it's just insulting

just a QUICK !! psa ; just because i choose to RP an exclusively hamilton musical muse does NOT mean i don’t put in as MANY hours researching my muse, and YES some things about Al*exander H*amilton aren’t really applicable because i DO write him as both a musical POC and a alt verse POC. i mostly choose this because why wouldn’t i want to write a POC ESPECIALLY a latino if I have the chance ? the point of the musical has never been to be historically accurate !! i had a post about this AWHILE back on my other blog but, please don’t discredit our muses because we ARE musical based, and you think we aren’t aware of the MANY historical flaws that are in the musical !! i just honestly prefer to be a latina writing a latino muse ? it’s the first chance i’ve gotten, and i’m INCREDIBLY grateful to the support i’ve gotten while writing.

i wish i could force every interviewer/idiot who’s gonna talk to one of the guys during their solo promo to listen to four and mitam before they interview anyone

because 1d’s music didn’t follow pop trends. they got more older influences as time went on, they used more real instruments as time went on, it got more singer/songwriter as time went on.

it’s just exhausting for me to have to listen to the questions “how’s it like doing some singer-songwriter stuff now after doing all the pop stuff?” because like ………… ???? that evolution happened years ago bud. you just weren’t paying attention.

it gets exhausting to hear “how was it like finally getting to make music inspired by your older influences” when i know that mitam exists.

and if it’s exhausting for me, i’m sure they’re tired of being asked these questions because it’s made painfully aware how many people haven’t fucking heard 1d’s later stuff

  • random person: how do YOU write romantic scenes?
  • me: what
  • random person: like, you've never kissed someone or been in love. how is it possible you describe it in your writing, then?
  • me: ...
  • me: how can JK Rowling describe Hogwarts if she's never been there?
  • me: how can Rick Riordan describe how Percy Jackson commands a hurricane if he's never done it himself?
  • me: how can George RR Martin describe the death of every single one of his characters if he hasn't died?
  • me: how can JRR Tolkien describe what an elf looks like when he's never seen one?
  • me: YOU. UN. IM. AG. IN. AT. IVE. S. WI. NE.

I tried!

“…..Well…. toothless and I got her out of a tree….”

“Who put her there?”

“Uhhhh….. haha…well… crazy thing is… I’m… actually… the one…. who… put her there….”

-How a talking Fishbone managed to get the girl of his dreams.

Person: I don’t like Pharmercy because of the age gap, it’s too big and it’s too creepy :/

Me: Points out the fact that there’s only a five year age difference between Pharah and Mercy

Same person: Also ships, which has a four year age gap between them too, and Bunnyribbit, which has a seven year age difference

  • Maui: the ocean says you're a nerd
  • Moana: I'm not surprised

Harry and Draco in  the gym (again)

Ok, I know this is stupid but I can’t stop thinking about Harry and Draco in Auror training together, especially them competing at the gym. I literally think they would behave like the biggest ‘bros’ with each other.

I mean I can totally see Harry being all in Draco’s face like ‘’Look how swoll I am. Damn so swoll.’’

And Draco being like *squints* ‘’Can’t really see any muscle through the fat. At least I’m a lean bean.’’

And Harry totally unoffended going ‘’Yeah, but thick is the new black. Mmm, I’m so thiiiiiickkk.’’

And Draco just going for the kill like ‘’Finally catching up, huh? Been trying to get that across since Hogwarts.’’

I’m sorry I’m like this

anonymous asked:

What are your preferred pronouns, for those like me who for some reason assumed 'he'?

Take your pick! I am just a chick who likes to draw, write, and do all sorts of creative stuff. So call me whatever, just don’t call me late for lunch.

For me, the ultimate compliment is when people don’t actually know off the bat whether I’m a dude or a chick. I absolutely don’t mind disclosing my female status when asked, but seeing as it doesn’t really have any bearing on my creative works, I don’t see the need to bring it up that often.

I’d much rather be known as a “great writer” or “cool artist” than “great girl writer” or “cool lady artist”. Even better, I’d just like to be known as a rad human being. So when people don’t actually know, don’t really care, and are just assuming based off of whatever they want to assume about me from my works alone, I absolutely love it!

With the massive variety of stuff I love to do, life’s too short to worry about what people call me:

my family when they see me wearing my mabel sweater: hahah, you look like a rainbow sprite/brite

my family when they see me wearing my steven universe shirt: hahAH, that shirt makes you looks like you work at hardy’s/carl’s jr (the star is similar to the fast food symbol)

cause ive been seeing a new trend in a show/ a new character being drawn a lot and rising to popularity!!

ive been hearing a lot of oh “this is so cringe”. i dislike it when people use the word cringe especially because a lot of adults/older individuals use it to mock something younger individuals like or is trending atm especially when it does have to do with a character younger girls or just girls in general enjoy. reminder that you should probably spend your time wisely rather than pick on children online especially when it comes to cartoons that are not made for your age demographic and are made for a younger audience lmao
