it's a cult thing

Uh. Guys.

Something just dawned on me, with the reveal that Damien and Hugo have an ending of their own, where they hook up if you don’t date either of them. (Here, to those who wants to know where the info is from.)

Guys. We know the Cult Ending exists. We aren’t sure how to get it, we aren’t sure if it’s glitched or DLC, we aren’t sure if it was scrapped altogether. But we do know it exists. We do know it implies something very dark about the game’s setting.

But guys. Do we actually know if the game ends at the Cult End? Like, is it its own separate thing, where it cuts to credits right after we meet Saul? Or do we have the Graduation party with Amanda still, but this time with no Joseph in the picture?

Guys. I think Damien and Hugo hooking up may be linked to the Cult End, if the Graduation Party is still a thing.

With Joseph gone, his hold over the other dads is gone. No longer compelling them to remain single. With Joseph gone, the dads are able to find love again. And it first shows in the form of Damien and Hugo, being seen together as a couple.

But then there’s an interesting line… Damien mentions that it looks like you found love yourself. But if you were romancing Joseph, and he’s gone now, that couldn’t be right. So that is a pretty poignant point in how the two ends aren’t connected.

But… It could mean something else.

Joseph’s Cult End involves romancing another dad for the first two dates, in order to get an item that helps you later on. It may also involve dating another dad, but no one is sure right now. But we definitely need one dad in particular. And you know who it is?

Robert.

If Cult End is indeed canon, and a definite end to the game itself…

Is Robert the true dad you hook up with at the end? Is Robert actually the “canon dad?”

I’m probably grasping at straws right now, especially considering Robert is my favorite dad. But I just thought I’d share my thoughts again.

does anyone else think the first AHS seasons weren’t written with the idea of them being in the same universe in mind (excluding like, easter eggs) but then whathisface Murphy stumbled onto a AHS conspiracy forum or whatever and was like,,, wow that’s actually super clever,,,,,,, and that’s why we’re where we are now

I fucking love peds

everyone doing their internships at my hospital keeps complaining about how impersonal their preceptors are. A lot of them are working in high intensity surgery departments (neuro, cardiothoracics) where people don’t even smile at them. Some haven’t even met their preceptor yet.

I feel so fortunate to have landed a position in pediatrics. Not only is my preceptor such a cool, happy dude (who keeps telling me to text him) but the other staff are always introducing themselves and smiling at me. They talk to me and ask me questions. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that they work with kids, so they’re just naturally friendly. Maybe its just a coincidence. Needless to say, I may not get to wear scrubs, I may have to dress up every day, but at least I get a wonder woman lanyard and a super happy environment.

The big S word

S-Sexuality!

Now, the tumblr-esque thing is to make any character from any fandom something on the homosexual spectrum. Dont get me wrong, I find nothing wrong with it, Imma big old gay. But honestly I dont think ALL the brothers are gay.

SIDE NOTE: IF YOUR SEXUALITY ISNT EXPRESSED HERE THAT DOESNT MEAN I DONT SUPPORT YOU. ALSO IM NOT AN SEXUALITY EXPERT AND STILL STRUGGLE WITH WHAT I WANT TO LABEL MYSELF SO I MIGHT TOTALLY EXPRESS SOMETHING ABOUT A SEXUALITY THAT IS INCORRECT THIS IS NOT PURPOSEFUL. YOU MAY ENLIGHTEN ME POLITELY IF THIS HAPPENS.

ahs’s politics are so freakin confused. i feel like it wants to satire the talking point about all immigrants being criminals, and satirizing the tendency to take one incident and blow it out of proportion, but the immigrants shown in the show…are…criminals. the workers beat a guy half to death and the guy in ivy’s restaurant threatens a guy with a knife??? but both times they were instigated by a guy being a racist dick at them??? but both times they respond with blatant violence??? both times, the immigrants were veeeery quick to violence.

so…the fuck is it trying to say? yeah, the racism is dickish, but the response being beatdowns and brandishing knives makes it seem like the bullshit talking point is totally true.

the hell are you trying to say, ahs?

Kilt cult things

@ckerouac There is going to be so much glorious angst this season. Jamie and Claire separated by time and THE FUCKING LONGING will be set to 11.

Also did you notice Black Jack (who is so not dead) passed out on top of Jamie and sort of cradled in his arms? Their almost deaths were so intimate and awful, like most of their experiences together.
