March 16th, 2017 marks the 14th year anniversary to Rachel Corrie’s death where she was killed by an Israeli bulldozer that ran her over while she was trying to stop it from demolishing a home of a Palestinian family in Gaza.

while attempting to protect the home of a
Palestinian family from demolition.
RACHEL CORRIE- murdered 13 years ago today by the Israeli occupation forces while trying to protect a Palestinian home and family in Rafah, Gaza. Friends remember friends: Two pictures of a café in Al-Khalil/ Hebron named after Rachel, close to the checkpoint sealing off Tel Rumeida. Third: A grafito there that resonates with her attitude - and her brute murder. Rest in power, Rachel!
We remember Rachel. We remember Gaza. We remember our friends in the Palestine We hold in our hearts those throughout the world who yearn for peace with justice. We reach out to join hands with those who act for a peace grounded in respect and love for all of God’s peoples and creatures and for the planet. This is what she stood for.
