my worry. The two of us beginning to giggle as his fingers pinched my cheeks and i relaxed feeling a weight lift from my shoulders.

“Hey chicken legs..”

“Lucas Lemmings…” Only we got away with those nicknames, the use of them erasing years apart and making the older and much handsome Luke in front of me recognisable like i had only seen him yesterday. Leaving him behind it broke my heart even from an age we never knew of love. Those bright blue eyes watering as we said out last goodbyes as 12 year olds who did not understand why the world was cruel enough to separate us both. Moving to England my family had explained it was for a better life, but how could life be better without him in it was all i had wondered from the moment they told me to the moment i was picked on for my accent, dumped by my first boyfriend and continued till i gave up on the hope he would be there for me when i was old enough to move back. At 18 years of age i made my decision and with the help of an auntie with a spare bedroom i returned home. I returned to him. Just like i promised.

“Your really here…”

(Part 2?)

Ugh, We Need to List off...

The certain things that just GUT YOU AS A CAPTAIN SWAN SHIPPER.

You all know the feeling I’m talking about. That feeling where during certain scenes…certain moments…they just gut you. That feeling where your stomach gets all wrangled into a ball and twists all over the place and it physically hurts like you are unable to breathe or think or keep from clenching your throat because the beauty and pain of the ship of dreams is just too much…………….

When he gets her out of the ice cave and he’s literally so freaking relieved that he’s about to throw up and she just cups his little head. FUCK.

When she whispers “Come back to me,” multiple times like she’s so desperate for him to breathe and she’s so goddamn scared and oh god she needs him to breathe so bad. FUCK FUCK FUCK.

When he finishes kissing her mouth and then kisses her neck and nuzzles her neck and just sways with her because he thinks he’s never going to fucking get to hold her ever again. GOOD FUCK.

When she puts Merida’s heart back in her chest and she just needs him like she need his warmth and his strength and she’s so traumatized and she just breathes out so deeply and launches herself at him and he catches her reflexively and is again, so relieved that he might throw up. FUUUUUUCK.

When he literally says the words “If things go well and she wants me to hold her…” like he is literally anticipating her wanting him to hold her cause he can sense she is the type of person who likes to be held and needs to be held and he just wants it to be perfect. FUCKING CHRIST.

When that fucking goddamn bloody gash reappears on his neck for the third time and the look on her horrified heartbroken face like is there anything that guts you worse than her little whimper of pain like she reaches out to touch it and just would give up anything to make it go away. FUCKEDY FUCK

When she fucking sprints up the stairs because she is giddy as fuck even though she was just brutally traumatized, and literally tackles him and knocks him over and giggles like that is how relieved Emma Swan is she literally fucking giggles and squeezes her pirate’s hand so goddamn hard. FUCK ME.

When he tells her it’s his job or he hopes its his job to protect her heart like has their ever been a single fucking person dedicated to protecting Emma’s heart like he cares about her feelings so much and he just wants her to be okay 900% of the time it makes me so weak the way he loves her endlessly. FUCK, MAN.

When she starts to cry when she is told she’s his happy ending like she doesn’t get freaked out or run away like she is honoured beyond belief and so many tears well in her eyes and just one escapes and oh my god it’s like my stomach is being chopped up by a butcher that is what it feels like. WHAT THE FUCK.

When he kisses her little soft cheek before leaving her like this man has killed hundreds but this woman has literally transformed him into a fluffy cheek-kissing bunny like he is a little woodland creature he kisses it so gently help me get over it oh my god. UGH, FUCK.

WHEN HE IS LYING ON A GURNEY AND SHE IS CLUTCHING HIS HAND FOR DEAR LIFE SOBBING HER BRAINS OUT LIKE HER POOR INNOCENT BABY FACE IS SO PAINFULLY CONTORTED AND SHE IS HORRIFICALLY DROWNING IN HER OWN TEARS AND HER PARENTS HAVE TO PHYSICALLY DRAG HER BACKWARD AND STILL SHE DOESN’T LET GO OF HIS HAND AND FUCK THIS SHOW IT HURTS TOO FUCKING MUCH

YA FEEL ME?!

Okay but I can’t imagine Juvia slapping him physically or anything and I think that will make Gray feel extra guilty. Its easier to vent once anger physically but if she doesn’t Gray will feel like he won’t be able to ever make it up to her and be forgiven despite him knowing he doesn’t deserve it. I can imagine Juvia crying, hurt and relieved he’s okay. The last time he saw him is when he had those marks. Juvia is one who cares about others sakes before her own, and its not just Gray, she’s shown this towards Meredy, Cana and Lucy. If she reacts calm and mostly happy he’s safe its like a slap in his heart.

He’s gonna get emotionally slap.
