it would have been the bomb to have them both on the team though

in which jack and shitty accidentally date

based on a dream I had, I present: a short semi-fic about Jack and Shitty and their day-long, beautiful relationship.

Basically, this is what happens:

At a kegster during their freshmen year, in which Shitty is running around being the life of the party even though he’s a freshman, Jack is also in attendance– talking to Berger and Marsh in the kitchen. Jack is there, partly to keep an eye on Shitty, partly because he is surprised by how much he does like some of the guys on his team, mostly because they had won today and Jack is in quite a good mood. Not a good enough mood that he is going to risk going into the living room where music is blasting, but in a good enough mood that he is holding a solo cup of beer and chilling in the kitchen, chatting with Berger and Marsh. He is at ease as Jack ever is– laughing good naturedly as they tease both him and each other and of course, this is when the trouble starts.

The trouble is this: Marsh is drunk and excited that Jack has actually shown up to a Haus kegster and since Jack seems to be in a good mood, Marsh decides to take a risk and ask Jack a Question. More specifically, Marsh rams an friendly elbow into Jack’s ribs and goes:

“Yo, Zimmermann, you like anyone on campus yet?”

A few months prior, that question would have made Jack freeze up. But now, Jack smiles easily (because honestly, it is a rather respectful question– “like” instead of “fuck”; “anyone” instead of assuming “girl”) and he certainly doesn’t want to get into his romantic history or lack of crushes so he smiles, shrugs, and says

“Nah, love’s shitty,” It’s still friendly and he smiles and asks Berg about his crush that the whole team knows about and that should be that.

The problem, however, is that what Alex Berger and Carter Marsh heard was not “Nah, love’s shitty,” but “I’m in love with Shitty.”

Which, of course, is a much bigger deal.

Steph. There's a post going around arguing that our John doesn't love Sherlock but despises him (it's not an anti johnlock post tho) and it made me ridiculously sad. Can you give some examples of John loving Sherlock? :( It really bothered me

Yeah, Nonny, I saw that one too. While I can understand where the argument lies, Uhhhh I just don’t see it the way they do. I’ve written a similar meta before, but I never broke it down before. This isn’t all of them, just a short little list…for instance:

  • FIRST OF ALL: JOHN’S BLOG. If I didn’t know that it was official, I would have thought it was a fan-site. It’s terribly romantic and John essentially fawns over Sherlock in almost every entry. Read especially the entries done during the hiatus. They’re… just… JOHN, PLEASE.
  • Martin’s acting. Just, every time John is around Sherlock, his face does 300 different emotions, but the most blatant is lust / adoration / incredulity.
  • Anytime the show is in John’s POV, it’s just… Sherlock is this ethereal being that John “can look but not touch”.
  • THE FUCKING PILOT. Just… The whole Pilot. John is literally one step away from jumping Sherlock in a back alley. And the really gay rooftop music. Just. Listen to that and be amazed at how gay that is. That’s ALL from John’s POV. AND John had this look on his face:
  • ASIP:
    • John had a limp until Sherlock came into his life and gave it new meaning.
    • John has trust issues – Mycroft confirms this and says John doesn’t trust easily – yet for some reason he was okay with Sherlock. “And the madman himself? He’s fascinating.”
    • He hits on Sherlock the first night. Granted this isn’t a sign of love, but dear god John had no idea that one little thing and rejection would start his endless pining.
    • Laughing against the wall together, and in awe at Sherlock curing his limp.
    • The eye sex. Good god, the eye sex.
    • He stands up to Mycroft DEFENDING Sherlock and he has no idea who Mycroft is or what he’s capable of.
    • Even though he didn’t know Sherlock that long, he ran after Sherlock when the phone pinged.
    • He killed a man for Sherlock after knowing him for only about 24 hours, and had no guilt about it.
  • TBB
    • His PIN is “SHER”. Like at this point he’s only known Sherlock for a couple months and he already changed his PIN to “SHER”???? COME ON, JOHN, PLEASE.
    • He goes after Sherlock rather than protect Soo Lin, because he is worried Sherlock will hurt himself.
    • Spends his whole date with Sarah thinking about and talking to Sherlock. He constantly checks over his shoulder to see Sherlock’s reactions to literally everything.
    • And this was all after he just constantly lingers his gaze over Sherlock for the first half of the episode.
    • Eye sex.
  • TGG
    • He has incredible guilt about the blog post that causes the Yard to make fun of Sherlock.
    • “I thought you would have been flattered”. Literally John is hurt that Sherlock seemingly doesn’t like his blog. They had a fucking DOMESTIC because of a BLOG POST and John’s hurt feelings. Hashtag MARRIED.
    • John races back to Baker Street from Sarah’s AFTER SHE’S SUGGESTIVE WITH HIM just to make sure Sherlock is okay.
    • John’s jealousy towards Jim flirting with Sherlock.
    • *sighs* EYE SEX.
    • John was willing to kill The Golem for Sherlock.
    • John, strapped to a bomb vest, took an opening and grappled and held on tight to Moriarty, told Sherlock to run. Essentially, he was willing to sacrifice his body to a slurry of gunfire and an explosion if only Sherlock would be safe from Moriarty.
    • “People would talk.” Why does that concern you so much, John.
    • Then, John was willing to die with Sherlock, without hesitation. They shared one single look and it was done.
  • ASiB
    • John’s jealousy throughout the entire episode; he wouldn’t be jealous if there wasn’t some latent pining.
    • MORE eye sex and toffee eyes, or John looking like a kicked puppy for half the episode because he is sad that Irene seems to have taken his place.
    • John essentially gives up dating in this episode.
    • John goes on a case for Sherlock because Sherlock was too lazy to go on his own.
    • John checking out Sherlock in a sheet.
    • Followed by them being silly.
    • The unnecessary tackle.
    • John had a date the night that Irene drugged Sherlock, but John stayed home to take care of Sherlock instead. Oh and the bum pat. JOHN, PLEASE.
    • John’s concern about Sherlock’s danger night has him teaming up with both Mrs Hudson and Mycroft.
    • John decided to try to pick up Sherlock again, only to be cock-blocked by Irene.
    • Even though he was with Jeanette, John consistently pays more attention to Sherlock at Christmas, eventually driving Jeanette to call John out on his obsession with Sherlock, naming Sherlock as her “competition”.
    • Irene knows EXACTLY what John likes.
    • John confronts Irene and tells her to tell Sherlock she’s alive, because he hates seeing Sherlock upset; he thinks Sherlock was grieving about her, and not over his confused feelings John.
    • Irene essentially tells John HE LOVES SHERLOCK. She compares herself to him, AND JOHN DOESN’T DENY IT, but silently acknowledges that yes, he and Sherlock are a couple.
    • John wants to talk about what happened at Battersea, but Sherlock denies him because Sherlock’s scared of his own feelings and thinks he’s protecting John from Moriarty by keeping him at arm’s length.
    • John thinks Sherlock would be hurt to discover that Irene is for-real dead this time, so he chooses to lie, because John doesn’t want Sherlock to go into a sad fit again. John chose the “kinder” option, and then gives Sherlock what he wants when he asks for the phone even though it is not allowed.
  • THOB
    • John goes on a holiday with Sherlock. Just… they go on a holiday. There’s no argument about it, just… they go.
    • John doesn’t deny that he and Sherlock are together when the Innkeeper assumes they are together, rather he deflects, because it’s too close to the truth.
    • John pulls rank to show off to Sherlock for a change.
    • The cheekbones and the coat collar, essentially revealing that he stares at Sherlock all the time.
    • John forgives Sherlock for his brashness, experimentation, and ignorance of John.
  • TRF
    • Eye sex.
    • Another “people will talk” comment when they hold hands, and THEN John still holds onto Sherlock’s sleeve while Sherlock is babbling on.
    • John’s anger at both Kitty and Jim, defending Sherlock’s honour.
    • The rooftop exchange between the two and John’s unwavering faith in Sherlock (“I know you for real”).
    • John’s complete breakdown at seeing Sherlock dead.
    • The graveyard. Fuck.
  • MHR
  • TEH
    • John physically goes to Baker St. to “move on”. John couldn’t, in 2 years, bring himself to stay at Baker Street because it reminded him too much of Sherlock. Mrs Hudson calls him out on how he was “after” and John doesn’t say anything. Then he is angry about the comment that they were a couple because THEY WEREN’T. He blames himself for Sherlock’s death.
    • To “move on”, John jumps into a relationship to get over Sherlock believing that his miracle would never come, only to have Sherlock come back at the worst moment and Mary manipulate John into a proposal.
    • Donde Estas, Yolanda? This song pretty much is John’s heart speaking.Actually, most of the music selection is really very “John” and his inner turmoil of trying to understand if he should try to make a move on Sherlock. Music in Sherlock is always important; it’s always projecting the feelings of either John or Sherlock on a subtextual level.
    • More eye sex.
    • John returning to Baker Street on his own, before the bonfire, dressed in his old outfit… It’s the only time in the whole episode he dresses like “pre-S3” John"… And his oscillation on the pavement and all that.
    • And John’s RETURNS to 221b a second time. Because he can’t stay away.
    • I know it doesn’t look like it, but John forgave Sherlock.
    • “I was hooked. He’s like a drug.” JOHN, PLEASE.
    • #SherlockLives means #JohnWatsonLives. JOHN H. WATSON, PLEASE.
  • TSo3
    • SURPRISE! More eye sex and toffee eyes.
    • Stag night, pretty much all of it. It’s clear John is trying to loosen Sherlock up to make him more receptive to John’s advances. John tries to hit on Sherlock one more time before the marriage, but Sherlock was too drunk to understand what was happening. John assumes, with finality, that Sherlock doesn’t want him that way.
    • The obviously staged tumble forward to grab at Sherlock’s knee, followed by, “I don’t mind” and an indifferent shrug.
    • “I’m there if you want it.”
    • John’s first reaction to Sherlock’s adorable confusion after the best man speech was to hug Sherlock; he loves him so much that he is very moved by Sherlock’s admission to the whole of the room to how much John means to Sherlock. John even cried beforehand, and you can just SEE his FUCKING FACE glow every time he looks at Sherlock.
    • John ALSO grabs and holds Sherlock’s neck not once but twice in this episode.
    • John cluing in at the end of the episode that Sherlock does indeed feel something more for John when they share a look, and not being able to deal with his mistake, so he no-homo’d out of there because it hurt too much.
  • HLV
    • Only a month into their marriage, John is having wet dreams about Sherlock, and is visibly disappointed when Sherlock is not the one at the door.
    • John contacts Mycroft when Sherlock is overdosed.
    • Only to kick him out shortly after because he is upsetting Sherlock.
    • He tries to make Sherlock laugh and succeeds.
    • John’s jealousy once again, this time over Janine.
    • John’s longing looks to Sherlock.
    • John’s subtle “I want to come, too” when Sherlock mentions the case.
    • When John is searched at the flat, he makes a joke about his dick IN FRONT OF SHERLOCK to another man.
    • John’s immediate reaction to Sherlock being shot.
    • John’s off-screen acceptance to let Sherlock show him the truth about his murderer.
    • Mary knew that John loved Sherlock. It’s the whole reason she needed Sherlock gone, because John was starting to stray.
    • She didn’t want John to name the baby.
    • “John, you are addicted to a certain lifestyle. You’re abnormally attracted to dangerous situations and people.” [x]
    • Not really confirmed, but fandom assumes John left to stay at Baker Street during the 6 months we haven’t seen to care for Sherlock.
    • John’s acceptance at Sherlock’s plan for Appledore, even though it’s Christmas.
    • John not even flinching at the “damsel in distress” line.
    • John begrudgingly allowing himself to be flicked in the face just because Sherlock begged him to.
    • John’s horrified expression when Sherlock kills someone for him.
    • The Tarmac Scene, pretty much the whole thing. It’s set up like Casablanca’s plane scene, and John knows he has to let Sherlock go; he fumbles to find the right words to say to Sherlock. John, though, knew exactly what Sherlock was going to / wanted to say, and I think it hurts him that Sherlock never admitted his feelings.
  • TAB
    • Because this episode takes place entirely in Sherlock’s head, I don’t think we should really include it in this list, but I’m going to anyway, since Sherlock actually picked up on John’s love for him. He knows that John will accept him regardless of his faults if he confessed his love for him. I think this is why S4 doesn’t sit right with me, because it completely diverted from this HUGE revelation that Sherlock had made in TAB.
    • Sherlock understands that John will always choose him, in the end. Again, another thing that makes S4 so OOC.
    • Also something that should be noted, running on the assumption that the modern scenes may possibly be real, John is concerned about the overdose and the fact that it could kill Sherlock.
    • Mycroft’s plea to John signifies that Myc knows about how much John cares for Sherlock.

And these are a crapshoot, because the whole series did a 180˚ with the narrative and John’s character. I’m so angry because I don’t believe for one second John would choose Mary over Sherlock. Anyway, here goes:

Granted, it gets less and less obvious in S3 and S4; S3 because I believe that we are in Sherlock’s POV and he perceives his relationship with John differently, and in S4 because I believe that S4 is a false narrative and it literally took great pains to keep them separated for some stupid reason.

Finally, I’ve also written about why John loves Sherlock in past posts, because of similar discourse:

I hope all of these help you feel better, Nonny, and please, everyone, I most likely will have missed many-a-point, so please add to them – I study Sherlock’s character more than John’s, so I have a harder time seeing John’s cues!

anonymous asked:

Oh! If i can get kind of specific, and.. not andriel for once.. (clutches heart i love those boys though) would you be willing to do 34 with jerejean, as like, jeremy introducing jean to the rest of the team maybe?

34: “I’d like to apologize in advance for my crazy family”

He has these serious grey eyes, dull like pebbles blazed by heat. There’s the other stuff too, the broken hitch sideways of his nose, the spidering scars all over, like they’re coming straight from the hurt in his brain.

Jeremy sees them and tucks his burning questions away for later. There are more important things to notice. Like how Jean has a very pretty mouth, an overfull upper lip that makes him look like he’s perpetually pouting. It matches the frown line that cuts his brow in two.

He’s seen Jean before, for minutes at most, passing ships at Exy banquets, one intense first meeting when Jean was hastily smuggled onto the USC lineup and Jeremy was asked to do some reconnaissance and a cursory meet and greet.

He’d gone to see Jean, carrying a USC sweater he’d stolen from the bin of spares at the court as a peace offering. Jeremy hadn’t been prepared for the single saddest looking person he had ever seen, stripped of the bravado he’d worn at Riko’s side, cut off from some sort of threat but clearly not from the fear.

Jeremy had pressed the bundle of red and gold into Jean’s hands and Jean had suppressed a jump, worried his torn lip and accepted it gently, gently, as if Jeremy was handing him a bomb for disposal.

Jeremy was nervous, but he fought to scrape the waver from his voice. He’d ignored Jean’s fresh wounds, ignored the look on his face like he was going to get hit or lied to.

They’d spoken briefly about how they’d handle the media, about the superficial scheduling concerns but also the bone-deep concern for Jean’s life that hummed underneath, sickening and obvious. Jeremy was frighteningly aware of the game running adjacent to Exy, always, something deadly eating at their community. The way they were handling Jean’s transfer like it was an illegal exchange of goods, Neil and Kevin in the news with a new bandage every few months, Jean in front of him looking like someone’s make up practice for a horror movie. It was all unmistakable.

And those eyes. He’s worried they’re never going to have anything in them.

They’re on him now, unflinching, and Jean’s less of a twitchy raw wound then he had been that first time the two of them had spoken. Jeremy’s trying to keep his smile pinned up at both sides but he feels like one end keeps sagging. The airport is a streaky spill of reunions and rolled luggage and Jean hoists his single duffle bag and waits for Jeremy to move first.

“How was your flight?” Jeremy asks nervously, trying to steer them out towards the car without getting too close or asking too much.

“How are they usually?”

Jeremy shrugs, offset. “Uhh, I mean. Good or bad is usually the measure. No turbulence and free pudding versus babies and vomit.”

“I don’t like pudding,” Jean says, dead serious, and Jeremy smiles for real.

“Well I like babies, so. It was a flawed example.”

Suprise Part 3

Bucky x Reader

Warnings: mentions of blood, bombs, fluff

Word count: 3,756

Y/N = your name

E/C = eye color

Summary: Bucky finds out one of his old gal friends is in town and was invited to hang out. But reader has a bad history with her since she too loved Bucky so she wants to come along, but Bucky doesn’t think that it is a good idea. This leads to an argument that doesn’t end with tears of happiness.

Part one  Part two

Justice has been served to you on a silver platter. Bon Appetit!

“Bucky! Bucky wake up!” Steve couldn’t believe this. Bucky’s nightmares had come back, but they weren’t about him being back at Hydra headquarters…They were about Y/N. And it was always the same thing, Y/N walking out of the door, Bucky trying to stop her, but he can’t move. Or her coming back with his son or daughter and them resenting him for what he did to Y/N. Bucky said they would say things like, “Maybe if you hadn’t told mom you didn’t love her anymore you could’ve seen my first steps, or heard my first words” or “I got married Dad and you weren’t there to walk me down the aisle”.

These dreams were killing Bucky slowly, and all Steve could do was stand by and watch his best friend be consumed by his fears once again. Of course Steve had thought that his friend was stupid for leaving things the way he did, but he thought that they would work it out. Y/N has been gone for five months now, god knows where she is but Bucky has barely been able to sleep, eat, or even talk. He had been looking for Y/N every day, trying to figure out where she’d gone, to no avail. Steve would have to be the one to tell Bucky that it was time to call it quits, sometimes he couldn’t bring himself to do it. Steve also had to make sure that Bucky showered regularly, sometimes he would have to stay in the bathroom with him with his face to the door just to make sure Bucky was actually cleaning himself. The whole team (not including Wanda or Natasha since they’re still pissed at Bucky for what happened) has been trying to cheer him up, trying to get him back into missions with them, or even a simple movie night, but nothing worked.

Ok, I'm absolutely in love with your persuasion au. I didn't know how much I needed something like this until I read it. It's a treasure. Thank you SO MUCH for it! Can I ask you why do you ship rebelcaptain? as a deep question, I just want to read your thoughts about them 'cause you write so well

First, thank you for the compliment on my Persuasion AU! I’m glad you like it! And I’m going to get working on the next chapter of it now that I’ve written this 1,400+ word treatise I wrote on rebelcaptain because of your question lol.

Diego Luna and Felicity Jones have and had amazing chemistry as Jyn and Cassian. The eye contact, the lack of personal space, and the passion they conveyed as their characters with and without words was really impressive. Even when Jyn and Cassian were arguing and angry with one another, you got the sense that they fought as they did because the other person mattered. Their arguments are never about romance, but they were about the important basics of any relationship, romantic or platonic: truth, trust, faith, belief, and how you choose to act (or whether you choose to act at all).

But their chemistry isn’t just sexual or romantic. They also have chemistry as a battle duo. They work together well almost instantly. When she’s sporting for a fight on Jedha, he knows exactly when to pull her back. When a Partisan bomb is about to blow her to bits, he saves her—it’s not a question. On Scarif, they seem in sync the whole time from when she gives her speech to when they die together on the beach. They don’t question the other because there’s implicit trust and they seem to instinctively understand that what the other person is doing is the right or best way. They’re on the same page if you will.

Individually and Individuality

I love them as individual characters. They are my murder son and my murder daughter.
They both have defined and deep character arcs in the movie, and they grow because of it. They act as catalysts for the other for the change to come. They grow because they met each other, and they do so in the platonic sense.

Jyn’s forced herself into apathy because she’s been hurt, abandoned, and traumatized by “the cause” and the battle between the Rebels and the Empire. She lost both her parents. She was abandoned by her foster parent. She was stripped of anything that ever felt safe, that felt like home. The passion and fight intrinsic to her personality was temporarily snuffed out. She’s given so much but what has she gotten back but misery? She now only fights for herself. But meeting and knowing Cassian reawakens that passion and drive in her. The catalyst moment is when he gives her his trust on the U-wing to Jedha, and it builds from there. He pushes back against her resistance, and where others may have not cared enough to do that, he does, and that fight wakes her up again. Then he offers her a home and a family in him (and Kaytoo, Baze, Chirrut, and Bodhi). Thet cause, which has only taken from her, has given her something back. It has given her people she cares about and who care for her to fight for.

For Cassian, after 20 years of war, I think part of what traps him in this prison of his own making is that he feels like he’s fighting for abstractions now. He’s lost everything and everyone he cares about. There’s only the cause, and it’s made him do terrible things that have been cutting him into little pieces. But then he meets Jyn, and she’s not an abstraction. But it’s not love or love for her that acts as a catalyst for his change: it’s her inner fire. I think he sees in her what he used to see in himself. It reminds him of what he’s fighting for, in part, too, because he sees the tremendous losses she has also suffered at the hands of the fight. In her push to go to Scarif, she also gives him a specific way he can justify everything he has done as a soldier. And like it is for Jyn, I think Cassian finds himself now with people he cares for specifically, people for whom he fights (aka the found family he has personally collected over the course of a week).

Complementary Personalities

I like the idea of opposites attract, but I love more the idea of complementary personalities who share a lot of similarities. I think Jyn and Cassian fit this bill. They’re both orphaned child soldiers (essentially). They’re both passionate fighters. They are iron-willed, confident, resolute, and strong people. They’re different enough, though, that they can balance the other out.

They are complete people when they meet—there’s no need for one to “complete the other”; it’s rather like I argue above, that parts of them have gone dormant, and meeting each other brings them back to life; they fill in the cracks.
And they are equals. There’s no power differential. Sometimes he takes lead. Sometimes she does. They’re a team. It’s beautiful.

The intimacy between these two characters scrambles my brain, to be honest. The first time I saw the movie, it didn’t hit me until late (HI, ELEVATOR SCENE), but it hit me hard when it did. The intimacy in that elevator scene goddamit it—it made everything click for me. Not just the shipping but like, the wholeness of their character arcs. They are both initially cast as loners who guard themselves really closely from others—from affection, from attachment, from any ties to another living thing. But in that elevator scene, it’s all there flashing in their faces. For the first time, Jyn looks soft and lost as he stares at him in the darkened space, a whole future they won’t get to live flashing before her eyes. For him, he looks at her like she’s the only person in the galaxy that matters, and for him too, it’s colored by this sadness of what if. How long has it been since he’s been touched like this? When was the last time he had someone he could love before now?

With the idea of intimacy, too, I would argue that they both let their guard down around one another in a way they don’t with anyone else. Cassian is supposed to be this cool-headed, seasoned solider and spy, but he meets Jyn and is almost immediately running around, disobeying orders, screaming her name, saving her at all cost to his own life and to the cause. Maybe this is how he’s always felt about things, but he’s been able to push it all down before. He can’t with her. She’s triggered something in him that makes him feel. Jyn can also read him like no one else can. He’s an open book in her hands.

And for Jyn, because he’s shown her the first semblance of trust in years, the fact that he just refuses to ever leave her behind, opens her up. Even with Saw, she puts on this air of “don’t care” (“It’s not a problem if you don’t look up”). Again, the personal space issues! The touching and closeness (she touches his arm when they get the clearance to enter Scarif; she notes how he smells [of blaster oil and Eadu dirt]; elevator, beach, he’s the most beautiful person she’s ever seen etc etc.).

He makes her care about someone again because he cares for her. If you watch the scene on the beach when they hold hands—note how Jyn reaches for his hand first. But when she does, it’s tentative and unsure. He senses her hesitation and then he reaches out and takes it.
And the hug to end all hugs. I can’t even.

Unrealized potential

With most of what I ship, it’s usually the unrealized potential that sets my brain on fire. I love a good established couple (Baze and Chirrut) but because they seem to have had their happiness or their happy ending, it doesn’t tug at the heart strings as hard. I don’t actively ship because I don’t have to wonder. To quote one of my favorite shows, Veronica Mars:

Veronica: Come on. Ruined lives? Bloodshed? You really think a relationship should be that hard?

Logan: No one writes songs about the ones that come easy.

And I still contend that I’d ship them just as hard if they had survived and the ending of Rogue One hadn’t given us an explicitly romantic ending (kissing, declarations) because it would still be unrealized potential. Their deaths just make it more tragic and force more sad whale noises from my mouth.

Because I can't resist~ Holoform/Human for a day with S/O! How would the Cybertronians choose to spend it? Let's go with... Optimus, Smokescreen, Knockout, and for fun's sake three boots of your choosing. 😉

oo shit MMM GOOD STUFF. and for bots of my own choice, i dont really have any preferences atm so i went with arcee. hope that’s ok bb! <3

Optimus Prime

- He’d prefer to stay close to the base for whatever you do, so you guys probably end up taking a walk through Jasper. It’s not his fault; Optimus is the leader of his team. He’d want to know if something was wrong right away.

- Even so, you both do end up having a nice time. Sharing a few kisses, talking with each other like there’s not a war going on, and being an adorable couple old ladies get to gush about as you both walk by.

- Optimus is a gentleman; whether he be a 20ft tall bot, or a man your size. He’ll open doors for you, pull out your chair, whatever he can to make you feel as precious as you are to him.

- The day ends with a long session of cuddling.

- Be careful; he’s really excited to be your size, so expect to be picked up and hugged at random times. There’s also a lot more kissing involved than usual.

- You end up getting bridged to a park somewhere, and you both have one hell of a time. Chasing birds, acting like kids, cuddling in the grass; normal teenage couple shit.

- And if it’s possible, you also introduce him to ice cream. Poor fucker gets a brain freeze 8 seconds in.

- You and Smokey end up making out at least several times. He can’t really help himself; this is the first time you’ve been able to kiss without a massive size difference. Expect a few ass grabs here or there, too.

- Once you both get back, you’re equal amounts exhausted and relaxed; which is disturbing to the bots. They’ve never seen Smokescreen so relaxed.

- You end up falling asleep together. Miko takes hundreds of pictures.

- Get in baby, we’re going shopping.

- You end up taken to the biggest Mall you can manage to find, which ends up being one near a large city. It’s ginormous, flashy, and shiny; right up Knockout’s alley.

- You’re practically being dragged around as KO excitedly goes on about what he can’t wait to see, and make you try on. He gets quite a few varying stares as you trudge through, struggling to keep up with him as he practically speedwalks through the whole Mall.

- You end up being forced to try on several outfits. No matter what you say to him, Knockout refused to believe any of them weren’t perfect on you.

- All is not terrible, though, because you end up ending the day with gross amounts of affection.

- You’re so excited! Meanwhile, Arcee keeps tripping over the high-heels in her new form.

- She looks bomb-ass, of course; your girlfriend looks like she could kill a bitch in style. But she can barely find her balance as it is. She’s used to weighing a lot more than 190 pounds.

- Even so, Arcee is more than excited to spend a day with you. But if you had anything extravagant planned, sucks for you; she’d much rather just spend a day cuddling and watching the clouds with you. So, you(reluctantly)settle for a picnic in the middle of nowhere.

- You end up introducing Arcee to the magic that is your favorite dessert. The little look of awe on her face made your week.

- All-in-all, it’s pretty relaxing. You get to chill out with your girlfriend, kiss a few times, and spend time together. That’s all you could ever want in the middle of a war.

“Not Your Fault” Spencer Reid

“Why are you even pretending you’re okay when you’re clearly not?”

You just looked at Reid like he was crazy for even thinking of asking that. You were sitting next to each other on the jet, like you always did, but it was only because he had joined you and not because you followed your habit. You wanted to be alone, but Reid never let that happen, even when you begged him to.

“Why are you pushing this when you know I clearly don’t want to talk about it?” you bite back, not being able to contain the anger and irritation that was eating you away. Reid didn’t even flinch, he’d handled your aggressiveness too many times before to let it get to him.

“Not talking about it isn’t going to solve it.” he countered back, letting his words out as a whisper, seeing as everyone else was drifting off to sleep. Sleep was the last on your mind. “(Y/N), that wasn’t your fault. Even if you had gotten there sooner, you couldn’t have saved them. It was a bomb, come to think about it, you would have died if you entered the building. It wasn’t your fault.”

But it was — as least in your mind. 10 people had lost their lives because you didn’t get to the unsub sooner, that’s what you kept telling yourself. You knew how this would end, stuck at home with your head buried in your pillow, tears falling from your face and sobs shaking your body, unanswered phone calls and dismissed messages. That was the worst part of the job, the realisation that you could have been better and faster, thus keeping lives intact. But you hadn’t.

“Aren’t we supposed to protect people? One another?” you glanced at JJ whose leg had been injured due to the explosion. “If we can’t do that, why are we doing this in the first place?”

Reid took a deep breath and turned his body to yours. “I said the exact same thing to Hotch when I thought Emily died. I know how you’re feeling, like your best isn’t even near enough but trust me, it’s more than enough. You’re one of the most skilled agents, both on field and off, the team wouldn’t be the same without you. I certainly wouldn’t.”

He takes your hand and begins fumbling it with his own, his eyes looking down at the scene. You know he wants to say something, the way he frowns and looks down is his tell, you’ve seen it happen hundreds of times before. Silently encouraging him to continue, you squeeze his hands and give him a small smile.

“It makes me sad when you undermine yourself because you have so much potential, so much worth. You do it all the time, not just with work stuff but with how you see yourself. I wish you’d see what I see.”

Reid had a habit of doing this, being so sweet it took you by surprise. You weren’t used to being told such heartwarming words, never in a completely genuine and honest situation. So every time the genius would say certain things, it would make your heart flip in your chest, his words meaning a lot more than you would ever show.

“I’ve never met someone like you, in fact, I never imagined someone like you could exist. I am not a believer of perfection nor will I ever be, but I do believe that you’re the closest to it I’ll ever find. You’re special, (Y/N). One of a kind. Why do you fall into the false belief that you’re not?”

You shrugged, still holding on to the hand he had offered. “I’ve never really had anyone in my life who made me feel like I was enough, I guess. Even when I did my best, I was expected more of and it drove me crazy. Things like that stick with you, no matter how long it’s been. There’ll never be a time when I don’t punish myself for not being what others need me to be.”

“Well,” Reid starts, looking over your every feature. “I only need you to be yourself. That’s what any of us need from you, nothing else. Maybe that cupcake recipe, though.”

You join him in soft laughter. For a moment, you stare at him, not hesitating before putting your arms around him and hugging him. Something about being in his arms made every single worry leave your body, every bad memory abandon your mind, every insecurity meet its end. The embrace was long and serene, neither person in any hurry to let go. He breathed deeply, savoring the feeling of your tight embrace.

Your eyes were closed and you knew you had to let go, the length of the hug was creeping into awkward territory, not that either would mind. You regretfully slid your hands off his shoulders and they came to rest on his arms, but your face remained where it was — tucked away in Reid’s neck. He felt you release him, but your body remained where it was. Were you done? He slowly pulled his head back, to find out what exactly this was now.

You had never looked into each other’s eyes from such a close proximity before, your lips had never been just inches apart. You felt overwhelmed with the warmth that radiated off Reid’s body and the sweet scent of his cologne, the way his eyes cast down to your lips and how he licked his own, how-

“Oh just do it!” Morgan snorted as he looked up from his phone, taking his headphones out. You sprint apart, almost like the poles of two different magnets, your face almost as red as your sweater. You glare at him furiously and get back to a normal sitting position, not daring to look the other man in the eye, knowing he would be just as flustered.

Ignoring Morgan’s teasing, Reid went back to the book he was reading and you simply sat and thought about a million things all at once, like you had before. You’d probably discuss what almost happened the day after, but for now. For now Reid’s fingers brush against your own, slowly intertwining your hands so that Morgan wouldn’t notice. And it was perfect, absolutely perfect.

“So about that cupcake recipe…”

If Tony is willing to ignore Accord and go help Steve in Siberia since he realize he's wrong about the Accord, why does he leave all team cap in RAFT? Should he also go help to break them out? I mean half responsibility is because of him not willing to listen to Cap explanation before the airport flight began?

I would argue that Tony doesn’t realize he’s wrong about *the Accords* at all. Tony is shown to have approximately 3 major motivations in his support of the Accords, and the emphasis on which one is foregrounded shifts from act to act in the film, but they are all still operant throughout the entirety.

1) Tony sincerely believes that the Avengers need to accept some oversight, though it sounds like he also thinks that the Accords can be tweaked and amended to make the process tenable, as is common in UN documents. Tony’s major character arc has always been about accountability and it’s clear that they wanted to remind us of that with the callback to IM1 and the fact that Tony is canonically willing to lose a great deal in order to take responsibility for his mistakes and the costs they incur to others. “If we can’t accept limitations, we’re no better than the bad guys” is not lip service. The Avengers have been operating above the law, and he’s recognizing that that’s a problem.

Tony realizes that Bucky isn’t guilty of the UN bombing in Vienna and that Ross, who for whatever reason, despite being the US Secretary of Defense and not a UN official, seems to be riding herd on him/them, doesn’t care and is trigger happy, willing to kill not only Bucky but also Steve, and he doesn’t want that, which was made clear in the scene before he and Nat get reinforcements (sigh why Spider-Man, Marvel, no really). I’d argue that a good deal of Tony’s willingness to break the rules so quickly when he goes after Steve and Bucky is the direct result of Ross’s bad faith and disregard for actual facts in his trigger-happy pursuit. And Tony likely knows enough about Ross’s history with the Supersoldier research to know that Ross likely has multiple agendas in play.

He also didn’t know that arrest meant the Raft, as he tells Clint, (which is part of the fun of everyone acting like Tony orchestrated the arrest or built the raft, but lol what is logic in the face of character-bashing) and doesn’t like that, but we also have lots of implicit visual evidence that Ross *had* threatened him before the chat with the Avengers about the Accords with the other, less ‘reasonable’ options that were on the table, which is very clear when you watch his body language and the meaningful looks Ross gives Tony during that presentation. This is probably a good deal of what Natasha is responding to when she talks about ‘reading the terrain;’ not just the international politics, but the tensions and unspoken communication flying all over that the room.

2) Guilt and remorse over both his own failures in particular and the costs of the team’s work in general because of Charlie Spenser’s mom and residual guilt, grief, and survivor guilt from his earlier movies, particularly IM 1 “I shouldn’t even be alive unless it was for a reason.” Whereas Steve avoids contact with the people asking for accountability and dismisses the televised criticism, turning it off, Tony is the person people confront, and he’s the only person who is confronted with visceral grief from people who’ve lived with the collateral damage.

On a side note, I still can’t believe that I have read with my own two eyes meta explaining how Tony’s refusal to accept civilian casualties as a result of Avengers missions as just one of those things we have to expect as both pathological and as evidence that he will never ‘really’ be an Avenger and shouldn’t be because what you really need to be on that team is a tough skin regarding the deaths of the people you’re trying to protect, which is framed as a military mindset, because now apparently acceptable superheroes need to be military. I mean, they’re not supposed to have a hierarchy unless it ends at godking Steve, behind whose infallible morality everyone must fall in line or be thrown out because that’s apparently how teamwork works now, but hey. I don’t know about you, but complacency in the face of civilian casualties is not particularly an attribute I want to see in my superpowered mercenary force.

3) Fear-This becomes more and more prominent as the film progresses-fear that the team will be disbanded or worse-we still don’t know what Ross had on the table that was worse than just disbanding the team, but he said this was the middle ground. Tony says repeatedly that there’s worse, though he never says what. So he’s clearly worried about the team falling apart, then afraid for Steve’s life when Ross makes it clear he’s willing to kill him if necessary.

I’d argue that he’s also afraid of the greater consequences of disbanding the team. I know we all like to pretend that AoU was a really distasteful fever dream, but again, endgame is the return of the Chitauri and/or Thanos (he doesn’t know about Thanos obvs, but it’s clear he fears a return invasion), and the Avengers are the only defense, and he is literally the only member of the team who seems to gaf about it, but at least there *is* a team. Without the Avengers, even that flimsy defense is toast. Tony Stark’s canonical deepest worst fear is that when the invasion comes, his team will die because he didn’t do enough to prepare or to defend them, and he’s watching the team disintegrate and be threatened with death. That’s a fear with layers–for individuals, the team, the world. The Accords offer potential for the team to survive in the face of the world reasonably saying ‘hold up; this unprecedented and unsupervised military force is intolerable.’

So now that the shaky premise that Tony believes the Accords are wrong is out of the way, let’s talk about your other claims:

A) It’s half Tony’s fault TeamCap ends up in the Raft because Tony doesn’t listen to Steve showing up and, after not listening or compromising at all, he says one sentence (paraphrasing bc I don’t have it memorized) Not gonna go back even though you just said you are trying to take us in before the people with shoot to kill orders do in 12 hours, because there are 5 more Winter Soldiers and we have to get to them before Zemo. I’d argue that not listening went both ways in that scene, but hey, okay, I’ll play. Should Tony have stopped and said hold up, what, please explain why you appear to be fleeing the country with a known fugitive after killing and injuring a ton of people when we were at the last opportunities to salvage anything of the very concept of the Avengers? Okay, sure. Could Steve have tried harder? Could any other member of TeamCap have tried to explain? Yuuuup. Did they? Nope.

This is after Sam and Steve flat out gave up on Tony helping or compromising because of his cardinal sin of disagreeing with Steve AND YET constantly trying to help and mitigate the effects of their choices the entire film while they sulk that their actions have consequences they were warned of before they tried them. So if you want to call it half Tony’s fault, I’m guessing you mean the other half is Cap. What about the agency of the people who made the choice to break the law? I mean, really? There are more than two people there? So half? No. I’m pretty sure they had agency, made choices, knew there were consequences, aaaaaand he spent the whole movie warning them that they no longer lived in a world without rules or accountability, and oh HEEEEEEY check out consequences. Adult rules suck.

So for Part B) shouldn’t Tony have helped break the team out of the Raft?

What makes this different and their trip to the Raft different than the decision-making for Tony to sneak after Steve is fairly clear-Ross broke faith, broke the law, and Tony then, in response, snuck around the Accords to try to help Steve and Bucky with their mission, and to go after the real villain bc Ross is demonstrably uninterested. The Avengers end up in the Raft, and it’s not like Tony doesn’t seem unhappy about that, because they made a choice to break a law they knew existed and did it anyhow and the result was a HUGE amount of mayhem and destruction and the only reason there weren’t civilian casualties is because Tony had the airport evacuated first. If we think about Tony’s motivations, the difference between when he’s willing to break the law and when he’s not is pretty obvious. The first example has to do with Ross, not the UN, subverting proper law because he’s a bully and blowhard, and maybe bc he has other agendas. But the reason the Avengers are in the raft is because they broke the law, and knew it, and the Accords are about demonstrating that no one, even, or ESPECIALLY those with this unprecedented power, is above the law. Breaking them out like this … demonstrates the opposite, and that’s part of why I’m so unhappy with Steve’s characterization in this film.

Add to that a few issues: Is Tony even allowed back there again? Last time he went, he messed with the audio and Ross knows it. Tony even knew they’d figure that out. Not only that, when Steve does get them out, because again, the Avengers in his book are above the law–what a turnaround from CA:TFA where Steve breaks regulations to run out and rescue Bucky and the others, but turns himself in after because he realizes that he may have had to do what he did but that he wasn’t above the law and that actions have consequences even when your intent is good. Steve now? Not so much.

Whoops, digression.

But what does/would it say to the world when he does believe in limitations, should he break the Avengers out? It again confirms the public’s sense that the Avengers don’t feel accountable to the rest of the world. DESPITE THAT, Tony’s willing to stymie Ross at the end, and you can bet he’s being called a) because Ross suspects his involvement and b) because Ross wants his help getting them back. Tony’s decision to put Ross on hold is played for laughs, but it demonstrates loyalties the team frankly, doesn’t reciprocate, and Tony’s totally been left holding the bag-in terms of answering for the Avengers, in terms of being suspected as complicit in their escape, in terms of being the Avengers with Vision if they decide to do so, and worst of all, in the face of the coming invasion he expects. And he still does it. So no, he doesn’t break them out. He’s not an anarchic child, and he actually believes what he argues, AND it also makes the most political and pragmatic sense. His behavior makes perfect sense in that context.

I also find it faaaaaaaaaascinating that Tony is expected to demonstrate loyalty towards team members who never once show it towards him here, but somehow even though he is explicitly motivated by that loyalty at many points in this film, even if he is not at all blameless (I’m not a fan of his failure to tell Wanda that she was on house arrest or WHY, or that he doesn’t lay out to the team whatever Ross told him), somehow, it’s all on him. Let’s not pretend that there isn’t a clear double standard at play here.

LOOONG ANSWER, but I hope that makes sense.

Have some butch Pharah I clearly never fucking wrote ever

She is hot beneath her. Her breath is heavy in her ear, breathless pleas gasped as nails rake down her back. Hands that had sworn not to do harm leave their mark in stinging lines, strong legs clutching her hips close.

Fareeha might have taken notice of the way the strapon’s straps chafed her skin if she wasn’t preoccupied with the way Angela’s voice kept saying her name, or the way tiny puffs of air escaped her every time she thrust against her. One hand is tangled in long, golden hair, while the other is clenched around a broad hip, her nose buried into the crook of Angela’s neck. She can taste the salt of the medic’s sweat - it is a bitter desire against her tongue as she sinks her teeth roughly into pale skin. Angela cries her name to the ceiling.

Arrow Fic: It’s the Side Effects That Save Us

Post-5x20, my attempt to sort through that wholly unsatisfying final Olicity scene.

“The last time they sat in a hospital room together, his eyes were sparkling like his mother’s ring and he was trying to cheer her up with promises she thinks they both knew, even then, that he wouldn’t be able to keep.”

Title from “Graceless” by The National.

It’s the Side Effects That Save Us (AO3)

It says something about them, that he only apologizes when he thinks it might be the end, and she only does it when it’s time to begin again.

Felicity walks into Oliver’s room at the ARGUS facility on legs that still feel like pins and needles. But they’re working, well enough to be there when he asks for her, and that’s what’s important right now. Of course, it’s the first thing he points out, and she can’t help but remember the last time, how she stood again in front of him, how she walked, and how it led them to this moment.

The Great Bathroom Competition

@stephanniesissues requested Uni!lock, some kind of competition!

What’s more petty than a bathroom race, tbh.

Molly looked at the clock on the wall, shower caddy in her arms.

“Honestly,” her roommate, Mary Morstan, sat on her side of the dorm room. “Why on earth you two can’t just work this out-“

“It’s the principle of it,” Molly sniffed, keeping an eye on the time. “Mr-High-and-Mighty Holmes thinks that just because he’s so bloody clever and good-looking he can just commandeer the bathroom whenever he wants, and use up all the hot water!”

“So what’ll it be this time?” Mary asked with a tired grin. She wished both Sherlock and Molly would get off their soapboxes and just snog already. Meantime, their competition to see who could get to the bathroom first, was genuinely an amusing one. Everything from soaped up doorways to full on sprints across the campus to the big shared house on Baker Street they all crowded into.

The alarm on Molly’s phone went off and she got up, quite calmly.

“See you in a few hours then,” she waved.

“Hours?” Mary wondered aloud. “Oh, yes,” she nodded, remembering Molly had stopped by a beauty shop to pick up a few things for the bathroom. “That’ll prove interesting.”

Molly strolled into the vacant bathroom, shut the door and set her things down. She’d set her alarm for a good forty-five minutes ahead of when Sherlock came bolting up the stairs.

At first, this whole thing started because he’d shoved ahead of her one night, jumping into the shower first. Not one to let her precious time in the bath to be pushed aside, she beat him the next night and took a lovely bath. The following night, Sherlock was ahead of her by twenty minutes. In the weeks that followed, various means to delay the other were used to keep them from getting to the bathroom first. Molly did admit the race across London just to get into the shower first was a bit ridiculous, though to be fair, Sherlock should have known she’d beat him. She was on her school’s track team for most of her teens. Naturally, he retaliated by soaping her doorway up so she’d slipped and nearly knocked her head. It was funny, if she was honest, but Mrs. Hudson, the landlord, who happened to live downstairs, told Sherlock that if he ever did such a thing again, she’d raise his rent, and his only.

So the pranks had subsided, for now. Last night, however, just as Molly had finished running a lovely bath, Sherlock pushed in, and started undressing and climbed in, not at all bothered by her shock. He thanked her for the bath and invited her to join him. The cheeky git! She’d been so furious, she marched right out.

It was quite fortuitous she’d overheard him telling their other flatmate, John Watson, that he’d be home early, ‘to beat Hooper to the bathroom’.

By now, the tub was full, so she swiftly undressed, dropping in her favorite bath bomb.

Just as she was sinking down into the warm water, there was a knock on the door.

“Occupied,” she called.

“I know,” was the muffled response on the other side of the door. “Can I come in?”

“No!” Molly replied. “You’ll just have to wait your turn, Sherlock.”

“I need to use the sink.”

“The sink?” Molly asked, frowning.

“Yes, I’ve got a bloody nose.”

Sighing, she rolled her eyes. Slouching down in the tub, she tugged the shower curtain closer to her, hiding all but her head (he might’ve been pretending after all, she’d want to see if he was actually bleeding). “All right, I’m decent…well, sort of. Anyway the door’s unlocked.”

The door opened and closed, keeping the heat in. “Thanks, sorry,” he was red in the face, blood indeed, streaming down his face.
“Oh my God! You broke your nose!” she nearly launched herself out of the tub, remembering just in time her state of undress. She shoved the shower curtain back so she could see better. “First aid kit under the sink, I just restocked in, there should be those things for broken noses just behind them.”

“John already set it,” he said, rummaging through the cabinet.

“Good.” She looked at her feet, poking out of the bubbles and wriggled her toes. “So…what happened?”

“Someone said something rather crass, and I corrected him,” Sherlock responded tightly, carefully washing off his face.

“Oh.” Silence again. “And they hit you?”

“No, they said something else and then I hit them. They hit me back, but I managed to get him off me long enough for campus police to step in.”

“Did you get into trouble?”

“No, on account of I was stepping in for-“ he glanced quickly at her. “Anyway they let me off with a warning this time.”

“What was said?” Molly wanted to know. “Was it about your brother?”

“It was Jim, and he’d been saying some rather nasty things about you, if you must know, and I didn’t like it!”

Molly leaned back, somewhat surprised.

Looking embarrassed and shy suddenly, he shifted from foot to foot. “Will you hand me a clean flannel, please?”

She reached out of the bath, leaning over the side to the storage basket kept beside it, selecting a soft cloth and held it out to him. He took it, then sat down on the closed toilet opposite her.

“Thanks,” she said, just as he opened his mouth. “For defending me.”

He quirked a smile at her, and Molly felt as if she’d earned some tremendous honor, seeing him so nervous and pleased, and genuinely happy at her words. “I will always defend you, Molly Hooper. You’re quite singular.”

“Thank you,” she answered.

“You know why I started this whole…” he gestured between them and then to the room. “Ridiculous competition?”

She shook her head, grinning.

“I didn’t know how else to talk to you,” he fiddled with the cloth in his hands. “And as time went on, I liked riling you up, seeing how you tried to best me.”

“I did quite a bit, if you recall,” she said, cheeks rosy, laughing.

“You did.”

“Did you mean it then?” she asked after a beat. “Last night, when you said to just get in the tub with you?”

Suddenly quite red, he looked anywhere but at her. “Well I- I didn’t-“ once glance and he stilled. “Yes.”

Reaching for him, she kissed his cheek gently. “Maybe I’ll return the favor to you someday soon,” she smiled. “But not before you’ve bought me dinner.”

Immediately, he stood, heading for the door.

“Where are you going?” she asked, surprised.

“To fetch us dinner,” he said over his shoulder. “Fish and chips all right? I know a man who owns a chippie, gives me extras.”

“Did you get him off a murder charge?” she called after him.

He poked his head back in. “No. I helped him assemble some shelves.” With that, he gave her a sly wink, then shut the door behind him. “Back in ten, don’t let the water get cold!”

“And don’t you forget it!” he called up.

Ship manifesto: FlintVane

So while I totally get why Silverflint and Flinthamilton are fandom’s bright, shiny OTPs, could we possibly spend a minute contemplating the possibilities and the potential of Flintvane?

Because come on, there is nothing as glorious for non-canon pairings as the famous enemies to lovers trope, and there’s such a wonderful journey for Flint and Vane at the end of which … lies tragedy, but nothing that a bit of fanfiction couldn’t easily fix so it’s all bliss and rum and sodomy high seas piracy.

Of course, the first episode of meaning is 1.03, the one where Flint and Vane try to hash out a deal through their quartermasters, and it’s Flint who behaves like a disgruntled cat, ready to be at everyone’s throat, while Vane is sitting there calmly and you can just feel the mutual loathing, the air is thick with it. The scene, in itself, is hilarious, especially with Vane and Flint sitting both with their back to the wall, in a position where they can watch each other, while Eleanor and Gates and Jack make the deal, determined not to let these two idiots ruin their fun.

Things then escalate right up to 2.05, with Flint bombing the fort and Vane attacking him right after Miranda has left. The important question for everyone involved: did Vane hear them arguing, sneaking up on Flint?

And, well, the fight, with both of them on equal footing - rolling on the floor in a way that is … suggestive at times - and I think it was one of the homophobes in a comment section who wrote in reaction to the Flint/Hamilton reveal, “What’s going to be next, Flint making out with Vane???!!!” to which the only possible reply can be yes, please

Come on, that fight was hot as fuck, and it took Eleanor and her musket to make them stop. And then, with Vane still completely pissed off, Flint pushed the chair out for him with his foot, and told him to sit, as if they hadn’t been trying to kill each other only seconds ago.

I can’t with these two.

Sadly, making out doesn’t happen in 2.06, but the next time Flint and Vane see each other, it’s when Vane walks up to the gallows in Charles Town in 2.10 with a girl’s diary in his hands to declare that he’s there to deliver testimony on behalf of Captain Flint.

I will always, forever, be completely pissed at the writers that we did not get to see Flint’s initial reaction shot.

Because for everything he knew, Vane was in Nassau, either dead or fighting for his captaincy.

I would give my right arm for a chance to see the expression on Flint’s face, that moment of, WHAT THE EVERLOVING FUCK.

But I disgress. Of course, this is the episode that is every fangirl’s wet dream because holy fucking shit, Vane delivers himself into captivity to free his arch enemy. Because it’s bad publicity if Captain Flint gets hanged in Charles Town.

Sure, Charles. Sure.

Flint and Vane sit next to each other, in chains, and Flint asks him what the fuck he’s doing there, and then shit goes down and they join forces to escape, running toward the harbor and killing everyone in their way like the absolute dream team they are, seriously, they don’t even have to think about it, they’re just dancing the dance as if they’ve never not fought side by side.

And once they’re back on board of their fucking warship, Flint tells Billy that he won’t keep Vane’s men prisoner, no matter what they’ve done, and turns to Vane to tell him to keep his men in line. Vane gives him that nod, and at that point, it doesn’t matter one bit that they’ve spent the last couple of years at each other’s throats and that Flint bombed the shit out of that fort and that Vane tried to kill him, they are fucking brothers now.

A couple of episodes later, we’re dealing with Nassau and the new governor, who wants Vane’s head, and Vane, who has been so determined to keep his promises, wavers, and finally goes with Blackbeard, after facing the fact that he isn’t Flint and his military and tactical skills are sadly lacking. So he goes, but only because he has no other choice.

And then.

And then, in 3.05, after having convinced the maroon queen that they are totally allies now, when Silver asks him what’s next on the agenda, Flint says, “Now we martial all resources we can, as many ships as we can muster and allies to sail them, men resolved to defy the pardon and ready to join a war. Now we go and find Charles Vane.”

Now we go and ….

Are you fucking kidding me.

Next stop is  3.06, which is … not even a wet dream, more like the culmination of several wet dreams, because Flint is preparing to fight Blackbeard, and Vane, who has just publicly spurned him, is having second thoughts, very, very serious second thoughts, because his tiny ginger pirate boyfriend Flint has gone through starvation and imprisonment and doesn’t stand a chance against big, bad pirate daddy Edward Teach.

And can we just spend a moment to acknowledge the fact that Flint and Teach are basically dueling for the throne of the pirate kingdom and the hand of the princess, which would be … Charles Vane.

So they fight, and poor Flint is totally losing. Blackbeard peprares to kill him, and Charles fucking Vane blocks his blow and then launches a furious series of attacks to drive Teach away from Flint, until he’s made his intentions clear, perfectly clear, crystal clear, so that Teach, with an expression of sheer heartbreak, walks up to Flint and tells him, “Take him, and get the fuck off my beach.”

I mean.

I mean, come on.

There is only so much a little shipper heart can take.

So Flint has lost the kingdom, but he gets his true love Charles Vane, who, having second thoughts again, asks him if he’ll be enough, or if Flint was only in it for the shiny, precious pirate fleet.

And Flint, not really able to lie, tells him “It would have helped having the fleet”, which implies that having the fleet would have been nice, but it’s not actually the fleet that he came for, but Charles. Because, you know, Charles is clearly the must-have

Can we also spend a moment honoring the writers, who could have made Teach say, “Get him out of my eyes,” or, “Get the fuck off my beach”, or “Take him the fuck off my beach”, or basically any variation of that, but what they wrote was:

Take him, and get the fuck off my beach.

Clearly, these are two separate orders, and it’s my personal headcanon that Flint followed both of them to the best of his abilities, though I’d like to think that he saved the first part for the privacy of his cabin, but whatever.

So, after that, we have Charles basically trying to earn his paycheck by being all helpful and rebellious, and we get the scene of 3.08, right in the beginning, where he and Flint (and Anne) are in Miranda’s house. Like the jealous boyfriend he is, Vane goes to make fun of Miranda’s cembalo and her porcelain and her books, but stops it after Flint asks him to, and then basically states that he has no appreciation for domesticity, and doesn’t get why a man would care for that kind of stuff (careful, Vane, your sexism is showing).

Unfortunately, 3.08 also leads to the carriage fight, where Flint escapes with the cache and Vane remains behind to fight Rogers.

And then, at the beach, we have Flint standing there and asking where Vane is, and when he hears that Vane has been caught, he makes ready to get on horseback and ride straight back to Nassau, because, you know. It’s bad publicity if Charles Vane is executed by the new governor.

Sure, Flint. Sure.

Except - and here’s where a fangirl’s dreams come to a sudden and devastating end - Billy and Jack and Anne tell him that there’s a war waiting for him, and Charles wouldn’t want him to go back and endanger the cause, and Flint is the only one who can fight that battle that they know is coming, and Flint, very reluctantly, agrees to take the cache and leave Vane’s rescue up to Billy.

Yeah, well.

Sadly, we’re also never given Flint’s reaction to Charles’ death, and for season four, Flint is much too preoccupied with all his other boyfriends the war to waste a lot of thought on Vane, but well, I personally like to think that during the last moments in Skeleton Island, when he talked about stories and that they would have been for nothing - that he thought of himself, but also of Vane and Teach and Eleanor, and that when he spoke of that chest, he also had in mind what Jack had said to him, about what that cache meant, that there was a lot more in it than just gems.

Because, you know, the greatest treasure are the friendships we formed along the way. Or something.

After all of that, I would just like to add that FlintVane is beauty and grace and it shall never be forgotten.

(Also, Charles Vane would never have sold Captain Flint into a prison camp in Savannah. Just saying.)

Finally.  My entry for Hannah’s Criminal Minds Classic Quote Challenge.  My quote is:  “I’ve got a Glock leveled at your crotch.  What’s to stop me from taking you and the little ones out right now?”  I’ve been sitting on this for a while and trying to think of the perfect way to incorporate this quote, possibly said by the reader, but it just didn’t feel right giving it to anyone else because it is such an Emily Prentiss thing to say honestly.  So here you go, my entry for Hannah’s challenge!  Enjoy!

A special shout out to @bitnotgood1895, Izzy, for taking the time to look this over for me!

Flood warning.  This is so damn long.

Q: Who is the first one to balk in a haunted house?

Kyoutani. He was alright at first, especially with Kamasaki and Tanaka laughing their heads off at the cheap horror displays. Lev was too busy whining at Kenma, who wanted to get through it as quickly as possible and just go home. Watari was preoccupied with both herding everyone, and trying to convince Kenma to slow down. The reason Kyoutani nearly had a heart attack is because Terushima had gotten it into his big head that he needed to give everybody a real scare, so at one point he had grabbed Kyoutani and screamed bloody murder. Kyoutani had whirled around, punched Terushima right in the nose, and fled the other way.

Terushima still thinks it had been worth it.

Q: Who’s the responsible one?

Kamasaki. He’s the only one with the muscles on both Tanaka and Kyoutani, the authority over Lev and Watari, the jealousy of Terushima, and the passionate and supreme willpower over Kenma.

Q: Who swears the most?

Kenma. Kamasaki and Tanaka like to keep it PG-13 because they don’t want Lev to get any more ideas about intimidation tactics with that height of his. Watari isn’t really the type. Terushima has never really been in the position to swear. He’s always a little too joyous, scheming something, or just plain too busy having fun to do so. Kyoutani does swear quite a lot, but a)he listens to Tanaka and Kamasaki when they tell him not to, and b)really doesn’t have much of a variety of swears outside the f-bomb and variations of the word ‘asshole’.

Kenma has by far the longest standing swear count among them. It stems from the fact most of his teammates are volleyball freakazoids who really love playing volleyball. The coach is never one to condemn extra practice, so when there is call for more practice — and there most certainly always is — there’s extra practice for all of them. Watari still has nightmares about that one time Kenma let out a string of curses so atrocious even a sailor would blush.

Q: Who is the biggest prankster?

Definitely Terushima. He has a record to see who has fallen for the most pranks. Kyoutani and Kamasaki are in the lead, followed rather closely by Lev. Watari has fallen for them more than Tanaka has, and Terushima has only ever gotten Kenma strung along by one. He’d pretended to cry over a girl who had dumped him, and Kozume Kenma’s floundered face as he had tried and failed to give Terushima reassuring words had been absolutely priceless. Though now Terushima is thoroughly terrified of Kenma’s revenge scheme.

(For the record, Kenma’s revenge scheme is watching Terushima squirm around waiting for whatever he thinks Kenma’s revenge is. It’s quite rewarding.)

Q: Who gives the best advice?

Tanaka. He’s the only one who can truly differentiate between real time and play time. He has a strange understanding of most issues that proves really useful at times. Kenma is more of a listener. Watari has the tendency to sympathize and isn’t great with actually giving tips. Kyoutani tries to listen, but isn’t really good with things he can’t deal with directly with his fists. Lev is hopeless. Terushima doesn’t like when things get serious and tends to leave the advice-giving to other people. Kamasaki isn’t that better than Kyoutani, but he does have his moments of wisdom. There will always be someone who can help if the problem is specific, but Tanaka is the only one who can give good advice to anything.

Genji and Mercy celebrating their anniversary during her pregnancy

Ahhh it’s been a while since I’ve done a pregnancy prompt! Sorry for those of you kept in suspense!

…flashbacks are a cool and hip way of opening a ficlet, right?

…whoops this one’s 80% flashbacks.

Mercy’s grip on her caduceus staff tightened. “Are they still there?” she asked. She moved to look, but Genji put a hand on her shoulder to stop her. He peeked out from behind the wall they were both hiding behind, then instantly drew back as a section of the cement shattered right where his head had peeked out with sniper fire.

“Yes,” said Genji, trying not to think of what could have just happened.

“Ziegler, where are you?” Jack barked over the comm, “I’m down to my last biotic canister! We need a medic!”

“The sniper still has us pinned down,” said Mercy, bringing a hand to her ear, “Believe me Jack, I’d get to you if I could but—”

Mercy was cut off by the sound of gunfire on the other side of the comm. Her eyes widened and her hand went over her mouth.

“They need you,” said Genji.

“Well I won’t be much good to them shot,” said Mercy, watching the red dot of the sniper’s sight trail on a section of exposed wall.

Genji paused. “I can give you an opening,” he said.

What?” said Mercy, “No–out of the question.”

I asked you guys to wait until Monday for my 4x11 Speculation, because I needed time to watch the other 11s, well I’ve finally done that and can now provide you with my spec!

Unlike the 10s there aren’t really a lot of really obvious consistent themes across these episodes, but, watching them the way I did, back to back, I was able to piece together a certain…trajectory for several characters, namely, Jasper, Monty, Raven, Clarke and Bellamy. I’m going to break this speculation into segments by character, with speculations bolded and italicized, here goes:

I suspect that radiation poisoning is going to begin to make an appearance at Arkadia and I think that this will cause Jasper to have a change of heart (at least in regards to the lives of others). In both 2x11 and 3x11 the focus of Jasper’s story line is his inability to save his friends from harm. See the following exchanges:

2x11 (Coup de Grace):

Jasper: “All right. Listen up. There’s gonna be questions, but there’s no time. We’re getting out of here. So pack your stuff.”

Fox: “What are you talking about?”

Miller: “What, they’re just letting us go?”

Jasper: “Yes, right now before they change their minds”

3x11 (Nevermore):

Clarke: “I had to save our people.”

Jasper:  “I was going to save everyone.”

Clarke: “I wish you could’ve.”

Jasper: “Shove your regret up your ass.”

Raven: “Let’s protect Jasper. Jasper’s so sensitive. Jasper’s lost someone. Everyone cater to his feelings. We’ve all lost someone. You don’t see us falling apart. You don’t see us getting wasted, being useless…”

Jasper: “No. You took a pill to take your pain away. You gave up your memories.”

Raven: “But then why should we expect anything more? You used to get high off people’s medicine. Being a selfish loser was your only move.”

Jasper: “Please stop.”

Raven: “That’s all we see when we look at you… a coward, a waste of breath. Why do you even bother living? You’re weak, pathetic. You can’t save me. You can’t even save yourself. You couldn’t save what’s her name.”

In all of these instances, Jasper inability to save the people he cares for is front and center. All Jasper has wanted to be since 1x01 was a hero and so far he hasn’t been able to reach that goal.

As it is likely this is the episode that Jasper dies in, I suspect that we will see him sacrifice himself to save the people stuck at Arkadia and finally Jasper will have been able to save everyone, just as he’s been trying to do for 2 Seasons now, probably by getting the others out of Arkadia.

In Episode 1x11, Monty has discovered that the Navigation System on the Exodus ship was tampered with by an unknown signal. He wants to figure out what’s happening with the signal, but Raven decides that they need the parts more than they need to figure out what happened. Raven also disconnects the radio that they were using to communicate with the Ark, even though Monty asks her not to, as it’s the only way they have to communicate with the Ark and his parents.  At the end of this episode Monty is captured by the Mountain Men.

In Episode 2x11, Monty does not have a huge role as he spends most of the episode trapped in a cage, watching Harper be bled, before he is ultimately rescued by Jasper and President Wallace.

In Episode 3x11, Monty is integral to the plot of saving Raven, it is his idea to go to the Dropship and retrieve a pulse generator to help finish Raven’s EMP design. He takes Octavia with him and uses this opportunity to try to convince her to stay with the Delinquents. After retrieving the pulse generator, Monty walks outside to discover Octavia has disappeared and his mother has arrived. He realizes that she is chipped and is forced to shoot her when she almost kills Octavia. He realizes, after Raven is successfully revived that he could have saved his mother.

Monty’s story line for the 11′s seems to follow a relatively stable path. In each 11 episode he loses/almost loses someone he cares for and his life is endangered/he is captured.  In 1x11, he loses contact with the Ark (and therefore his parents and is unsure if they are alive or not), he is then kidnapped by the Mountain Men at the end of this episode. In 2x11, he is forced to watch Harper (who later becomes his girlfriend) be drilled for bone marrow (it is heavily implied that she is too weak for more drilling and would have died on the table if Wallace had not come in when he did) while he is held prisoner in a cage. In 3x11, he is forced to shoot and kill his mother when she attempts to kill Octavia, after she has already attacked him.

In my opinion, this only adds more weight to the “Jasper dies in 4x11″ theory. We know, from the promo, that Monty is dressed in a HAZMAT suit, so it’s likely radiation has reached Arkadia, putting Monty’s life in danger. Monty has two people he cares about deeply in Arkadia in 4x11 (Jasper and Harper) and I believe it’s more likely Jasper dies than Harper.

In 1x11, Raven is splitting gun powder so as to increase the number of bullets they have. Finn accuses her of keeping busy, to which Raven responds:

“I’m not keeping busy, Finn. I’m keeping us alive.”

She assures Finn that she’s over everything that’s happened between them, but when she sees Finn and Clarke leave to go on a hunting mission together, she decides that she no longer wants to hang around Arkadia. Bellamy walks in on Raven getting ready to leave and they have the following exchange:

Bellamy: “Where you going?”

Raven: “The hell out of here.”

Bellamy: “No way. You’re not leaving.”

Raven: “Really? And what makes you think you can tell me what to do? Aren’t you a janitor?”

Bellamy: “Where you gonna go?”

Raven: “Into these damn woods. Don’t worry about it. I’ll find someplace safe.”

Bellamy: “Just wait. Don’t be an idiot. You go alone, and you’re dead or worse.”

Raven: “So what’s your plan, sit here until you run out of bullets?”

Bellamy: “Yeah. Or until you come up with something better. Come on, Raven. You came down here in a pod you rebuilt yourself. You made a bomb out of a tin can. What else you got in that head of yours?”

Raven: “Radios. We can’t defend ourselves if we can’t communicate. If we can build radios, walkie-talkies- Then we can fight as a team. We’d have a chance, at least.”

Bellamy: “See? We need you. You may be a huge pain in the ass, but you’re smart.”

Raven gets to work on building the walkies, disconnecting the radio to Ark station in the process. However, when she learns that Clarke and Finn are not back when the rest of the hunting parties return, she takes drastic action to make herself feel better. She approaches Bellamy for sex, which ultimately does not assuage her pain. Unfortunately, she soon realizes that Clarke and Finn have been kidnapped.

In 2x11 Raven serves three important functions. The first thing she does in the episode is rig up the airlock so that Emerson can be held there without dying of radiation poisoning. The next time we see her, she is working on replicating the frequency of a tone generator as a defense against the Reapers. She’s also tinkering with the radio a bit. She and Clarke also have a revealing discussion this episode:

Clarke: “It’s over.”

Raven: “No. You don’t get to give up, Clarke. You killed Finn, and I didn’t give up. I’m building a damn tone generator. You do your job.”

Clarke: “What is my job?”

Raven: “I don’t know, to come up with something.”

In 3x11 the episode is very Raven centric, although most of the action revolves around others trying to save her. Raven has already completed the EMP design that will save her, they just need to find a power source. When ALIE realizes that it is likely that Raven will be disconnected, she tells Raven to kill herself. Luckily the others manage to utilize the EMP in enough time to save her but not before we hear this:

Raven: “No. You lied! You lied! No. No. Please don’t. The EMP will give me brain damage. You know it will. Please don’t do this.”

Raven’s story line across the 11s seems to revolve around her relationship to others and her ability to create. In each 11 episode Raven designs something that saves someone (1x11-the walkie-talkies, 2x11-the tone generators and the radiation proof air lock and in 3x11-the EMP that saves her), there’s also a lot of work with radio frequencies across these episodes (creating walkie-talkies and discovering Mt. Weather’s frequency in 1x11, using Mt. Weather tech to recreate the tone generators in 2x11 and uses an EMP to save herself in 3x11). She also attempts to leave the others in 2/3 of the 11′s (1x11-attempts to leave the Dropship, she likely would have died out there alone, 3x11-attempts to commit suicide (under ALIE’s influence).

Based on the above, I think Raven’s plot for 4x11 will have her either getting ready to go into space or actually making the launch, I think that while she is preparing to launch/in space, she discovers some form of technology (probably one that uses wave frequencies) that will be useful in either saving herself or saving the others. My best guess is that she actually does go into space, she discovers the still existing satellites that Mt. Weather was using to tamper with the Exodus ship as well as the radio communications in Season 2, and realizes they can be used for something and then she crash lands back on Earth (into the water-just as she discussed with Murphy and Luna in the beginning of this Season).

In Season 1, Clarke is kidnapped by Grounders in this episode, along with Finn. They are taken to a Grounder camp by Anya, who demands that Clarke save her second, Tris, or Finn dies. Clarke does her best to save the girl, including attempting to set up a blood transfusion, using Finn’s blood, but Tris ultimately dies. Finn is taken to be killed and Clarke, in an attempt to escape, kills the Grounder warrior (Trikru) who was standing guard over her, before being caught in a Grounder trap.

In Season 2, Clarke is returning to Arkadia from the Grounder camp. Emerson and another sniper have her in their sights. Clarke is in a hurry to get home, to make sure she doesn’t miss Bellamy radioing in, she’s also bucking against Abby’s (the current Chancellor) attempts at leadership:

Abby: “Clarke…”

Clarke: “Mom, I need to get back to that radio to see if Bellamy has made contact.”

Abby: “Listen to me. I know you don’t think you need my protection anymore, but you do. You have to trust that I know what’s right for us.”

Emerson’s sniper takes his shot, but misses, hitting a Trikru warrior instead and Clarke, Octavia and the others discover that Clarke and L/xa are targets. They return to Arkadia, where Clarke is still ultimately focused on Bellamy:

Clarke: “Anything from Bellamy?”

Raven: “No.”

Clarke: “Then why aren’t you at the radio?”

Raven: “Octavia just took my place. How about you back off?”

The Trikru warrior dies, but Jackson and the others manage to give Emerson a transfusion of Arkadian blood, that helps to save his life.

Jackson and Abby realize they’ve already begun bleeding the 47 and Clarke, who hasn’t heard from Bellamy, begins to lose hope. However, just when she’s about to throw in the towel, Bellamy manages to radio in and Clarke leaves the radio call with renewed hope. This is also the episode where Clarke officially declares herself as “in charge” and Kane sides with her over Abby:

Clarke: “You may be the Chancellor but I’m in charge.”

Kane: “The Grounders trust Clarke.”- The irony.

We also get this great line at the end of the episode:

Clarke: ““Bellamy is the key to everything, Octavia. If he dies, we die.”

In Season 3, Clarke lies to Niylah to ensure safety for her people while they try to save Raven. Jasper spends much of the episode challenging Clarke’s authority.  Clarke has a breakdown in this episode as well, after Raven’s taunting reaching critical levels. She and Bellamy also have a moment where she checks over his bandages:

Clarke: “You’ll recover.”

Bellamy: “Will I? What do you do when you realize you might not be the good guy?”

Clarke: “Maybe there are no good guys.”

The consistencies I’ve found across the 11′s for Clarke are:

Clarke steps into a leadership position that others are not happy with her taking (Abby v. Clarke in 2x11 and Jasper v. Clarke in 3x11).

She sets up a blood transfusion in 2 of these episodes, one which fails (Tris/Finn) and one that works (Emerson/unknown donor) and we know Nightblood has been an important part of this Season.

Clarke has a breakdown due to the weight of leadership and the choices she’s made (With Raven in 2x11 and with Raven again in 3x11)

Predictions based on that: I believe Clarke’s leadership will be contested again in 4x11, I think it’s possible that we might see a blood transfusion used to save others (or perhaps a bone marrow transplant-and as Clarke is the only available Nightblood, it would have to come from her). We know she’s going to have a breakdown thanks to the promo for this episode, and I predict that it will be Bellamy who helps soothe her (as he did in both 2x11 and 3x11).

In 1x11, Bellamy doesn’t have a huge role. He sends groups out hunting in the beginning of the episode, convinces Raven to stay in Arkadia, has sex with Raven later that episode and then goes looking for Clarke and Finn at the end of the episode.

In 2x11 his plot is much bigger, the episode begins with Bellamy being scrubbed in Mt. Weather, an obviously painful process. He awakens in a cage, next to Echo, who warns him that they take the strong. When Bellamy tells her he can’t understand him, she realizes he is Arkadian and spits on him. When Bellamy realizes they are coming back, he makes a distraction, which save Echo, but they take him to be drained instead. Maya finds Bellamy, whose blood is being used for treatment and begins unhooking him. Unfortunately, she is interrupted by Lovejoy. Maya convinces Lovejoy that Bellamy is dead, and Bellamy manages to get the jump on Lovejoy and, with Echo’s help, kills him. Bellamy realizes there are children in Mt. Weather and when he radios Clarke, tells her that they have to find a plan that doesn’t kill everyone. They also come up with the idea of using the Grounder army inside of Mt. Weather as a Trojan horse.

In 3x11, Bellamy and Clarke are reunited for the first time since 3x05, they share a pretty dramatic look when they meet again, before Bellamy helps carry Raven into the cave. Bellamy spends a lot of this episode running interference for Clarke and others. He is the one who tells Jasper to take a break when he gets too aggressive with Clarke, he wraps Clarke’s hand after Raven bites it, and volunteers to take her place for a bit with Raven. His role in the massacre is revealed and Bellamy is frustrated and angered to realize that he no longer believes that he made the right decision. Bellamy and Clarke have a second hand wrapping scene (see Clarke’s portion above) and they discuss what it means to be a good guy.

Predictions for Bellamy’s plot based on the above:

Obviously a big portion of Bellamy’s plot is discovering what happened to Octavia. We know at some point he is even willing to fight his way out of the bunker to do so. We also know that he is injured doing so (his hands are wrapped in the promo-a parallel to 3x11 perhaps). I’m pretty certain that he and Clarke will have an emotionally charged moment, where he talks to her about what it means to be the good guy. I am cautiously proposing that the episode might end with Clarke leaving the bunker and Bellamy following her out.

Other Predictions based on previous 11′s:

In 1x11 Kane is trapped on the outside of Earth Monitoring, where Jaha and Sinclair are stuck and dying. He manages to get inside and save them (although he does communicate with them via radio first), and then he crawls through an air duct to reach a Service Bay where he finds Abby, opening the doors using a portable battery. In 2x11, he is desperate to save the people trapped in Mt. Weather and begins to doubt and question Abby’s leadership abilities before ultimately siding with Clarke. He is not present in 3x11.

Abby’s plot in 2x11 (the only 11 she has a large role in) is all about her concern for Clarke. She spends most of the episode upset by the realization that the Grounders consider Clarke the Arkadian leader, and as a result, Clarke’s life is endangered.

Octavia spends 1x 11, 2x11 and 3x11, trying to find her place. In 1x11, the boys don’t listen to her advice because she’s a “Grounder Pounder.” in 2x11, she is training under Indra as her second, and in 3x11, she has come to the realization that she is “Not Trikru. Not Skaikru.”

I believe that Kabby’s plot will be about Abby trying to save Kane, while also being concerned about Clarke’s stressful position as a leader and that Octavia’s plot will center around her new role as a possible leader.

It’s Just Business (Part 5/?) (Rogers/Stark x reader)
