The apartment went up in flames, or at least that’s what they’d said. You knew the real story. Jess was on the ceiling, blood dripping from her stomach. Sam was laying on the bed below her, and his brother managed to burst through the door just in the nick of time. Sam and Dean got out, sure, and Jess was a goner, but…
You’d had a chance. If they’d just come back for you. You were in the shower, and by the time you got out, there were too many flames, too many broken boards, no way to get out. You burned up right alongside your sister, but Sam never knew. He called and called after Jess died, trying to reach you, trying to tell you what had happened. What he didn’t know was that you were right there with him, riding in the back seat of that damned car.
