🎉 Happy 4th Year Anniversary BTS 🎉 Here are the list of solo concerts + fan meetings BTS have done since debut (excluding jpn fan meetings) They’ve grown so much over these past four years and it will only get bigger ♡
before I`m interested in foreign languages. I learn English and Italian only
but I hope one day this list will get bigger.
So, I wanted to share my experience in learning languages with you all.
If you are not very organized (i am) it will be good for you to find a school
of foreign languages or a teacher. As to
me I prefer to study with a group. This way you can practice your speaking
skills not only with your teacher but also with people whose knowledge is the
same as yours. Better to study with people your age. So, my English group
consists of three 16 year olds (I`m 16 too), Italian: 18 year old and 24 year
old girls. I feel myself okay with them
matter if you have classes with teacher / group or learn language yourself you
can use all of these tips to improve your skills.
To know any
language well you have to be good at 4 things:
about all of them.
Listening. You need to listen and understand what you`re
listening to. How to do this?
• Watch films, tv shows, youtube
videos, cartoons in the language you learn with subtitles. For example you
start with subs in your native language, watch, listen, read subs and try to
‘connect’ them. When your skills will get better watch with subs in this
language, to understand written text is easier than just speech. Also you will
know how some words are pronounced.
(I think everybody knows English
speaking Youtubers or at least it`s not difficult to find them, what I can`t
say about other languages. So I made two playlist of Italian and RussianYoutubers I like. Check it out if you learn one of them.)
• Music. When 2 years ago I
became interested in English I started with this. I was listening to the song
while reading its lyrics in English, then in Russian, than in English and in
Russian again. Repeat it hundreds of times. Or at least just listen to music in
• Audiobooks and podcasts. You can just listen to them like podcasts or
listen while you are reading (the same book of course). Almost the same thing
like watching films with subtitles. You can find original book or adapted for
• Exercises. Buy a book or find on the internet listening
exercises for your language and do it.
Speaking. It`s quiet easy. Just speak.
With yourself, oh how many time I did it and heard that my friends had
done it too. In the car, at home, etc. You can record it for the memory or to
listen it later and find your own mistakes. It`s okay, if you are alone now,
speak with yourself.
• If you have a friend who learns
the same language offer him/her to speak this language always or just
• If your lever is good start a
channel on Youtube. You will have to
speak really a lot. There`s no other way, your speaking will get really better.
• Learn lots of words. To know the language fluently you have to know many
words. So, develop your vocabulary.
• Read and translate quotes,
phrases and so on. It is not hard to open Tumblr/twitter/etc. and read some but
it is helpful.
• Books, stories, fan fictions,
blogs, etc. Just read a lot.
• To improve your spelling just
rewrite texts of your level. You can find more here.
• Do lots of exercises. As I have
already said you can buy a book or find them on the internet.
so, i hope some of these tips i know will help ypu to achieve the success.
(and i wanna thank my sister for being my ‘model’. follow her instagram!)
Nothing feels better than this. Indulging my gluttony, eating lots of big extra fattening meals. Enjoying fresh, new, doughy soft fat piling onto my body. Outgrowing my clothes and feeling myself getting softer and rounder by the day. Sinking my hands deeper and deeper into the warm buttery blubber covering my chest, belly and thighs.
Eating and get fatter consumes me. The ecstasy of stuffing myself and rubbing my growing belly is intoxicating. I love giving into my inner pig and eating to my heart’s content. Knowing that the next time you reach for my tender overhang, the softest part of me, that you’ll be greeted by a bigger handful of fat than ever before is my biggest turn on.
Getting fatter and fatter so that I can watch your face the next time you reach out to feel how much bigger I’ve gotten. The look of surprise and lust when you realize how much of a pig I really am and how much bigger and fatter I’m going to get only makes me hungrier. The best part is, that this is only the beginning.
BTS reaction to their girlfriend falling asleep on their shoulder while watching a movie with all the members
Jin would turn to talk to you about something going on in the movie to find you fast asleep on his shoulder. He smiled softly, wondering how you fell asleep with all the noise from the rest of the boys. He’d put his arm around you and held you close. “Guys, could you be a bit quieter? I don’t want her waking up.” Jin would ask softly.
Yoongi himself would start getting sleepy through half the film. He would turn to you to ask you if you wanted to go up to bed with him only to find you asleep. He would chuckle a bit, then scoop you up in his arms. “We’re going to bed. Tell me how the movie ends.”
He would think it was precious. Hobi would be squealing at parts of the movie he liked and tapping your shoulder to make sure you saw. When he didn’t get a reply he looked at you. Wiping the bit of drool from your mouth, he felt a bit bad for being so loud. He laid you down on his lap and kissed your forehead. “Night Night, jagi~. I’ll tell you all about it in the morning~.”
He would be laughing and talking to everybody as the movie played. Namjoon looked down at you with a huge smile, only for it to get bigger when he saw you sleeping. He kisses your forehead softly and took you upstairs, tucking you in so that you would be away from all the noise. “I’ll be up to cuddle you soon, baby~. Sleep tight.”
Jimin would fall asleep with you. Since you were already asleep, he took you in his arms and cuddles you close. He would start to yawn then slowly close his eyes as your sleepiness rubbed off on him. Holding you tightly, he fell asleep with you. “Goodnight, princess…” he slept with all the noise around you fading away from both of you.
He would also be pretty loud with Hoseok as the movie was being played. He would laugh loudly and clap his hands. He would feel you jump slightly at the sound of one of his claps. He glanced at you to find you fast asleep on his shoulder. Tae would quickly pull out his phone to take pictures and get the rest of the groups attention. “Guys! Isn’t she so cute!?”
Jungkook would be super into the movie. He would be fully focused on it, until he felt your head slowly sliding forward off his shoulder. He’d look down to find you fast asleep, drool running down your chin. He’d giggle a bit, cover you up and cuddle you until the movie was boring. “You’re adorable, jagi!”
Cas scrubs a hand over his face tiredly as he makes his way to his front door. Which idiot thought it was a good idea to ring his doorbell at ass o’clock in the morning anyway?
He yanks the door open furiously but the sight that greets him has his foul mood evaporating in seconds.
“Hey, man,” Cas’ ridiculously handsome neighbour says. “I accidentally made too much pie and since I haven’t done the whole welcome-to-the-neighbourhood thing yet, I thought you might—” he waves his hand about absently “—I don’t know, like to have some?”
“It’s not like you were obligated to,” Cas says in (faux) dismissal even though he’d been hoping the man would introduce himself. “But thank you for the pie …”
“Dean,” the man says, holding out his free hand. “Dean Winchester. I live over at 4A.”
“It’s nice to meet you, Dean. I’m Castiel.” He bites his lip in contemplation and asks if Dean would like to come in and share the pie with him.
Dean happily accepts, and Cas thinks he mutters, “Man after my own heart,” but he’ll never be sure.
“Cas.” Dean pokes at Cas’ shoulder for the second time in under a minute.
“Dean, I love you, but it is too early to be awake.”
“It’s already 10,” Dean points out.
“On a Saturday,” Cas groans, rolling over and burying his face in Dean’s chest.
“You know what today is?” Dean whispers into Cas’ hair.
“Yes, Dean,” Cas says, with a long-suffering sigh. “It’s our anniversary.”
“It’s also the day I woke you up at ‘ass o’clock’ in the morning to give you pie.”
Cas hums in acknowledgement and Dean is silent for a while.
“I gotta tell you something,” Dean says and Cas gives up on going back to sleep.
“What is it?” he asks, propping himself up on his elbow so he can look at Dean.
“I lied.” Dean smiles up at him cheekily. “There was no extra pie.”
Cas raises an eyebrow at him questioningly. “No?’
“Nope,” Dean confirms, grin only getting bigger. “I only made the pie so I had an excuse to talk to the stupidly gorgeous new guy.”
Cas laughs, remembering how he’d secretly wished Dean would come over. “In any case—” Cas kisses his husband “—I’m glad you did.”
I: You are also getting credit for being an executive producer of Deadpool, was it only just to get a bigger paycheck or was it more from the talent side, and just to have more control? R: [laughs] No, I’m not paid any extra to produce the movie…
Request by @taysartcorner: Could you do a headcanon or a fanfiction of Penny’s s/o finding him badly hurt? Like after the scene where he got the metal spike through his face in the movie?
It was a regular day for you, just like any other. You walked home from another long day at work back to your house. But you were lucky enough that your workplace was only a short distance away, so there really was no need to drive and gave you a chance for some fresh air as you took the walk to and from each day.
When you were halfway home, you noticed a group of kids heading towards you on bicycles.
You counted 7 in total. You couldn’t tell if it was screams of joy or terror as they peddled towards you fast, nearly knocking you down when they finally passed by. They all seemed frantic with fear in that moment, you heard a few of them yelling. But you were only able to make out a few words like “Kill him,” “Georgie,” and “Fear.”
Do you have any advice on what to do if you lose your joy and interest in writing when a writer was how you identified yourself?
(wry look) Life just pulled one of those cute things where I had three-quarters of a response written and I hit the wrong keys somehow and it all went away. Which tells me that this is important. So let me recreate it.
The best advice I’ve got for you right now is to lean back and wait, because normally the joy and interest will come back. Being a writer, and having enjoyed and been interested in it previously, isn’t something that goes away all that easily. The set of behaviors that make up being a writer are complex and difficult to ingrain… which is going to make the ability to do this kind of work difficult to lose even if you were trying to do so. So, first of all: take heart.
Now it has to be said that, human nature and psychology (and nature itself) being the cranky intransigent things they sometimes are, it may (paradoxically) be necessary for your recovery of your joy and interest in the work to completely surrender to the concept that you might actually have permanently lost it. I know this sounds counterintuitive, but the effectiveness of simply giving up is sometimes surprising. There’s a saying attributed to Carl Jung, the father of the concept of Archetype as we now understand it, that goes like this: “What you resist, persists; and not only does it persist, but it gets bigger in size.”
(There’s a good long article about this concept over here in
Psychology Today: worth looking at. …Though I also have to say that the
illo at the top is hilarious and perfect, because Kylo Ren should frankly be the poster child for the whole idea.)
My own experience suggests that there are times when as soon as you give up, the thing that’s been eluding you either collapses to the ground where you can just stroll over and reclaim it, or turns around and runs headlong into your arms. Frustrating, but what can you do? When the whole point is to get whatever it is back, the idea that it played you a little in the process will after the fact seem less of an issue.
Possible causes for what’s going on with you are worth touching on briefly. I’ve had occasion to post a number of times about something that C. S. Lewis codified in The Screwtape Letters as “the Law of Undulations”. Now as much as I love him, there would be a lot of things that Clive and I would disagree about, but this wouldn’t be one of them. I think he was really onto something. So take a look at that basic post, and then we can move on a bit.
With the Law in mind, while you’re working on what “giving up” might look like – assuming you need to go that far – here are some possibly similar situations and strategies to consider.
Some of the above situations come with suggestions of possible things you can do about them. But do not underestimate the power of simply waiting a while and not doing anything. It’s worth emphasizing that in our culture as it stands at the moment, there’s endless emphasis on immediately DOING THINGS to fix what ails you. Sometimes not doing anything is more effective – though to some people that’s going to sound heretical, and you’ll run the risk of being accused of laziness (not least by the back of your own mind, once it realizes you’re onto something that’s going to give you back control of the situation. The self-sabotaging wiliness of a subconscious about to lose its advantage can be a terrifying thing… but even that loses some of its terrors when your conscious mind suspects or knows what it’s up to.) Anyway, ignore that noise.
Give doing nothing a good long chance. Stoke up on your reading. Get caught up on TV and movies if that’s your thing. Do other work. Create something that isn’t writing. (Cooking’s good for this. I love being responsible for mighty successes or godawful failures in the kitchen and knowing that the critics at Kirkus and PW are not going to give the slightest damns about it.)
But tl:dr; Don’t despair: just kick back and wait. And see how it goes.
…And eventually let me know how you get on. :) HTH.
