is there a woogy in the house

Favorite actress series | Gillian Anderson: “The Fall is a superb detective series. It’s dark and edgy, built on character. Anderson is sensational in it. Her Stella Gibson is a woman to whom the adjective ballsy simply doesn’t apply, she’s subtle and feminine: soft voiced in silk blouses, killer heels. When she makes a pass at a female colleague in episode three tonight, half of the women in the country, let alone the men, will probably think: I would. But the model performance of restrained, unshowy television acting that Anderson gives as Gibson is not the only weapon in her armoury. Her recent emotionally raw Blanche Dubois in A Streetcar Named Desire(ironically the classic role about a woman failing to cope with her fading beauty) at the Old Vic suggested that there is much more to come from this actress.” - Chris Harvey

OH MY GOD OH MY GOD.

I was going to make this post about Phoebe coming to terms with the evilness inside her and how not being able to control it becomes her worst fear when I realised -

WHEN I REALISED -

PHOEBE WAS BORN IN THIS HOUSE.

PHOEBE WAS BORN IN A POINT EQUIDISTANT FROM THE FIVE BASAL ELEMENTS AND IN THE MIDDLE OF A PENTAGRAM.

PHOEBE IS A NEXUS.

the haunting of her poetry

the belle-lettres
of her fractured fractals
twist in the air dropping leaflets
of rumpled toxic rapscallion poetry

upon
my head
and at my feet …

libraries, bookstores, cafes and publishing houses
shudder at her hipster boot whipped saucy verses …

her kitschy
swirly metaphors
hop like bunnies …

a funk
mode of
chic whimsy
goes rambling
into the boogie-woogie of
syllabic snap-on poetry screaming for a kiss …

and

she surrenders her margins
to the jesting rhythms of the
amber moon frolicking with
sassy moods and
inflated
anxiety …

but

here i sit
yakked up
in the caress
of her literary
intricacies and
absurd flights of
herculean fancy … so

these are the days
i shiver with the vibrancy
of her epics … aglow with madness …
chained to the haunting of her poetry …

hanging
from the moon.
