Status update: Phil is getting built for summer
I’ve walked 30 miles in the past three days alone, and seriously reworked my diet to eat less.
Walking to and from train station plus a lunchtime hour long walk is great in this weather, and such an easy way to stay active if I maintain a brisk pace
Smaller breakfast and lunches, only one coffee (no sugar, skimmed milk) and soft drink a day max, otherwise mainly water, nearly no snacking and healthier smaller dinners
It feels so good and is really helping my overall wellbeing, 10/10 would recommend. When I can start fitting in my older medium size shirts again I’ll feel so good - already losing belt sizes :’D
