There are a few things in the cake world that are stressful. Transporting 120 cupcakes, 40 tiny and fragile embellishments, and a two tiered (one double layer, the other a triple) cake 30 minutes around windy roads to a wedding is one of those things! The trunk of my car was full of boxes and the back seat was full of all the cupcake stands.
Red Velvet cupcakes and Carrot Cake cupcakes! Both cupcakes were topped with Cream Cheese frosting. And 3 rice krispie treats :) She had a few friends that weren’t fond of cake, couldn’t have dairy, and one who was vegan. Those vegan marshmallows are hard to melt down, man! What is in them??? But I learned some new things about Vegan butter so that was pretty interesting. I even gave the left-over edges to my family and they liked the flavor too.
