After 8 sets of various exercises & two previous sets in this machine, I could only do 10 reps….& then I had a memorable experience.

This is how it is…every time I work out.

I call it the “Neck Bone Machine” because that’s where I feel the most tension every time I curl my legs. I think the machine is supposed to develop strong neck bone muscles.

I feel maximum stress right on my brain stem in the back of the neck.

But, it’s always a nonstop party at the gym.

You’ll see me naked soon….as soon as I get in shape.
